Tokyo 2073. It had been two lone years. Chachi roamed the streets of Kyoto. He had been waiting. The wanderer wouldn’t say what. But it was all clear.

Her image was everywhere. In his head, dreams, on the streets, she was everywhere. She was like a dream he couldn’t escape from. That only meant one thing. She was coming back. But when?

The answer came on a rainy morning. The day was busy as usual. People were rushing in and out as usual. Perfect for Chachi to blend in. He could come and go as he pleased. Today, he had an odd feeling. The man couldn’t explain it, but she was coming.

Chachi passed an electronic store when something caught his eye. He slowly backed up and watched closely. Every screen was flashing lime green. The thug looked around. No one seemed to notice a thing. This was strange. How could anyone not see this phenomenon? Chachi kept watching closely. The energy was intense. Something was forming quickly. “She’s here!” he thought.

Then, the ground began to shake. Nobody noticed a thing. Only the thug felt it. Then, all of the city’s power went out. Still, no one noticed. Were these people blind or did they just not care? Then, she spoke. “Chachi!” she called. “Find me again!” Then, she went silent. Chachi woke up and life returned. Right then, he knew what he had to do.

He tried to search her through the city. So far, he couldn’t find her. The thug began to think it was an illusion. Then, he came to a bar. The sense was a powerful one. “I am here!” she said. “Find me again!” Chachi drew in a deep breath and walked into Sparrow Feather.

The bar was dark and empty. Chachi began to doubt again. But then, he saw her! Kim sat at the bar alone. She had her drink with her. Chachi smiled to himself brightly. “You’re here!” he replied. “I am here.”
