Ale: Is a deep honey colored lager, origins are of Earth in early years. It is served in a tankard, and is served cold.
Cho: Is paga and chocolate together, whipped cream and chocolate shavings garnish it. It is served hot in a mug.
Mead: Is made with fermented honey, water and spices. It is served warm in a horn.
Paga: A hard liquer like Earths whiskey, that is most often served in taverns.*sa-tarna paga symbolizes physical love or lust. It can be served either hot or cold and is served in a footbowl.
Sul paga: It is like Earths vodka, made from the vegetable sul. No where in the books will you find sul-paga described as lumpy. It is served either hot or cold in a footbowl.
Rence beer: It is made from the crushed seeds of the Reece plant. Mostly found around the Delta of the Vosk. It is served in a tankard chilled.
Turian liquer: It is thick and sweet, like a syrup, from Turia, it is treasured in Gor. It is served in tiny glasses chilled or room temp.

Cosian: Sweet red wine made from fruit. It is served either chilled or room temp in a goblet.
Falarian: Is a very rare expensive wine. It is serverd either chilled or room temp in a goblet.
Ka-la-na: A potent wine, dry ( but sometimes may be sweet depending on what fruit is picked from the kalana tree). It is often known as the symbol for romantic love. Contrary to popular belief, ka-la-na served in silver is not poisonous. That is an online misconception. There exist instances in the books where it is in fact served in silver vessels. It may be served either hot or cold in a goblet, or sometimes for Men in a bowl.
Mulled ka-la-na: Is heated kalana with spices added, and usually garnished with fruit. It is to be heated as needed and served in a goblet.
Kal-da: Made from cheap kalana, diluted with citrus juices and spices from a copper kettle, also never serve the bottom of the kettle. Is served hot in a tin cup or mug.
Palm: is an exported wine from Schendi region. It is found in the wine rack and served either chilled or room temp in a goblet.
Ta-Wine: from Ta-grapes, dry in taste. It is served either chilled or room temp in a goblet.
Turian: thick syrupy wine, sugared to the density that a thumbprint can be left upon it. It is a very aquired taste. Is served either chilled or room temp in a goblet.
