Step 1 :
Once you have already set both your legs correctly in the position to apply the trianle trapping his arm and neck first extend your right leg while pulling your left foot closer to yourself which will tighten the hold.
Step 2 :
Now start to pull his head towards your stomach to prevent him from slipping away.You may use this variation if he manages to get his arm away from your grip.Note : application of the triangle requires a much basic practice to stretch the muscles of your quads and hamstrings so if you have very rigid leg muscles get those legs stretched first.
Step 3 :
Now tighten the triangle by bringing your right foot dwonwards and simultaneously applying a neck crank.
