PISER, STANLEY V., 90 - of Atlantic City, died peacefully on Wednesday morning July 7, 2004 at the Linwood Rehabilitation Center following a lingering illness.
Born in Secaucus, Mr. Piser had been an Atlantic City resident for the past 45 years. Prior to that he had resided in Secaucus and Jersey City. Mr. Piser operated his own taxi cab until he was 86 and stopped then only because he contracted Lymes disease. He drove almost every day of his working career. He simply loved driving his cab and meeting people.
Mr. Piser is predeceased by his wife Myla L. (nee Laughlin) Piser. He is survived by his son James Donahue of Ventnor; daughter Dorthyh Endrigo of Pembroke Pines, Florida and his granddaughter Stephanie Donahue of New York City. Services for Mr. Piser are private and at the convenience of his family.
