For people to be able to learn from skilled indidviduals, it is useful to give the skilled ones the respect that they deserve, so the women need to be officially leaders.

A remark: when I praise the traditional Finnish or more widely European and Russian moral,
I mean to praise the traditional culture and NOT the rotten views of single individuals who have gotten too much foreign influence via the media.
(My own view is a very rare exception to this.)
It is the culture which is good and not the individual views.
