Likings and work efficiency

I have found out that whatever I do according to my likings, it increases my work efficiency in everything. Could one make some research in this subject and make a happier life for everybody? I like for example poetry, music, nature, sports, doing practical work like farming and friendly social relationships. But my work is intellectual. Still all of these thinsg support my working ability and my abilities and endurance in each of the other things.

This ability is connected to me using a holistic view of everything all the time. Please read my text about how to be completely emotional and objective at the same time at my homepage.
This ability may also be connected to my excellent moral and my ability to make analogs to and from the sense of sight from anything. I observe a structure and my ability to handle structures increases iin everything. I also learn new new better balances which increases my working ability and makes my style better for work. If I do something against my likings, I catch bad habits and that makes my work efficiency less.

Feelings tell of needs of the individual, society and the environment. By fullfilling needs we increase the working ability. Our nature is often wiser than our rationality. Our social needs, needs of the society, are a part of the rationality of action and motivation and meeting them increases the efficiency of work from the point of view of the society and also from the point of view of the individual work to be done by the amount affected by the motivation and increase in rationality.

We use sensory analogs in our thinking. The amount of technical kind of details in a nature landscape is astronomical, so an enjoyment of nature can prepare us for technical kind of work. And atmospheres are landscapes with a structure and us such useful practise for technical kind of work. Atmosphere analogs give structural analogs, so arts can be useful to an engineer or the like.)

In doing enjoyable things we learn better ways of doing things and that affects our working efficiency positively.


I am excellent at scientifical kind of objective thinking and hypothesis building, so I could put these thoughts to a scientifically objective form, if needed, using the biological picture of humans and the theory of natural evolution. This I have partly done in my texts about the thinking ability and recreation in nature.


Whatever I do according to my likings increases my work efficiency in everything. Whatever I do against my likings decreases my work efficiency. This can be understood the following way:
Feelings were created by the natural evolution to help in survival of the society and the individual. So feelings guide to a direction which is benefical to the group. In other words they increase effectiveness in reaching for the goals of the group. So they increase work effectiveness IF the individual is healthily moral, like a good pack animal should.

But how come then our likings typically do not seem to affect work efficiency in any way? Propably most of us lack a natural skill, because my own likings do affect my work efficiency positively. In fact there are two skills affecting this: emotional intelligence, the ability to interprete feelings right according to objective thinking and true naturality, and the ability to make analogs from one type of action to another. In emotional intelligence it is important to interprete correctlly what the subject, true cause of each feeling is: only then can we understand feelings correctly. In analogs we need to make a sensory analog to the sense of sight, to create a sense of structures which we can use in every kinf of action. This is related to the sense of health and sense of fracturelessness which I will discuss later in this book, since they are all senses of healthy fractureless wholes.
