upgraded technologies of “Russian Tesla”: deceased under strange circumstances in 1903 talented Russian inventor M.
Filippov, who allegedly had repeated (or even anticipated) some of N. Tesla'’s most interesting experiments (eg, those
concerned with non-local transmission of large quantities of energy: “remote explosions”).

(“Urban legends” of Moscow – where was situated Barchenko'’s lab – say that before arrest & death Barchenko, - who po-
ssessed considerable precognitive ability, - managed, with the help of his colleagues, to “record into Akashic data-
banks”, via developed by him technique of collective meditation, mental instruction demanding nuclear demolishing of
Kremlin (idea of feasibility of creation of nuclear explosive devices – which were described already in one of pre-WWI
SF novels of H.G. Wells – was, of course, well-known to Barchenko) & other strongholds of Communist power in Moscow.

Subsequent events tend to confirm plausibility of this legend; - as belief in imminence of atomic explosion in Moscow
haunts until now minds not only of KGBists & dissidents but also of ordinary Moscovites.

Thus, when interrogating in ’47 an eminent Russian mystic D. Andreyev, KGBeasts tried to accuse him in attempting to
implant under Red Square an atom bomb (smallest of which weighed at this time several tons)!

Also, well-known in the West Anglo-American spy Penkovsky asked in ‘60s his CIA/SIS controllers to smuggle into Moscow
no less than 30 atomic bombs, - to be implanted under key government buildings there.

Allegedly, these controllers even were obliged to restrain their overzealous agent, saying that just 2-3 atomic charges
will be quite enough!
At the peak of “perestroika & glasnost” – in ’88-’89 – at populous meetings of supporters of ultra-nationalistic move-
ment “Pamyat” (‘Memory’) numerous speakers repeatedly told to large audiences about “nuclear charges implanted under key
government buildings situated near metro stations” (meaning Lubyanka: HQ of f. KGB).

A little later, in ’94, two such well-known in Russia but widely different persons as Acad. Yablokov & the late Gen.
Lebed told to journalists that “hundreds of nuclear suitcases (compact nuclear charges of KGB’s Spetsnaz) had mysteri-
ously disappeared from their places of storage”.
(Yablokov added, that – according to “reliable sources” – at least two of them had been illegally sold to Palestinian
terrorists, and another two – to Chechen separatists. This information had been confirmed by f. director of nuclear
weapons’ research center near Chelyabinsk Acad L. Feoktistov in his memoirs.)

In publ. in Moscow in 2003 book “Geopolitics and Russia” by f. GRU Col. V. Petrov it’s written that “in 1999 Pentagon’'s
DARPA had signed a contract NDTRA-99-M-0407 with an unnamed Moscow research institution whose purpose was computer si-
mulation of possible consequences of nuclear explosions in Moscow metro” – this might mean that Barchenko’'s psi-ins-
tructions became operative on the global scale!)

Still others say that Barchenko had just surpassed tolerated by any government level of competence; - saying simply,
“he knew too much to remain alive”.

Whatever might be its real cause, murder of Barchenko became the most critical event in development of relations between
Russian esoteric/psi-research community & Soviet government.

In Roerich's’ Teaching it'’s said: “The state which employs treasonous methods does not have right to exist”: cf. popu-
lar among Russian intellectuals saying of Acad.A. Migdal: “The nation which does not appreciate trained intelligence has
no right to exist in modern world”.

(To put an end to insulting The Spirit of World Order existence of such “rogue state” it’ll be counterproductive to
start, - a la V. I. Lenin, - a bloody revolution: - which would only create more of negative karma.

It’ would be sufficient simply to withdraw from it the moral support of creative people; - without which, - as it’s said
in “Laws of Manu”, - it’ will automatically collapse from hunger & diseases.)

Thus, faced with this vile crime, honest spiritually motivated Russian psi-researchers had withdrawn from demonstrating
its true face Communist regime these remaining portions of trust which some of them felt towards “power of workers &
peasants” (which in reality turned out to be Power of Gulag enforcers) during first, comparatively liberal, years after
1917.

(They did draw distinction, however, between criminal Communist regime & endowed with tremendous metaphysical potential
Russian nation; - whose great destiny was predicted by many spiritual teachers: see, eg, on pp. 60-61 of standard Lusis
Trust ed. of A. Bailey’s “The Destiny of the Nations”.)

Naturally, those psi-researchers which had made socially significant discoveries: those which could increase power of
their possessors over those who hadn'’t access to such technologies had declined to deliver their “beloved brainchil-
dren” to those same Communist thugs which had tortured & killed their Spiritual brothers; - this was, of course, more
easy to do in case of (much more important) “soft”/”invisible” psi-technologies whose creation didn’t leave such in-
criminating traces as exotic devices - which couldn’t fail to attract unwelcome attention of stupid but obsessed with
animal curiosity (multiplied by implacable zeal of servants of Holy Office hunting covert heretics) “ideological over-
seers” of their work.
“Retroactive analysis” demonstrates that such reluctance to cooperate with Communist enemies of Russia turned out to be
highly patriotic act (confirming once more truth of idea of Acad Sakharov about necessity of Moral Guidance in scienti-
fic research); - as after collapse of f. USSR those same KGBeasts which “protected achievements of Soviet science from
foreign spies” were first to sell those “achievements” (naturally, of “visible & tangible” kind – as these materialis-
tically minded traitors didn'’t believe in (and much less understand) “metaphysical perversions”) on which they could
lay their greedy hands to those same “foreign spies”.

