Coda

A coda is a piece of music, near the end of composition that (attempts)
to bring the piece to a conclusion.

Information is relative. 

Relative to the speaker, to the subject, and a of course
to context, cultural background, common linguistic "chips"
that can be exchanged, etc.   See [Context (coda)]
