the mass-media that over 30 years old audio-tape.

April 14, 1964 - The Day The Earth Stood Still

On April 14, 1964 one of the most extraordinary meetings in the history
of the Earth took place.
The location was fifteen levels down within a subterranean government
installation situated under El Capitan Peak in the remote Guadalupe
Mountains of northwest Texas, (in what is now Guadalupe Mountains National
Park), adjacent to the New Mexico border.
Present on one side of the meeting room were 24 representatives,
personally selected by the Four Governments present. These Governments were:
the United States, the Soviet Union, the People's Republic of China,
and the Council of Europe. Two Special Forces guards
stood sentry at the
door, armed with M-16s with the safeties off.
Soviet Premier Nikita Khruschev headed the U.S.S.R.-selected
delegation.
Chinese Premier Mao Tse-Tung (Zedong) selected a self-effacing young
man, a close confidant with expertise in international security matters,
to represent him at this meeting as his Official Representative, and to
head the Chinese-selected delegation.
The Council of Europe's Secretary-General Ludovico Benvenuti had
designated international law expert, Cambridge Professor, and Council of
Europe Commissioner Anthony Bradley to represent the European Council at
this Meeting; and Benvenuti's successor one month before the meeting,
Peter Smithers, confirmed that appointment.
"Representing" the United States, and brushing aside duly-elected U.S.
President John F. Kennedy, was the arrogant super-wealthy patriarch of
the Rockefeller family, David Rockefeller, the organizer
and
self-appointed leader of the Meeting from the Human side. Cautious about the Star
Visitors, Rockefeller took a position by the door to assure a quick
exit if needed. At his side was a recording secretary, a woman with long
blonde hair. Rockefeller had assured her silence about what she would
record by threatening her daughter if she ever talked.
Present on the other side of the meeting room were three
representatives from the High Council of the Star Nations, (the governing body of the
galactic federation of star civilizations in contact with Earth): the
Councillor For the Tall Zetas, the Councillor For the "Praying Mantis"
People, and the Councillor For the Reptoid (Reptilian-Humanoid) People
(1). Also present were four Short Zetas, who served as security for the
Councillors, and who were prepared to provide a quick exit, utilizing
energy field "tunnels", if required. Another Short Zeta served as
Recorder of
the proceedings for the Star Nations.
The purpose of this historic Meeting was to ratify an Agreement about
issues that had been under discussion and worked on via Star Nations
individual contacts with the Leaders of the Four Governments over the
period 1957-1961. The purpose of these contacts was to get these Leaders to
agree to a joint meeting to develop policy agreements that would stop
the attacks on Star Nations persons and vehicles, and permit the Star
Nations to continue their protective mission here. The reason the Four
Governments were present and not others was that these were the
governments who were engaged in attacking Star Nations craft and persons.
President Dwight Eisenhower had previously agreed to a Preliminary
Meeting for the U.S. And by March of 1960, all Four Leaders had agreed that
they would have representatives ready to meet in London on December 12,
1961 for that Preliminary Meeting. That
Meeting developed the issues
for further refinement, and further individual discussions between Human
representatives and Star Nations representatives. Those devenopeions
were then to be brought to a final Ratification Meeting of April 14,
1964, for finalization by the Four Governments and the Star Nations (Fuller
details about this 12/12/61 Preliminary Meeting's location, activity,
and who were in attendance at both meetings will be provided later in
this Report.)
The principal issues for the Star Nations in agreeing to theses
Meetings were that these Cabal-controlled (2) Four Governments were
persistently and violently interfering with the Star Nations mission to protect
the living Earth ("Earth Being" in Star Nations parlance), and to
protect and assist the development of the Humans, and animal and plant life
upon her.
