The resort rental week we have is a fixed week, week #22, for a one (1) bedroom unit. The Queen Palm building where our rental is located is about two hundred yard south of the main high rise complex right next to the golf course. The two story structure during this time period of the 22 week is usually very quite as most patrons stay at the high rise complex. Don’t be surprised if you have the pool to yourself. Upon our receipt of full payment and completed Rental Contract this will then lock in requested rental and it will be removed from our inventory. It may take from five to ten business days from the time you send your Rental Contract back to us we will confirm your week and send you your confirmation documents. This unit has a fixed week #22 which makes document turn around quicker and easier for us. A certified check is recommended to speed documentation process, we will send out your week usage document that day. Personal checks must clear your bank (5-10 business days on average).
