Metahuman Physiology: Due to being exposed to the radiation of a meteor of Nth metal substance, Vandal Savage has the following abilities
-Immortal: Savage does not age and cannot die by typical means. This also gives him the following abilities:
--Regeneration: Un, Vandal Savage is able to automatically recover from what would be fatal injuries to most humans instantly
--Resurrection: If Vandal sustains a severe enough fatal injury, it will render him seemingly dead until his body recovers some time later. The worse the injury, the longer the resurrection will take.
-Enhanced Speed: Rm, he is able to perform the following power stunts:
--Substitute for Fighting for multiple attacks and evading. May make up to 2 combat actions per round.
--Substitute for Agility for dodging and catching projectiles.
-Enhnaced Senses: Rm Sight, Hearing and Smell
Total Recall: Un ability to instantly remember anything in perfect detail, such as recalling events from 4000 years ago easily.
Magic: Vandal is well-versed in magic. He is capable to the following spells:
-Life Force Link: Un ability to link his life-force to that of Khufu and Chay-Ara, allowing him to sense their presences to find them anywhere.
-Displacement Spell: In ability to use displacement spells (or at the least sleight of hand) to seamlessly slip out of restraints
-Conjuring: Rm ability to summon an object into his grasp; however, this may have also been sleight of hand.

Limitations:
Radiation Depletion: As Khufu and Chay-Ara also absorbed some of the same radiation, both gaining the power of reincarnation, Savage needs to periodically kill the reincarnated couple and absorb their life-forces to maintain his immortal status or else his powers will gradually become negated.
Radiation-Imbued tools: Items that have been bathed by the same radiation that gave Vandal his immortality can greatly injure him, leaving him weakened for longer than normal.
