* Photos must be turned in by, February 15th, by midnight. We will post the winners Feb. 17th. You will receive an email with your fees off.
* There will be an Ultimate Supreme (supreme pkg. paid) Grand Supreme (half off supreme pkg. paid). With more entries, we will also award a Mini Supreme!
*Please submit pictures in 300 to 600 dpi.

RULES OF PAGEANT
1) No bad sportsmanship allowed from any contestant, mother, family member or friends of contestant. This includes negative comments to the judges, directors and the staff.
2) No checks allowed after Feb. 15th. Instant Paypal or money orders after this date. We will only accept cash at the door.
3) With 40 contestants we will award mini- supremes cash. We expect to have this many contestants.
4) There is a time limit of no longer than 2 minutes for beauty and casual wear. Outfit of choice may take longer, we say no longer than 5 minutes. We will provide music or you may bring your own for outfit of choice.
5) Supreme Titles will be Beauty, Photo, and we will take the highest score between Casual and the Optional Outfit for the Ultimate, Grands, and Mini. Beauty Supreme is based on the highest Beauty score after the above titles are pulled.
6) Please contact me if you wish to register late or at the door. This helps me have enough gifts.
7) Photos must be turned in, by Febuary 15th,to be in the program book. We would prefer you email a copy to the director.
8) Contestants will be placed in line up according to when I receive the deposit and photo for program book. This is First In/Last out or your choice in line.
9) You must compete your age the day of pageant. There will be no fallback.
10) All deposits are non-refundable. In emergency situations we will honor the issue.
11) If you receive fees off to my state pageant make sure you receive a certificate. These fees off may not be used for deposits. You may only use up to $200.00 pageant cash.
12) There will be a guestbook drawing and a photo contest to help win fees off the pageant.
13) We expect the pageant to run on time. A final schedule will be posted at registration. We will try to stay on schedule, so I need each contestant to be on time.
14) With entries, age groups will not be combined, however, if there are no entries by Feb. 15th we reserve the right to drop the group. We also reserve the right to split age groups if they become too large. With low entries, of the entire pageant, we reserve the right to cancel.
15) No cameras or video cameras will be allowed in the ballroom. A professional photographer and videographer will be on hand for stage shots and videos.
16) You may enter the pageant free with 4 referrals entering supreme package. They must show up. They cannot be family. There will be a sibling discount.
17) No information will be given out before the pageant regarding contestants. Please do not ask how many are in your group.
18) Advertising Sales for Program Book. 1/4 page: $35 1/2 page: $60 Full: $100
19) All AD's are due no later than Feb. 15. You sell good luck wishes for your contestant.