The problem which the Four Governments presented for the Star Nations
was described by
a Star Nations spokesperson not physically present at
the Meetings, Councillor Asheoma Meata, as follows:
"Star Nations was faced with difficult choices. Our own attempts at
direct communications with humans were met with violence and many records
of entrapment and torture of Star Nations Beings manifesting on this
level (Earth). It was at this same time that [planet] Earth Being was
faced with problems of destruction in the form of new [nuclear,
electromagnetic, scalar, and quantum] weapons developed. Our intervention in
effort to protect Earth Being was not favorably received by those who had
the ability to 'shoot us out of the sky'. For Star Nations, we were not
in a position to demand that only those true of heart be allowed to
speak with us. And without communication exchange and the resulting
Agreement, the chance was very high of Star Nations being forced to withdraw
all assistance from Earth
Being."
Basically, Star Nations was seeking a cease-fire agreement, so as to be
left unharmed to do their important mission of protection, restoration
and upgrading of Earth, its ecosystems and the cherished fellow
intelligent species upon it, Humankind.
The geoplutocratic Cabal, through its proxies heading the Four
Governments, had quite a different agenda. They saw these negotiations as an
opportunity to take advantage of the Star Nations' high ethics and
culture of dealing only in honesty, to manipulate the Star Nations and extort
advanced-technology information. The representatives pretended to be
acting as responsible officials interested only in Star Nations
accountability for its traffic in Earth's skies, and in assuring cultural
autonomy for Earth's peoples. The Cabal's real interests lay elsewhere.
The Four Governments' representatives demanded, in exchange for a
cease-fire, that the Star Nations
provide them with detailed information on
the energy workings of Star Nations vehicles, equipment or other energy
devices used while within Earth's atmosphere.
The Four Governments restricted how close Star Nations ships could
come. The Agreement restricted the ultra-large motherships to a distance or
location where they would not be readily visible by Humans. The smaller
craft were limited to how low they could fly within atmosphere unless
on a mission pre-announced to the government.
The Four Governments insisted on scientific and technical assistance in
making advances in the areas of energy (which would include energy
physics), transportation (especially antigravity), and biology (which would
come to include genetics and cell physics). These representatives also
demanded that the Star Nations give them genetic samples of the Star
Races who were visiting Earth, as well as distinguishing energy-signature
samples for each of the Star Nations races.
And the representatives insisted that the Star Nations provide
continual information on the identity of every Human person whose
consciousness/soul/personality was a Star Visitor before the current incarnation in
a Human body, as well as every person who was an upgraded Human by
virtue of having a few Star Visitor genes added to their Human genome: the
Star Kids and Star Seed adults (3). This reporting requirement applied
not only to Humans already alive in 1964, but all such born thereafter.
The Four Government representatives required that Star Nations refrain
from any influence on religious institutions and establishments. Star
Nations had no disagreement because they noted that gradual development
in spiritual consciousness "is protected by Source to allow freedom of
growth and change to progress according to the Species."
Additionally, Rockefeller and his
cronies also required that the Star
Nations refrain from influencing the development and direction of
governments and commercial trade on Earth. The Cabal did not want any
"outside interference" with their plans to control Earth's government,
institutions, and sources of wealth. Star Nations did not resist, out of
respect for the fact that "oversight of development and the protection of
the Species [are matters to] be determined by the Species."
Rockefeller and company had the audacity to insist that language be
included in the Agreement that they had the right to represent Earth as
"Dominate Species," (an ecological term for having stronger competitive
abilities over other species.) In other words, Rockefeller was widening
the old Manifest Destiny and Monroe Doctrines to assert that the Four
Governments of Earth have the right to exert dominance over all other
races they encounter in space. Indeed, the arch over the
entranceway to
Shriever Air Force Base, Colorado Springs, Colorado, the headquarters of
the U.S. Space [Warfare] Command, has inscribed the motto, "Masters of
Space" (sic).
The actual reasons that the Four Governments wanted all this
information were several.
The Four Governments did not want the Star Nations to have any
influence on organized religions because those were powerful tools indirectly
controlled by the Cabal to help manage civilian populations.
