The well desgined course is a golfer's dream. It recieved four stars from Golf Digest and ranked in the top ten in New Jersey's finest public course. The golf course is a challenge to all types of golfers with its length and well placed obstacles.
The front nine named River has a slope ratio of 66.78 from the middle tees. Its 3687 yards makes it the longest front nine in the county. The plus about the front nine is that it is fairly wide open with little out of bounds for errant shots. The front nine is challenge towards the greens because they are well gaurded with sand traps. The signature hole for the nine is the seventh which is pictured to your left.
The back nine is named Stone and has a slope ratio of 71.45 from the middle tees. It consists of three challenging par threes with scenic rock faces. Accuracy from the golfers is imperative to maintain a low round. What also challenges golfers on this nine is the legnth. This nine is long and narrow which puts a premium on consistance, however there aren't many obstales to contest with if you stay in the fairways.