Sometimes such selling of Russia’'s secrets was camouflaged by semblance of legal procedure (eg, in “Psychotronic War”
by I. Vinogradov (Mirzalis) & G. Gurtovoy; Moscow, 1993, there was mentioned a secret treaty between KGB & CIA, signed
in 1990, whose subject was “exchange of heretofore secret psychotronic technologies between USSR & USA”; - as it’s easy
to understand, such exchange between fast collapsing USSR & the only remaining global superpower: USA was rather asy-
mmetrical – secrets (eg, Dr I. Smirnov’'s technique of computer-aided subliminal suggestion) had mostly flown from USSR
to USA, and money (curiously small by international standards) – the other way.
However, more often (eg, in numerous cases of illegal transference of Russian psychotronic technologies to China, Iraq &
other “rogue states” – which could evoke displeasure of new “strategical allies” from NATO) these “irrelevant formali-
ties” were dropped.

Also, Masters of Shamballa, - Whose assistance was the key factor of success of Barchenko’s explorations, - refused to
cooperate any more with perfidious political outlaws which murdered appointed by Them Representative of Shamballa;
- shifting Their attention to Russian Military Intelligence (now known as GRU): which had preserved (at least, traces)
of the noble spirit of the Russian Imperial Army.

(The contact between Shamballa & Military Intelligence was facilitated by the fact that Russian Military Intelligence
was essentially a Masonic organization: it had to be hastily organized in 1812, after Napoleon’s invasion into Russia,
when there simply was no time for elaboration of complicated secrecy protocols.

However, Commander-in-Chief of Russian Army: national hero of Russia Field-Marshal Kutuzov, - who was a Military Mason

use well-known to him Masonic secrecy protocols!

Such “sharing of protocols” has ensured establishment of “morphic resonance” between Collective Mind of Russian Military
Intelligence & Collective Mind of Global Masonic Community; - in the same way as sharing of Windows’ protocols by PC
users worldwide is assisting accelerated formation of Noospheric Brain/Mind of Humanity: cf., eg, “Enhance your ESP
online” by Sh. Barrera in May ’96 issue of FATE magazine.)

Thus, - when worst of Stalinism’'s nightmares had dissipated a little towards early ‘60s, - it’s not surprizing that
leading role in revival of Soviet psi-research belonged to groups sponsored by Soviet Army (and especially Navy – whose
then Commander-in-Chief: the venerable “father of Soviet Navy” Adm. S. Gorshkov was a very advanced person capable of
making non-standard decisions in spite of strong opposition; his realistic enough image is presented – under pseudonym
‘Adm. Vassiliev’ –in “Dunn’s Conundrum”).

Foremost of these groups was (officially non-listed, like its Pentagon counterpart: UFOlogical team of Col. Corso, - not
so much to hide it from “foreign agents” (which knew about its existence from bestselling “Psychic Discoveries behind
The Iron Curtain”, whose authors had been specially invited into f. USSR because of consent of such key Politbureau mem-
bers as Marshal Ustinov) as to protect its work from unnecessary interference of overzealous “ideological watchdogs of
Marxist orthodoxy”) Special Advanced Research Group directed by Dr Gennady A. Sergeyev”: 1st rank Captain of Soviet
Navy; - who was then best Navy’'s expert in hydroacoustics & bionics.

(“Ukhtomsky Physiological Institute”, - named as his place of work in “Parapsychology”, - was just an official cover. It

could not – and wasn’t, perhaps, expected to - delude his competent enough Western colleagues, connected with special
services of their countries; - eg, Prof. J. Pratt, who worked in ‘70s on contract with US Office of Naval Intelligence,
- who knew real identity of Dr. Sergeyev as well as Soviets knew Pratt’'s own identity.)

Perhaps, officially sanctioned meetings of top psi-researchers & intelligence experts from the East & West, ostensibly
dedicated to exploration of psychic abilities of Mrs Kulagina, - where were discussed, besides purely scientific pro-
blems, also important problems of international security (eg, during “collateral sessions” there was prepared a very
important treaty on avoidance of incidents between Soviet Navy & NATO navies), - had inspired J. Goodfield: wife of an
eminent philosopher of science S. Toulmin, who had wide connections in Pentagon, with (presented in her copyrighted in
’73 “Courier to Peking”) idea of “confidence contacts” between responsible representatives of Soviet & US intelligence,
intended to effectuate smooth resolution of possible conflict situations.

(However, Ms Goodfield, - who had access only to rumours, - had misrepresented some of important aspects of these
meetings.
Thus, for example, she wrote about “meetings between representatives of KGB & CIA”; - whereas this was a purely military
enterprise on both sides – whose participants were loath to disclose confidential information to their rivals both
from KGB & CIA.

These meetings were, for example, held in Leningrad – and not Moscow, as usually in such cases – at the insistence of
American side; - which had complained that (already in ‘60s!) “Moscow was overfilled with CIA agents (and/or ‘agents of
influence’)”.

It also must be said that – in contrast with plot of Mrs Goodfield'’s book, where mutual distrust between participants
of Soviet-American negotiations led ultimately to dramatic consequences – our meetings with American colleagues were
permeated with genuine Spirit of Goodwill; - as majority of their participants (many of which were initiated Military
Masons) shared the same spiritual values: see, eg, those sections of website of Pentagon Meditation Club:

Soviet/Russian military.

The only real disturbance was caused by noisome activities of omnipresent KGBeasts, trying to sneak in; - which, how-
ever, were efficiently restrained from interfering by direct order of Politbureau.

(Cf. Ph. Corso’s “"The Day after Roswell"”; - where he says that he was compelled to carry, - while travelling in
Washington, D.C., - a loaded gun in order to be able to defend himself from possible provokations of CIA agents!))

Young Russian explorer of psychotronics’ history Dr A. Pervushin presents an interesting version of scenario of opera-
tion, with whose help it became possible to obtain government support (including financial) for organization of
Dr Sergeyev’s group (and some other psi- & UFO research groups: eg, L. Vassiliev’s reconstructed lab).

According to Dr Pervushin, this - extremely risky in situation of totalitarian regime (even “Irangate” in USA involved
considerable dangers for its participants) – operation was initiated by some intellectually advanced members of Soviet
intelligence community.

(Dr Pervushin mentions in this connection KGB, but I myself am inclined – on basis of personal experience –to believe in
decisive role of Masonic initiates from military intelligence).

