Q    That was from the hospital. Now, there was some projectiles found at Austins on Hargrove Road?

A    That is correct-

Q    Were you there when they were found?

A    I was on the scene, yes, sir.

Q    Do you know how many projectiles were found at the scene?

A    Two,

A    Yes, sir,

Q    When you say "projectiles", did you see them?

A    Yes, sir.

Q    How big were they?

A    They were half an inch long, quarter inch long.

Q    Were they a flattened piece of lead?

A    No, sir.A    The casing is the empty hull. The lead projectile is the part we are talking about.

Q    Excuse me.

A    Yes, sir. It still appeared in almost the same shape or the same shape.

Q    Now, it was just the empty casing that was found at Austins?

Q    Are you aware that a murder warrant was singed on a Jerry Porter?

A    Yes, sir.

Q    All right, sir. Did you have any—did your involvement in this investigation have anything to do

A    No, sir.

Q    You don't know why a warrant was signed on him? A    No, sir.

Q    Was that warrant later withdrawn?

A    I don't know.
