II: Parents
Q: What are your parents like?
Chris: My father, Roger Martin, is a rock star. He has been playing since 1963. He is still playing to this day. My mother, Pam Elliot, was a model. She was top model in the sixties, seventies, and early eighties.
Q: Why did she quit?
Chris: To rest and live a quiet life. I envy her now. *Sigh* A life on the road may seem great, but there comes a time to retire. Sadly, my father can’t see that.
Q: How is your relationship with your mother?
Chris: Great. We have finally been able to talk to each other. She’s really great. I wish she had raised me instead.
Q: And why weren’t you?
Chris: My father bribed the judges to rule in his favor.
(The woman shutters in disgust. The reporter notices.)
Q: What’s wrong?
Chris: It scares me how justice today is still corrupted.
Q: I know. I know.