These courageous & dedicated people were inspired by desire to advance frontiers of human knowledge; - and also, - last
but not least, - to increase defence capacities of their homeland: cf. a highly relevant article by an eminent New Ager
M. Ferguson “We (meaning Western & Russian Leading Edgers) Are Each Other” in Dec’82 issue of Findhorn'’s “One Earth”
magazine.

What they have done, - as points Dr Pervushin, - amounts to (successful, what is really important) attempt to manipulate
their Politbureau superiors using their foreign “esoteric connections” (this is what Stalin was always afraid of in
connection with Barchenko & Roerichs).

In the fall of ’59 in France was published in a Leading Edge magazine “Constellation” (edited by f. disciple of Gurdjiev
L. Pauwels: then one of most influential people in French Masonic hierarchy, - and Odessa-born J. Bergier: expert in
industrial espionage & “nuclear alchemy”) an article claiming that in July of that year there had been organized by US
Navy a telepathic experiment on board of US nuclear submarine “Nautilus”; - which fact had been energetically refuted by
US Navy command.

(In fact, successful experiment of this kind had been performed in ’44 by Ahnenerbe’'s experts on board of German diesel
submarine.
Such small distortion (or “upgrading”) of “dull plain truths” isn’t something new for esotericists: it’s known that in
one of His sermons Lord Buddha Himself said that His sayings contain 50% of uncontestable “hard facts” – and another 50%
of SF-like “creative imagination” (but of course not easily discoverable stupid outright lies), - as this is the format
which does best stimulate development of independent human thinking.
Here can be drawn parallels with teaching computer – whose tests present several answers out of which you must select a
true one.)

In any case, execution of this comparatively small in scale (compared with then raging Cold War’s propaganda & disinfor-
mation campaigns) internationally coordinated “operation of information warfare” against official establishments of
their own countries, - which hadn’t caused any harm to any person (except risk for its perpetrators, if they’d been
caught), - was regarded by members of both Russian & foreign psi-research communities as quite permissible from moral
viewpoint answer to shameless campaigns of slander which were waged by those establishments against psi-research commu-
nities.

(Strong belief in justifiablity of this operation was shared by all Russian participants in this enterprize; - which
hadn’t forgotten tragical deaths of their spiritual brothers, brutally murdered by filthy Stalinist thugs.

Their modern successors, - which believe that Barchenko’s “magic curse” had facilitated the fall of Communism, - recall
in this connection well-known Masonic legend about “Templar's’ Revenge”; - which says that it was the curse of burnt at
the stake in 1314 Grand Master of Knights Templars Jacques de Molay, - executed by order of greedy French King & co-
rrupt Church officials, wishing to appropriate Templars’ legendary treasures, - which had ultimately led to the collapse
of French monarchy.

In this connection some of their foreign colleagues recall also fragment from Pauwels’ & Bergier’s “The Morning of the
Magicians”: this “Gospel/Communist Manifesto” of “New Age magicians”; - where it’s said that aware of Cosmic Importance
of their evolutionary mission (cf. # 1 of J. Hurtak’s Key 1-1-6: “People of God repair the universes”) New Age Initia-
tes must “answer strike on the cheek with strike of nuclear lightning”.)

Some of Soviet researchers also might draw inspiration from evident parallels between idea of this operation – and
indoctrinated into them by Soviet regime WWI-period appeals of V. I. Lenin to “proletarians” (that is, most oppressed
social class – which felt – and still feel - themselves to be Soviet psi-explorers) “to transform imperialistic (that
is, “official Cold War” against “Western imperialists”) war into Holy War of Social Liberation of Proletariat (that’s,
enslaved by Communist regime intellectuals)”.)

Returning to consideration of Dr Pervushin’'s article, it may be said that French publication was immediately used by
prepared to its appearance Soviet Navy’s researchers as a kind of “conceptual battering ram”; - with whose help they
tried (quite successfully) to demolish thick barriers of “Marxist orthodoxy” protecting ossified minds of Soviet
bureaucrats from penetration of progressive new ideas.

(“Naval progressors’” most strong argument in favour of immediate start of financing of advanced Soviet psi-research
program was threatening possibility that, - in absence of reliable enough means of communication with submerged nuclear
submarines, - “wicked American imperialists” will be able, with the help of their advanced telepathic technologies,
to suggest to captains of Soviet nuclear submarines an idea to launch their missiles at Kremlin.

In spite of evident for all logically thinking analysts loopholes, this argument worked; - perhaps, because of
irrational suggestive power of Barchenko'’s “Akashic instruction”/magic curse, which had been activated by mere mentio-
ning of such possibility!)

Use of this little stratagem hardly could be condemned, - as wrote Dr. Pervushin, - even from the viewpoint of conser-
vative “conventional morality”; - because thanks to it precious funds, - which’ll be otherwise senselessly wasted on
production of useless (as it became clear during “perestroika”) military junk, - were redirected for most important re-
search into the deepest foundations of Human Nature.
This made possible: both for Soviet psi-researchers & their Western counterparts (which also greatly benefited from
“upgrading of image of Soviet psi-menace”), to make many outstanding discoveries & inventions (which might be vitally
necessary for the very survival of Humanity threatened with ever more serious dangers of unpredictable nature), widely
expanding frontiers of human knowledge.

Dr Sergeyev'’s group had in relatively short time solved the problem of uninterceptible instant torsionic communication
with submerged submarines; - basing on data of Dr Barchenko’s research, extracted for this purpose from secret archives.

(See, eg, in K. Wakelam’'s “Morphism of the Void”, Mulberry Books (UK), 1995 about classified patents on disk-based
devices for torsionic communication which were given in ‘60s in f. USSR to Dr Sergeyev’s colleagues Dr. Bobyr &
Yurovitsky.