Cabal-planted scientists within governments took and utilized the
detailed information on the Star Visitor energy devices and vehicle
propulsion and instrumentation for the purpose of back-engineering this
information into technology to create advanced weapons systems. And then these
weapons systems were used by Cabal-controlled military units, in
conjunction with devices to detect the energy signatures of the Star Nations
craft and the Star Visitors
themselves, to track, ambush, kidnap,
confine, interrogate and torture Star Nations beings and shoot down their
craft. Cabal government officials have told Star Nations that "craft shot
down were done by 'mistake' or due to 'misunderstanding' of
[identification] information provided [by Star Nations]."
The flight-altitude restrictions on Star Nations craft enabled
Cabal-controlled governments to plausibly deny UFOs for decades, claiming that
what was seen were ice crystals, inversion layers, or migratory geese,
etc.
Not all information furnished by Star Nations was diverted to Cabal
global-control purposes. Advanced information in energy, transportation
and biology quietly released by governments have led to spectacular
advances in science, medicine, communications, metallurgy, engineering, etc.
And the Star Nations have gone the extra mile beyond Agreement-required
areas of information to volunteer additional
knowledge about
spirituality, astronomy, psychic processes, star cultures, metaphysics, and other
knowledge.
But Cabal scientists have accessed, monopolized and misused Star
Nations information to fashion advanced technology for dark purposes, such as
psychotronic mind-influencing weapons, scalar-energy
artificial-earthquake machines, and electromagnetic-pulse and neutral particle-beam
killer-ray weapons. They have also devised fleets of various antigravity
craft of human manufacture (4), and make mad preparations for an all-out
Star Wars to drive the Star Nations from Earth's skies.
Cabal scientists misused genetic samples which the various Star Nations
races had provided to the governments to engage in gene-splicing and
cloning of hybrid-human Super-Soldier clones who would be endowed with
advanced physical and psychic powers, in a plot to eventually use them
against the Star Nations (5).
And
Cabal-oriented governmental officials wanted the information on
every Human that the Star Nations visited so that they could follow up on
such visits with rogue Cabal paramilitary kidnappings, drugging,
interrogation and abuse of these Humans, who were then left with the false
implanted memory that their contact and ordeal was part of an "abduction"
by "evil aliens".
For its part in the Agreement, Star Nations accepted "continued
responsibility to provide for the defense and protection of Earth Being, Human
Beings, and Dependent Beings [all other Earth life-forms] from Outside
Energy Beings (OEB)." Star Nations pledged to "protect the [Human]
Species against outside or external interference by OEB: Beings who are not
represented within Star Nations, ... and who do not work within the
Star Nations' principles and mission objectives, ... but who work in Ego
awareness still at their own [lower] levels of development."
(Star
Nations maintains surveillance and a protective cordon around Earth to
prevent infrequent approaches by those lower-evolved beings. Such approaches
are rare. In the 42 years since the Agreement was ratified, only four
OEBs have been identified by Star Nations here, and these were prevented
from going into circulation.)
The Star Nations did manage to secure Human recognition of their rights
to continue activity consistent with the Star Nations Primary Mission
of protection and "fostering the growth and development of the emerging
Human Species in all manners consistent with the desire of Source
[God]." Further, Star Nations Councillors attested "that the Laws of Source
[in particular, the Spiritual Law of the Protection of Man, and the
Spiritual Law of the Growth of Man (6)] are followed in regards to the
selection and approach of all [Human] Beings for such purposes".
Star Nations specifically obtained
Human agreement for Star Nations "to
manifest [appear, visit] to individuals for purpose of individual
growth and development as requested by the individual, or as approved by the
individual." [Agreement of 1964] (7).
One of the primary purposes of contacts by the Star Visitors is to
ensure that Star Visitors who incarnate as Humans are confirmed as such to
Star Nations; and are provided with awareness and support by Star
Nations, as these incarnates grow and develop on Earth. Star Nations also
helps these individuals to become aware of and fulfil "the Personal
Mission they are working towards, as Source has authorized."
