These rates are for the year 2013 (Jan 1- Dec 31). At this resort we own an ODD year Ownership, we rent only in the ODD year. So plan early to reserve your week for 2009. These rentals offered by DREAMWORXS DOES NOT obligate you in anyway to any type of sale pitch. The resorts do offer sale pitches if you wish to participate in one, but though our rental offer we don’t offer any pitch requirements. Your vacation time is yours not theirs, be wise and have fun on YOUR vacation!!

The resort schedules weekly activities for guests. Within five miles, Table Rock Lake and Lake Taneycomo offer all types of water activities. Other area attractions include Shepherd of the Hills, live music and entertainment, restaurants, and outlet mall shopping. Silver Dollar City is five miles away. The Carriage Place is Phase IV of Grand Crowne Resort and consists of three buildings. Each building has 15 "lock-off" three bedrooms, three baths fully furnished units for which a simple condominium interval ownership/timeshare regime has been established.

Questions or to request a Rental Contract form contact us by use of the e-mail address below. We are Timeshare Owners and must send all request for weeks usage though the given resort, and they will take their time, so plan far enough ahead so you can get your first requested week. For rentals provide your name (First and Last), Mailing address (full), Phone number w\area code, Start date(s) of the week you’d like to rent (start date is on Saturday of requested week, use month/day/year format. Give first, second and third week choices, we attempt always to fill from 1st request first), unit size you are looking to rent (number of bedrooms) and number of people planned to occupy the rental. Once this is received a Rental Contract will be mailed to you to be filled out and signed by you and then returned with FULL payment. Upon our receipt of full payment and completed Rental Contract this will then lock in requested rental and it will be removed from our inventory. It may take from two (2) to six (6) weeks from the time we receive your Rental Contract to confirm your requested week with the resort. An attempt will be made to get a quick turn around of your requested weeks rental from the Resort. This is why you need to plan far enough ahead to avoid last minute confirmations. Six (6) to twelve (12) months prior to stay is strongly recommended. Summer month request it is suggested that eight (8) to twelve (12) months in advance is strongly recommended. Your personal check/certified checks (recommended) is deposited upon receipt and week request is sent to resort. Once the request for your week is sent into resort for confirmation there will be NO REFUND* of funds, (*exception: is if none of the three weeks you requested can be confirmed for your use). At the that time we deposit your check it may take time to cleared your bank (5-10 working days). Once bank clears your check we will send your week usage document to you as soon as we receive them from the resort.