Considerably downgraded demonstration variant, - lacking, for example, key component effectuating programmed modulation
of torsionic field, - of these still classified naval devices was comparatively recently presented (no doubt, on consent
– or perhaps order – of proper authorities) by E. Podkletnov under the name of “antigravity generator”; - which was
widely publicized by Western mass media: see, eg, D. Cohen’'s “Goung Up” in 12 Jan 2002 issue of “New Scientist”.)

Of extremely high importance had been development by Dr Sergeyev’'s group, - on basis of these technologies of submarine
communication, - of highly efficient torsionic technologies for programmed “remote manipulation” with DNA.

Skilfull use of such technologies will allow to realize visionary dreams of such eminent biologist as Sir Alister Hardy
(and other proponents of idea of “upgrading of human nature” – including Col. J. Alexander, who strives to create real
incarnations of invincible Jedi Knights: “New Age supersoldiers”); - who said in his ’62 Gifford lectures that “advan-
ced genetics of the Future will allow to operate with genes in a way similar to that in which an artist uses his/her
paints, - allowing to create Life Art masterpieces of unimaginable Beauty & Perfection”.

E.g. Jim Channing's "First Earth Battalion" as "Jedi Knights."

Dr Sergeyev, - basing on his considerable bionics’ experience, - realized that those same (or slightly modified) devices
which can send uninterceptible messages to submerged in World Ocean submarines would be able, with even greater ease,
send irrecusable instructions to submerged into “cell bioplasma” DNA molecules (endowed, as demonstrated his group’s
explorations, with some elements of intelligence).

Of course, Dr Sergeyev understood clearly that such technologies could be also used for negative purposes; - eg, for
selective activation of vulnerable locuses of DNA (now called “death genes” – long lists of which are published in
Internet: no doubt, with intention to facilitate hard job of “psychotronic bioterrorists”), slightest tampering with
which can cause incurable diseases & extremely painful death.

Being a highly conscientious person, sharing humanistic ideas of Acad Sakharov (with whose works – not only of scienti-
fic kind - he was well acquainted), Dr Sergeyev felt it to be his obliging moral duty to inform as fast as possible
about this danger Global Community.

His brilliant mind allowed him to find efficient resolution of this – extremely difficult in totalitarian society – pro-
blem: he used as his “global-scale PR agent” senile Brezhnev himself; - who had duly voiced, - in his, much commented
at this time by international media, speech of 13 June 1975, - Sergeyev’'s warning about possibility of creation of
“new weapon of mass extermination more terrible than nuclear”.
(To guarantee its reception by Brezhnev, it was sent via Marshal Ustinov: personal wartime friend of Sergeyev'’s
father.)

During chaos of “catastroika” which followed failed “Gorbi’s perestroika” materials of Dr Sergeyev'’s extensive
memo – in whose compilation author of this review had personally participated – became accessible, via his “friends in
high places”, to notorious but clever Mr. Zhirinovsky; - who used them for blackmailing: at 6 Apr 2000 PACE session in
Strasbourg & during his other public speeches European nations with “supersecret magnetic weapon more terrible than
nuclear”.

This expression is scientifically correct; - as possessing greater penetrating ability than neutrinos torsionic waves
generated by revolving magnetic disks will reach their “human targets”, - to specific frequencies of whose “death genes”
they are precisely attuned, - even in most deep & reliable VIP-class underground antinuclear shelters – and/or in
near-Earth space habitats.

It must be noted that – however significant its research results seemed to similarly minded colleagues (which then – as
now – comprised in Russia – as in other countries – only a small minority) – sociopolitic survival of Dr. Sergeyev'’s
lab in extremely hostile ideological environment would be impossible without its being engaged into activities of “mili-
tary-diplomatic kind”.

(Saying simply, this group was responsible for “scientific backing” of “active operations of psychological warfare”,
undertaken by Soviet special services (more often – but not exclusively – GRU) during Cold War period.

Thus, for example, its participation played a decisive role in cancelling of proclaimed by Reagan Administration “Star
Wars’ project”; - which was regarded by not only Soviet but also many American experts as inefficient & potentially
highly destabilizing international situation – even fraught with possibility of initiation of “accidental nuclear war”.

In connection with the subject of “military-diplomatical aspects” of work of Dr Sergeyev'’s group I may recall also
situation around well-known to both US & Soviet psi-researchers of older generations KGB-organized at the end of ‘70s
“psychotronic incident” with Moscow correspondent of ‘LA Times’ R. Toth.

The official Soviet version claimed that “a Soviet scientist who participated in secret psi-research” (actually KGB’s
“agent-provokateur”) tried to pass to R. Toth, - on a Moscow street, of all places!, - “materials about secret Soviet
psi-technologies allowing to remotely kill launch operators of US nuclear missiles”; - but was timely intercepted by
“ever vigilant KGB agents”.

As in numerous publications of US media about this incident (probably, organized with “unobtrusive help” of Soviet
‘agents of influence’) there were mentioned names of a gifted psychic B. Yermolayev & his alleged “psychotronic coach”
Dr. V. Pushkin (who, as wrote US media, allegedly “trained Yermolayev to be an efficient psi-killer”), - who were my
personal friends, - I was obliged to write for my GRU superiors a memo with full explanation of all aspects of my
possible involvement in this scandal; - which, as apprehended my superiors, might be organized by KGBeasts in order to
“frame up” Dr Sergeyev’s group.

I duly wrote in this memo that, - on basis of my personal knowledge of character of B. Yermolayev (who was a psychically
unstable person, totally unfit for the role of cold-blooded government-sponsored killer of ‘James Bond type’), - I
regard this incident as a hare-brained idea of some KGB halfwit; - who wanted to undertake a “brilliant operation”,
provoking a world-sized scandal, - in course of which “unruly democratic press” of USA might blurt out, through sheer
stupidity & irresponsibility, some valuable psychotronic secrets of then “Enemy No. 1”.

