Design Process
1. We will determine
your design objectives, budgeting and establish a price.
2. A letter of
agreement will be e-mailed to which you will sign and mail back to us.
3. After receiving
the initial payment, we will schedule your project.
4. We will build your
initial page, which will serve as a master template for the rest of
your site. This is the most important aspect of the design. We will
make as many changes to this page until you are totally satisfied.
Once you are satisfied, you will be asked to give a final approval to
that design before we proceed. Any changes to a page after approval
will be charged at an hourly rate. We will then proceed to the next
page in the same manner until you are satisfied .Written content may
be sent via email to avoid additional costs.
5. We will use your
logo and pictures or we can use photographs from our library. You can
send us the photos via email or regular mail. The graphics and
photographs will then be used and optimized for the web.
6. You are always
welcome to contact us throughout the development of the site . You
will be able to view the progress of your site each step of the way.
