The Strategic Operations Command Center, or SOCC, was a special United States Armed Forces anti-Hulk Task Force under the command of then-Lieutenant general Thaddeus Ross. Ross recruited some of the best men from various military branches from both the US and abroad for his team. SOCC possesses some of the most sophisticated, high-tech powerful weapons and gear in their arsenal, some of which came from Stark Industries, such as the Stark Sonic Cannon. SOCC commandos also carried identification badges, marking them as members of the unit.