(I may add that under no circumstances I’'d allow to involve myself – and especially trusting me colleagues – into such
colossal stupidity.
In any case, researchers of Dr Sergeyev’'s group had no need to take recourse to such idiotic stratagems; - as we had at
our disposal efficiently enough functioning channels of exchange of vital for safeguarding of international security
information with our American military colleagues: see, eg, on pp. 94-5 of ’97 ed. of Ph. Corso’s “"The Day after
Roswell”.")

In fact, KGButchers, - which since Dzerzhinsky’s times believed murder to be the most efficient instrument of resolution
of complicated problems, - had tried at this time to sell to Politbureau their crazy projects of “ultimate defeat of
American imperialism”; - based on “mass pre-emptive telepathic murders” of key persons in the system of US defence
(perhaps, including US President).

Of course, such idiocy could never be supported by highly esoterically educated members of Dr Sergeyev’s group; - which
did well know about existence of multilayered system of “global esoteric defence”, created by Lords of Shamballa,
- which didn’t want to allow “political hooligans” of any persuasions to interfere with precisely elaborated Plans of
Shamballa, determining optimal lifespans of key players on international scene: both important individual persons &
entire nations, whose determined by Cosmic Schedule “time of liberation” hasn’t yet come.

(In this connection can be recalled words of K. Marx; - who pointed that “no social system can be destroyed until it
would exhaust its evolutionary potential”.)

Such system had prevented, for example, execution of seemingly perfectly feasible plan of Acad. Sakharov; - who, - as he
himself writes in his “Memoirs”, - has created his unwieldy 100 megaton nuclear monster (which could not be carried by
missiles & airplanes of this period) with the sole purpose of “instant decapitation” of the entire American government.

According to this plan, a remotely controlled “robot submarine” with this superbomb on board must approach the outer
limit of US territorial waters (not trespassing it) in the vicinity of Washington, D.C.; - and explode this bomb.

This will create powerful tsunami wave; - which, moving faster than jet plane, could instantly wash out entire Washing-
ton city (“like shit in flushed toilet bowl”, added ‘the great humanist’).

Such mode of attack will cancel any possibility of US backstrike; - as then (in the late ‘50s) SAC nuclear command
center under Cheyenne Mt. wasn’t yet created.

Regretfully (for Soviet bosses of this period – but perhaps luckily for Progress of Humankind), this ingeniously wicked
plan wasn'’t realized; - because scale modelling of Washington’s coastal aquatory had (allegedly) demonstrated that wave
of “nuclear tsunami” will be deflected by the lay of the land from such important military targets as, eg, Pentagon &
White House.

(There circulated a rumour that experts from Acad. Krylov’s Navy Institute in Leningrad, - which were performing
scientific evaluation of tests’ results, –got very substantial bribes from omnipresent “American spies”; - or perhaps
from even more ubiquitious “agents of international Masonic conspiracy”.)

On the other hand, this same “system of esoteric defence” has saved from pre-emptive total nuclear strike, - which
Reagan'’s Administration planned to deliver to the “evil empire” in ‘83-’84 (see in fascinating “Dunn'’s Conundrum”
by “Stan Lee” – evidently, a pseudonym of some highly placed member of Reagan'’s secret team, preparing this strike),
- another participant in the “global game of ‘nuclear chickens’”: USSR.

Andropov, - who (allegedly) had received information about preparation of such attack via Masonic channels, - had
organized largest since WWII joint intelligence operation of KGB & GRU, whose purpose was to watch for signs of
beginning of such attack.

For example, KGB agents in Washington had counted every hour of dark time number of Pentagon’'s lighted windows!: see in
memoirs of f. Soviet Ambassador in USA Dobrynin, f. Stasi chief M. Wolf & other prominent Eastern Bloc statespersons of
this period.

(Of course, USSR was saved from almost certain destruction, - which wi’ll cause incomparably greater loss of human lives
than comparatively limited “surgical nuclear laundering” proposed by more humane Sakharov, - not by “feats of brave
windows’ watchers”.

This was done – as it’s said in “Dunn’'s Conundrum” - by Soviet “psychic warriors” trained in art of “telepathic
hypnosis”, - which belonged to “operative branch” of Special Advanced Research Group of Soviet Navy, organized through
initiative of Navy'’s CINC Adm. Gorshkov (described in “Dunn'’s Conundrum” under pseudonym ‘Adm. Vassiliev’); - which
comprised also “theoretical branch” directed by Dr Sergeyev.)

In order to restrain “murderous psi-enthusiasm” of KGB thugs, members of Dr Sergeyev’'s group proposed to attention of
Politbureau a competing project; - which did not necessitate “remote killing” of US service persons.

According to this project, to operators of US defence electronic systems must be sent imperceptible (and not causing
physical harm) “subliminal telepathic suggestions”, compelling them to put out of order their own weapons by projecting,
- like Kulagina, - their own psychic energy.
(Thus, the essential idea of this project was “instant telepathic transference” of Kulagina'’s abilities (whose mathema-
tical models were developed by members of Dr Sergeyev'’s group), - which were personally witnessed by Prof. Pratt & his
colleagues: see on pp. 141-2 of ’92 ed. of R. Broughton'’s “Parapsychology” & in my essay “On some little known
fragments of Star Wars’ history”.

For this might be used abovementioned “technique of telepathic bursts” developed already by Dr Barchenko.)

Again, “global system of esoteric defence” caused this plan to backfire at its own creators; - as, ironically
(but/and/or in accordance with “laws of poetic justice”), almost entire military-political system of f. USSR, - designed
as “invincible weapon of Communist Idea”, - was destroyed by its “chief operator”: Gorbachev.

(As claim some Russian media, he was subjected to special brain treatment (mentioned in the Glossary to J. Hurtak'’s
“"The Keys of Enoch"” under the name of “Inductive Linkage”), – which made him suggestible to telepathic orders of
Western psi-operators, – during his ’84 visit to London; - where his temporary abduction was arranged by traitor
Gordiyevsky, who was responsible for Gorbachev’s “security”.)

