Flying Knee : Muay Thai for MMA

The Flying knee can be devastating when perfectly executed.Daniel Isaac has trained under the world renowned Muay Thai Master Sken of Thailand.

Step 1 :

Stand in your regular fighting stance with your right leg back if you are right handed.Try not to have much distance between your feet and always have your hands up to protect your head.Keep your elbows inside and not pointing outwards.

Step 2 :

Take off on your left leg [ball of your foot] and start to arrow your right knee towards the chin of your opponent.Your left leg must point downwards and should not be bent or the power in your attacking leg will be reduced.

Step 3 :
