The Three Count #1 (July 22, 2006)
By Zach Attack

Welcome to the first and hopefully not the last Three Count in which the number one mWWE referee gives insight on what ever I want.

First, let me tell you a little about myself. My name is Zach Attack and I'm the number one referee in the mWWE. I have been given the privilege to work with the mWWE since it has been born. Since the mWWE I've had many laughs and many tears in this business. I was once an mWWE champion and I have had to lower the number of times I wrestle due to a back injury. But, enough about me, lets get on with the first topic.

I'd like to first start off on this topic. As all of the mWWE staff knows, there has been an incident which involves the mWWE 24/7 championship, Mr. Mosher, and the Spider. Yes, folks, lots and lots of controversy. The mWWE has had many feuds in the past, but none that come close to what happened when The Spider took on the entire mWWE.

In the end of June, the mWWE 24/7 champion Mr. Mosher was ambushed by The Spider (a.k.a. Joey Berta). After the new 24/7 champion was crowned, he decided that he liked to be the champ, and didn't want to give it up, so instead of defending the belt, he decided to keep it from the mWWE. The president/owner of the mWWE was not very happy at the decision of the current state of the mWWE 24/7 championship.

As the days passed, the newest champion still did not choose to defend the title. When the mandatory ten days had passed, Mr. Mosher reminded The Spider that he must defend the title within five more days or he would be stripped of the mWWE 24/7 championship. Days had again passed and The Spider still decided not to defend the title, so the only choice that Mosher had was to indeed strip The Spider of the mWWE 24/7 Championship.

The Spider took retaliation on the mWWE and literally ran with the belt. This was a major hit for the mWWE, since now the mWWE only had two championship belts, instead of three. One of the spiders close friends in the mWWE and in real life was MAX (a.k.a. Cody Mosher), and when MAX heard of the events that had taken place, he tried to help Mr. Mosher in the fight to get back the mWWE 24/7 championship. The fight was proven worthy as the Spider would go against the family of the mWWE. When The Spider still continued to hold the title hostage, Mr. Mosher had no choice but to suspend The Spider. This sent the mWWE into a temporary tail spin since they had lost the most durable title in the company.

Now, here are some quotes that I have gathered from some of the other mWWE staff. I remind you, all of these quotes that you will read are "from the horse's mouth," as you would put it.

First, from the small, but abusive Cheyennimal, "I think that it's ridiculous." The second quote is from the most powerful grappler in the business Cobra. "Honestly, it went over my head. I didn't pay too much attention to it." The third is from our very own mWWE president/CEO Mr. Mosher. He says, "I thought it was unprofessional and childish. The rules were there and visible and for him to attempt to twist my own words was an act that I felt was disgraceful."

During the time that I was writing this article, I was informed that The Spider indeed returned to the mWWE with the mWWE 24/7 championship! Mr. Mosher and the rest of the board have reviewed the current status of the belt along with The Spider, and they have come to a verdict. The Spider is welcome back to the mWWE on one condition, that he gives back the mWWE 24/7 Championship. The Spider then agreed and he is welcome back to the mWWE after the statement that the mWWE president/CEO Mr. Mosher has given to The Three Count. Mosher says, "He eventually returned the championship and we are once again on good terms."

If you're wondering why I'm doing this subject, it's because I was very displeased with the whole thing. The Spider was being a complete jerk and very unprofessional. Now, I don't really know The Spider but I have heard much about him. I had no intention of bringing the Spiders friendship, as well as his career into the ground. I just wrote the story because it's one of the most controversial stories of all time in the mWWE. I am glad to hear that the mWWE 24/7 Championship is back in its rightful place, and glad that The Spider finally gave it up. So as of now, I don't have any beef with The Spider.

That was the first installment of The Three Count. Holla if you hear three!
- Zach