From above-said it’s clear that American “opponents/partners in Cold War” hadn'’t remained just passive
recipients/”innocent victims” of Soviet “active psychotronic operations”: they had responded with different degrees of
efficiency; - which was fast increasing in ‘80s.

In opinion of many Russian experts, this was real cause of defeat of f. USSR in Cold War (which essentially had been
global-scale operation of psychological warfare).

Here can be remarked that not only f. Soviet but also many American geopolitical analysts are remembering “merry old
time” of Cold War with considerable regrets – retroactively regarding Cold War as a remarkable feat of “global-scale
sociopolitical engineering”.

There is widely spread opinion that without stimuli provided by Cold War it’ll be impossible to attain unprecedented in
the history tempo of scientific-technological progress, - which might be of decisive importance for survival of
civilization, as without modern technologies Humankind will have no chances to defend itself from such, eg, capital
threats as possibility of impacts of asteroids & comets.

That's where my /\zpf field theory may play a role if it is correct. Too soon to tell.

East & West functioned during Cold War like two laser mirrors – and/or like two mutually complementary strands of
DNA – which were both necessary for production of significant effects of geopolitical kind; - such as “generation of
creative energy responsible for intellectual progress out of Nothing”: out of this “Casimir Effect gap” of Uncertainty
which separated (but also inextricably joined together) both World Superpowers based on alternative ideological para-
digms, which mutually complemented each other like hemispheres of a single Global Brain (cf. abovementioned article of
M. Ferguson “We Are Each Other”).

Casimir force may be relevant to generation of consciousness in bio-matter on nano-scale, though not to propulsion of
the flying saucers.

On pp. 368-9 of “Man-made UFOs” by R. Vesco & D. Childres it’s said that “Cold War was a kind of show played under
invisible direction of Masonic elite (which was obedient to the Will of Global Government of Shamballa: C. I.) in order
to promote Global Progress”.

*There is said also that one of most efficient strategies of this Global Game was “stealth transference” of advanced
military technologies: more often than not in such inobtrusive & inconspicuous “seed form”, which wi’ll easily penetrate
official secrecy barriers.

*That's what we are doing here and now quite obviously. But it's a "two-way relation."

This had happened, for example, when top US atomic scientists – including Einstein, Fermi, Oppenheimer – had, with
sanction of US “secret elite”, transmitted to Sudoplatov’'s spy ring few papers needed to boost belief of Stalin &
Beriya in feasibility of entire Soviet atomic project.

I am in Sudoplatov's book "Special Tasks" in the later edition with Foreword by Robert Conquest.

(The only real secret of atom bomb – that it could be made at all – was revealed to the entire world in Hiroshima; - and
technological secrets, whose transmission would require many carloads of paper, were useless to Soviet industry using
different element basis.)

There can be no doubt in existence of “stealth sanction” of US (mostly Masonic) secret elite to this operation; - for
how else could an aged but still not averse to life'’s little pleasures Einstein, - who was guarded 24 hours a day,
- enjoy favours of his KGB-supplied young lover?

In abovementioned fragment from “Man-made UFOs” there is presented quite logical reason for giving of such sanction:
creation of controllable but strong enough “sparring partner” in multi-trillion dollar “nuclear arms’ race”; - “for how
else”, - ask authors of “Man-made UFOs”, - “could be stimulated development of immensely profitable busynesses of
military-industrial complex?”

(Reliable enough control of Russian “nuclear sparring partners” could be effectuated, for example, via international
Military Masonic channels; – it’s conspicuous to all but complete ignoramuses that symbols of Soviet & US Armies:
5-pointed stars are identical except colour.

This is very significant if we’d recall that red: colour of Red Army star was the colour of Crown of Lower Egypt, - and
white: colour of US Army star was the colour of Crown of Upper Egypt – which had ultimately conquered Lower Egypt,
forming United Kingdom of Ancient Egypt; – whose restoration on the global scale Masons regard as their most important
task.)

Perhaps, even more important for civilization’s further destinies act of transfer of advanced supertechnologies
(or, - which is even more important, - of faith in their practical feasibility: never forget that “Mustard grain of
Faith can move mountains (even mountains of bureaucratic idiocy: C. I.)”) was (partially) described on pp. 141-2 of
“Parapsychology”.

Then US researchers obtained from their Soviet colleagues (also with sanction of political superiors of the latter)
uncontrovertible proof of real feasibility of highly important for national defence psychotronic technologies, - whose
reproduction (and upgrading, if possible) now depended only on their own skills & capabilities.

Political influence (and thus survival ability) of Soviet psychotronics, - and especially of its main “intellectual
engine”: Dr Sergeyev’'s group, - decreased in synchronicity with decrease of political (and physical) health of its main
supporters in top echelons of political power: Marshal Ustinov & Adm. Gorshkov.

At the same time, there was fast increasing efficiency of American “psychotronic warfare operations”; - which had
received a considerable boost during period of power of President Reagan & his faithful follower: Bush Sr.

It’s widely known that Reagan had believed in astrologers’ forecasts & other “mystic nonsense”; - which, probably,
helped him to become one of favourites of Americans –more than half of which do also believe in this “nonsense”.

It’s less well known that it was listening to “esoteric advice” which allowed him successfully accomplish his task of
“dismantling of evil empire”; - which he couldn'’t achieve with the help of strategical nuclear forces.

Among members of US Citizen Diplomacy Groups, - many of which flocked to f. USSR during Reagan'’s 2nd term, - was a
certain “Ms Michelle Gabriel”: teller of children’s tales; - who, - as hinted some initiated members of Pentagon
Meditation Club, - had in reality been a “combined female avatar of Archangels Michael & Gabriel”.

e.g. Michael Murphy "An End To Ordinary History" and The Esalen Factor.