Another purpose of Star Visitor contacts is to provide awareness and
development work with those Humans who have been genetically upgraded,
the Star Seed adults and Star Kids. For a fuller outline of the place of
Star Visitors since the outset of Humankind, see "The Role of the Star
Visitors in
Human Development" (8).
Let us now take a moment to put the development of the Agreement into
historical perspective. While several events made insiders in government
aware of Star Visitors presence since at least the early 1940s, the
June, 1947 sighting of a formation of UFOs over Mount Rainier, Washington
State by Deputy Sheriff and pilot Kenneth Arnold, and the UFO crash
near Roswell (Corona), New Mexico three weeks later, both widely reported
in the newspapers, brought broad public awareness of visitors from
space. (This was the era before the UFO Cover-Up.)
President Harry Truman created a super-secret MJ-12 Committee to advise
on how to deal with this development. The Army Air Corps (soon Air
Force) gathered up the Roswell UFO wreckage and transported it to
Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio, and then to Los Alamos National
Laboratory, New Mexico for study and analysis. As reported by Army Colonel
Philip Corso (9), selected portions of the exotic devices and equipment were
gradually transferred to favored commercial companies to be
back-engineered into "brand new American devices" without revealing their
extraterrestrial ancestry.
The Star Nations increased the pressure on the U.S. Government to
acknowledge Star Visitor contact, by flying low over Washington, DC and the
Capitol repeatedly in July of 1952.
Four months later Dwight Eisenhower was elected U.S. President. He soon
had individual contact from the Star Nations, (as did other leaders of
major governments) President Eisenhower made arrangements and later met
with representatives of the Star Nations on February, 20, 1954 at a dry
lake bed in what is now Edwards Air Force Base (10 ).
Two months later, on May 29, Eisenhower's CIA Director, Walter Bedell
Smith, Prince Bernhard of Netherlands, David Rockefeller, other top
world financiers,
later-Secretary of State Dean Rusk, later-British
Minister of Defense Denis Healey, and other Western power leaders convened the
inaugural meeting of the Bilderberg Council, a policy-making group
top-heavy with Cabal types, to plan unified global strategy. Uppermost on
their agenda was what to do about the "extraterrestrial issue".
After major government leaders had mulled it over for three years, Star
Nations representatives began to meet individually with the leaders of
the U.S., Council of Europe, USSR and China to explain the Star Nations
mission here and to stop the wanton attacks on Star Nations craft.
These discussions led to the convening of the Preliminary Meeting of
December 12, 1961.
This Preliminary Meeting was held in The Grand Ballroom of the Duchess
Palace, London, UK. Seated around a large oval cherry-wood table were
26 Human representatives, selected by the leaders of the Four
Governments.
(President Eisenhower had previously acquiesced in David Rockefeller's
insistence to head the U.S. delegation and chair the meeting. Thus,
newly-elected President John Kennedy, only in office a few months, and not
fully briefed about the impending meeting, was faced with a fait
accompli, although he resented the choice of people representing the U.S.)
Representing the Council of Europe was International Law Professor
Anthony Bradley.
Soviet Russian Premier Nikita Khruschev personally attended.
Chinese Premier Mao Tse-Tung sent his most trusted confidant, an expert
in international security matters, as his Official Representative. The
Chinese went to considerable lengths to keep this individual's identity
undisclosed.
In addition to these leaders, the identity of some of the others in
attendance has been disclosed to me by the Star Nations Councillor
mentioned earlier, and are
revealed here.
Laurance Rockefeller was present at the Meeting, chaired by his
brother, David Rockefeller. Also present was David Rockefeller's chief
advisor, Heinz "Henry" Kissinger, (whom the British newspaper The Guardian
called an international "war criminal"), and who was at the time a member
of the U.S. National Security Council.
