The other end of this capacitor goes to one end of an inductor. The other end of this inductor goes to one end of a resistor. The other end of this resistor goes to the bottom terminal.

In part B there is a triode tube with its cathode going to ground through an RF choke. The grid goes through a capacitor to the cathode. The cathode goes through another capacitor to ground.