Having got access, - via Mrs Nancy, - to President'’s ear, Ms Gabriel had reminded him an old truth that Love is
stronger than Hate; - recommending him to dissolve solid-looking but essentially fragile “snowman of evil empire” in
megaton-sized streams of American Love, carried by eager teams of specially indoctrinated (not by remarkably inept in
this area US government but by Higher Powers, - represented on Earth by widespread networks of Masonic/New Age
“grassroots groups”) American Citizen Diplomats.

There was, of course, a small snag on the way of this brilliant plan: someone must open tightly closed borders of “evil
empire” to streams of foreign Peace Lovers; - but it had been removed (doubtlessly, with sanction of abovementioned
Higher Powers) with the help of no less brilliant stratagem.

As it was written in some Russian media, in 1984 – when future Secretary General of CPSU Gorbachev was visiting
London – he was (secretly, of course) abducted for just a few hours with the help of traitor Gordiyevsky: then in
charge for Gorbachev'’s safety.

During this time Gorbachev allegedly had been subjected to leaving no visible traces operation (which is called
“Inductive linkage” in Glossary to J. Hurtak'’s “The Keys of Enoch”) of brain modification; - which made Gorbachev
receptive to subconscious suggestions of specially trained Western psi-operators.

Very interesting! Fits that Gorby's Foundation controlled by Esalen people and that Hurtak was even funded by Joe
Firmage in 2000 in NYC at a meeting of State of The World Forum (Gorbachev Foundation).

The result was well-known “perestroika & glasnost” (which, among other things, widely opened doors for US Citizen
Diplomats) – which was soon followed by no less well-known period of “catastroika”; - which led to collapse of f. USSR
as a global superpower.
(However, plans of Masonic “global social engineers” seem yet not to be quite fulfilled – as US & present-day Russia
seem to be as yet far enough from integration into an organically united “New Egypt”.)

With the collapse of f. USSR had collapsed also material infrastructure of Soviet psychotronics; - which here from was
obliged to lead a kind of “post-mortem existence”.

However, - as it is correctly noted in Roerich's’ Teaching, - removal of an enemy from physical plane may create even
more serious problems on subtle planes.

A coherent more or less well controllable (eg, by international Masonic community) Soviet psi-research community had
been fragmented into countless number of “fractal holochips”; - each of which, like a chip of “holographic Mind of
Universe”, carried inside itself (if even as “seed potency”) large part of “know-how thesaurus” accumulated by entire
Soviet/Russian psi-research community during decades of intense dedicated labours.

Like fleas leaving cooling corpse (or perhaps like Atlantean “priests-kulturtraegers” which had carried treasures of
knowledge from their destroyed homeland to faraway barbarian countries) numerous “psychotronic kurturtraegers”: more
adventurous of now unemployed workers of f. Soviet psi-research institutions tried (sometimes successfully) to sell
Soviet psychotronic technologies of “double use” to any government, which wi’ll be persuaded to pay ridiculously small
by international standards money.

There circulated in ‘90s rumours that “paid buddy” of Saddam, - who was made more wary by results of “Desert Storm”,
- Zhirinovsky advised him to buy Internet-based psychotronic technologies; - with whose help paid agents and/or
ideological followers of Saddam, basing in USA & Europe, could undertake intraceable to Iraqi dictator acts of
large-scale “psychotronic bioterrorism”; - which could produce much more deep & long-lasting (although not immediately
apparent, because of their “stealth nature”) psychopolitical impacts than ridiculous attempts to spread anthrax via
“snail mail”, which raised considerable panic in the fall of 2001.

(Failure of US official authorities – which relied on experts which were skeptical towards Things Parapsychological – to
recognize potential (or just allow possibility of) existence of very cheap & easy-to-hide “stealth psychotronic
bioweapons”: the ideal weapons of poor but aggressive outlaw regimes and/or terrorist groups might cost President Bush
Jr. his re-election to second term.)

*However, most successful was an attempt to transmit f. Soviet psychotronic technologies to China: fast developing most
populous nation in the world; - whose inspired with heady mixture of Communist ideology & millennia-old nationalistic
ambitions leaders cherish hope to become soon World Superpower No. 1.

(Some analysts had drawn analogies between “stealth transmission” of Soviet psychotronic technologies to China after
defeat of f. USSR in Cold War – and stealth transmission of German military technologies to Soviet Russia after defeat
of Germany in WWI; - which had created an “inspiring” (especially considering what happened in 1941) historical
precedent.

Also, in this connection there are sometimes recalled words of Tsar Alexander I; - who said, after beginning of
Napoleonic invasion in 1812, that “we are ready to retreat as far as Kamchatka”.

Staunch Communists who were in charge of some (but by no means all, of course) Soviet psi-research institutions needed
not to go so far – it was sufficient for them to move no further than civilized enough in late ‘80s Peking, where
eagerly waiting them “Communist comrades” prepared for them warm reception.)

From purely technical viewpoint, transmission of psychotronic technologies hadn’t presented any problems: because
psychotronics wasn’t officially recognized (much less as a strategical asset), psychotronics’ experts weren’t mentioned
in the official lists of persons not allowed to emigrate (there existed, of course, unofficial lists – but their keepers
evidently didn’t object).

Also, they hadn’t needed to carry any cumbersome & easy-to-spot “exotic” hardware; - because Internet-aided psi-weapons
could be operated from any standard PC terminal. All what was needed was just a small but closely enough knit group of
competent experts (camouflaged, eg, as “shuttle traders”) which carry all necessary information inside their heads.

Chinese experts met enthusiastically techniques of collective computer-aided ESP training/meditation education,
developed by Dr Sergeyev'’s group for facilitation of formation of “group minds” of crews of naval & spaceship.

(Such formation was expected to increase battle efficiency & survival ability of such ships, whose crewmembers could
better anticipate each other’s future moves – and whose captains’ precognitive abilities could be considerably
increased thereby.