The British Queen, Elizabeth II, was present for this Preliminary
Meeting. Over the course of the Meeting, perhaps the Queen found the
experience of hearing Reptoid, Praying Mantis, and large-eyed, greyish-skinned
Zeta Councillors talking telepathically inside her head a bit
unsettling. Or perhaps it was, as, Councillor Meata noted, that she was the
"only one at the table with [an] energy signature 'undecided' in
Awareness." (This latter phrase means that Elizabeth II, 35 at that time, was
ambivalent as to whether to conduct herself in a way which gives primacy
to Awareness of her
relationship with Source (God), or whether to go
along with the Cabal methods and agenda.) But whatever the reason, Her
Highness absented herself from the subsequent Ratification Meeting.
Prince Bernhard of the Netherlands, former Nazi SS officer, President
of (Royal Dutch) Shell Oil, and co-founder of the Bilderberg Council,
was also present.
The Councillor's energy readings for the identity of another attendee
point to this person's being E.H. van der Beugel, Secretary-General of
the Bilderberg Council, and successor to Joseph Retinger, who founded
Bilderberg. Van der Beugel was President of KLM Airlines and headed the
International Institute of Strategic Studies, London, (the British
equivalent of the U.S. global policy group, the Council on Foreign
Relations.)
The Star Nations indicate that all the other representatives, but one,
were of Ego orientation, (Star Nations parlance, for our purposes, for
subject to Cabal influence.)
That solitary, atypical attendee at the Preliminary Meeting was Dr.
W.E.B. DuBois, then 94. This noted African-American scholar and civil
rights activist, with a Ph.D. from Harvard, had been co-selected by USSR
Premier Nikita Khruschev and the Council of Europe to be a
representative. He provided insight which was very different from the rest of the
Human representatives. Councillor Meata described DuBois as "of gentle
energy and able to speak with open communication to the leaders of Russia
and China." DuBois had "a strong desire to bring education between
cultures, and this item was considered to be a primary concern." Before the
Preliminary Meeting, Star Nations paid lengthy visits to Dr. DuBois,
which took place in a protected environment without interference. DuBois
definitely operated in Awareness of his relationship with Source.
When the representatives gathered on December
12, 1961, the room
bristled with hostility and resentment of having DuBois present. Dubois
advocated for going public about the Star Nations communications with
Humans. But David Rockefeller, the leader of the Meeting, "requested" DuBois
not to speak about the Meeting and communications, a directive
Rockefeller gave the other representatives as well.
In late August of 1963, when preparations were being finalized for the
Ratification Meeting the following April, DuBois was found dead in his
new home in Ghana, Africa. The Ghanian government gave no cause of
death. But DuBois died just hours before the August 28, 1963.
quarter-million- person civil rights March on Washington, at which Dr. Martin Luther
King gave his famous, "I Have A Dream" speech. Councillor Meata noted
that DuBois's death was "under suspicious circumstances." The timing
suggests that the Cabal "sent a message."
Thus, when the Ratification Meeting
was held the following Spring, only
24 Human representatives gathered; two of the attendees at the
Preliminary Meeting were not present: Queen Elizabeth II and Dr. W.E.B. DuBois.
Only a few human-interest details have emerged about the Preliminary
Meeting.
In what has to be one of the greatest gaffes of the Twentieth Century
and beyond, when the Preliminary Meeting was just started, Laurance
Rockefeller spoke up and said, "We come in peace," and then did a nervous
laugh. The rest of the representatives nervously snickered, too. The
Star Nations Councillors, who are exquisitely sensitive to the energy that
communications come wrapped in, didn't really know what to make of his
saying that, and of the laughter. But given the track record of the
Humans whom we know were present at that meeting, (excepting DuBois),
Laurence Rockefeller's travesty of interstellar relations had about as much
sincerity as the Dolph
Lundgren character in the schlock 1990
science-fiction movie of the same name.
