Intro
Violence and art go hand-in-hand together. This is especially true for literature. It could be a fight scene or a victim being tortured. Dante's Divine Comedy is a fine example of what I'm talking about. The Inferno section talks about various scenes of torture done to the people that end up in hell. Each level is worse then the last. Let's take a closer look at Inferno, shall we?