After beginning of “perestroika” – when research materials of Dr Sergeyev’s group were partially declassified – we
proposed to use such techniques: transformed into Internet-compatible format for training of entire human crew of
endangered both from within & from outside Spaceship Earth in difficult but necessary Art of Defence of our common
Global Home.)

One of causes of such enthusiasm was an easily perceptible “conceptual resonance” of these Russian techniques, - invol-
ving use of computer-generated “psychobioentrainment audiovisual mandalas”, - with ancient Taoist techniques (allegedly
used by legendary (?) cultural hero Kui for mass healing/restoration of social order after terrible cataclysm – per-
haps, that which destroyed remains of Atlantis about 11 000 years ago); - whose essence was transmission of healing
rhythms of Celestial Harmonies via “computer-compatible language” of numbers & schemes/mandalas.

However, of even greater practical interest was to Chinese experts information about successful attempt of Soviet
“psychic warriors”, - which used techniques of collective telepathic influencing, developed already by Dr Barchenko,
- to influence, during 5 Jan 1987 collective Soviet-American meditation, mind of President Reagan; - causing him to
reject (or freeze) plans of Strategical Defence Initiative/”Star Wars” (see in belowenclosed essay “On some little known
fragments of Star Wars’ history”).

In second half of ‘90s Chinese strategists became concerned about American plans to develop limited ABM defence system
(“son of Star Wars”); - which was powerless against vast Russian strategical nuclear arsenal, but could efficiently
neutralize much smaller Chinese nuclear strike force.
Obtaining of knowledge about potential possibilities of collective computer-aided/Internet-based meditations had
inspired some non-traditionally thinking Chinese military theorists of “New Wave” (eg, Wei Jincheng) with idea of a
cheap but efficient “asymmetric answer”; - which was in “conceptual resonance” with traditional Oriental ideas put in
foundation of such arts of self-defence as Aikido: whose basic principle is turning of opponent’s power against
him/herself.

(Some of Wei Jincheng’s ideas are presented in his article in 25 June ’96 issue of Chinese Army Daily, calling to start
“People’s War in Internet against imperialistic hegemonists”; - whose English translation can be found in WWW.)

Throughout entire 2001 in tightly controlled by authorities Chinese Internet there was actively promoted “politically
correct” (a la Chinois) electronic game; - whose protagonist was a cute but helpless “computer animal” with the face
of President Bush, - which ought to be fed with “virtual grass” only in return for total obedience.

(Russian experts think that idea of use of “gamelike format” was borrowed by quick-thinking Chinese researchers from
their American colleagues: see, eg, on pp. 187-93 of “Parapsychology”.

Also, advantages of “gamelike format” of real military operations, - which allows to reduce unnecessary psychic stress
of participants & offers excellent camouflage, - are described in such (to name just a few out of many) SF novels of
American authors as, eg, “Ender’s Game” by Orson S. Card & “Connection of Times has broken” by Ph. Dick.)

Such “gamelike meditations” of dozens of millions of users of Chinese Internet (whose number might far surpass in near
future number of US users) had generated mental morphogenetic fields of very considerable power.

Such fields might (hypothetically) have been sharply focussed & precisely directed at any chosen moment at selected
“human target” by secret groups of highly trained professional meditators: eg, QiGong adepts included into staff of
Chinese military psi-research institutions: see, eg, on p. 333 of “Parapsychology”.

(Here it may be mentioned that successful experiments in group telepathic influencing of “human targets” had been
performed by A. Crowley & other esotericists already in 19th century.

Later, - in ‘30s-‘40s, - these techniques had been elaborated & “upgraded” by Crowley'’s followers from Himmler’s
Ahnenerbe.
Direct contacts between Ahnenerbe & Tibetan Bon-Po priests (and, most probably, QiGong adepts) had been established
during numerous in ‘30s SS-sponsored German expeditions into Tibet.

My deceased old friend GRU Col. Dr Demidenko, - who, while serving as Soviet military adviser in China in ‘50s, was
engaged in explorations of esoteric connections between China & Germany (later he explored also German end of this
connection, investigating Ahnenerbe’'s archives – or what was left of them after pillage by Beriya’s people - in
f. GDR), - told me that in ‘80s he had seen in GDR “Chinese comrades” which asked Stasi to allow them access to
remaining (after ‘40s’ pillage) archives of Ahnenerbe.)

Fruit of these labours was produced on 13 Jan 2002; - when, in front of CNN cameras which transmitted this event to
hundreds of millions of viewers worldwide, President Bush lost his cosciousness for several minutes: time, sufficient
for blocking or delaying of adequate response of USA to possible nuclear attack.

(It’s possible, - and highly probable, as without them our world will be too dangerous place, - of course, that there
exist special protocols intended to deal with such emergencies – which weren’t too rare during “nuclear confrontation
era”.

It’s known that in early ‘60s stoned on cocaine President Kennedy lost for about half-hour contact with his “nuclear
suitcase”.

A similar incident – also demonstrated by CNN to billions of people worldwide – had happened on 25 April 1999: day of
50th NATO anniversary (and, incidentally, birthday of Zhirinovsky & Panchen-Lama XI of Tibet); - when another
drug-eater: President Clinton also temporarily lost access to his “nuclear suitcase”.

Here can be also recalled persistent “Pentagon rumours”, which claimed that at the peak of Watergate President Nixon’
's “nuclear suitcase” was simply switched off by some unknown authorities (perhaps, members of secret Military Masonic
elite – which got sanction from Masters of Shamballa); - in order not to expose his troubled mind & stressed psyche to
possible fatal temptations.

It was known that in similar situation Penkovsky, who felt that his arrest by KGB was imminent, –tried to send his
Moscow CIA/SIS controllers prearranged signal meaning that Russians are going to use nuclear weapons in course of
Caribbean crisis.

Luckily, - perhaps, thanks to intervention of Shamballa (or simply because of manifested by these controllers or their
superiors intuition backed by common sense), - this false signal was ignored; - saving thus the world from possible
nuclear holocaust.)