The other Human-interest item was that at one point, Soviet Premier
Nikita Khrushchev got up and insisted on going into a side room for a
private conversation with the Councillor for the Reptoid People. David
Rockefeller strenuously objected to any side meeting at which he was not
also personally in attendance. But Khrushchev insisted and prevailed. In
the side conversation, Khrushchev lobbied to try to get exclusive
information on advanced weapons systems for the USSR.. Needless to say, he
got nowhere with the Star Nations Councillor in trying to pursue that
agenda.
Over the ensuing four decades (and counting) since the Agreement of
1964 was ratified, Star Nations has honorably upheld its obligations
within the Agreement.
The Four Governments have not, as is obvious to anyone who has informed
him/herself about their misuses of
advanced technology, their continued
shooting at Star Nations craft, and their misuse of information about
Human Star Seeds to kidnap, interrogate, abuse, and attempt to mentally
reprogram them to forget who really kidnapped them and misremember the
Star Visitors as the bad guys.
With the Cabal strengthening its control on major governments and
institutions over the subsequent four-plus decades, the situation has become
dire. That is, until September 29, 2005. On that date, representatives
of the Star Nations met with four Human representatives, including the
Councillor of/for Earth, to conduct a Formal Hearing (11 ) and
Indictment of the Cabal for repeated violations of Universal Laws. The Cabal
were convicted on such violations. The implication of those convictions
is enormous.
Previously, as Councillor Meata noted, "It is not that the Star Nations
were fooled by [Cabal] Humans, though. We were simply not
permitted by
the Laws of Source to make differentiation in energy determination
[good/bad] for a Species still in development. Even when it was known that
betrayal or manipulation was 'probable', based on energy readings, Star
Nations was bound to see the developing Species without bias to the
individual point of reference. Star Nations made all effort to work with
Humans with full respect to the governing bodies, laws, and leaders set
forward to represent them .If you will permit, it was in all effect a
'best effort' by all of Star Nations to do what was needed.
"It is now [since the 9/29/05 Formal Hearing] within the hands of the
Star Nations to move forward with a new direction, and with the correct
ability to differentiate between the Beings of Ego [Cabal] and those of
Awareness who are Human."( 12)
This means that now the Star Nations are ethically free to, and have
now started to, discriminate against the
Cabal in whom the Star Nations
share information and assistance with on Earth. As time goes on, being
left out in the cold will work to the disempowerment of the Cabal. As
the Councillor also said, "Earth Being and Her safety, growth and
happiness belongs not to those who are of pride and ego. It is the inheritance
of the humble and the true of heart."
I will close this report with one final reminder and admonition from my
Councillor informant:
"The time of transition is upon Earth. It will either make it and be
born into a new world, ... or it will be seen as [stuck in] Ego upon
[reaching] adulthood, and I cannot say what might occur if that were to
happen, as it is no longer in the hands of Star Nations, if that were to
occur.
"Star Nations work in service to Light and to Source through the path
of Awareness."
Afterword
The sources of information for this Report are several. Because of
the
previously ultra-secret nature of the matters now being revealed, the
principal information source had to have been, and was, the Star
Nations, primarily Councillor Meata. I also wish to acknowledge informational
assistance by and consultation from: the Councillor For the Praying
Mantis People, and the Councillor For the Watchers, with additional
assistance from the Zeta. I have received no information from government or
other Human "insider" sources for this Report.
The medium of communication is principally telepathic, although
Councillor Meata has also at times used Internet messaging, and rarely,
telephone contact, as supplemental communication tools.
I have been assisted in receiving telepathic communications from the
Star Nations by other members of the four-person Human representatives
Team at the Formal Hearing, principally Wendi Powers. My gratitude for
such invaluable assistance is expressed
here.
As is their style, the Star Nations also communicate at times
symbolically, and by juxtaposing events and circumstances to convey a message.
And of course, certain parts of this Report are the products of my own
research and due diligence contemporaneously and over time. The
responsibility for the accuracy of the Report is of course mine.
You may say, upon reading this, "This Report is dynamite!" Yes, it is.
And like dynamite, it can serve a good purpose, or not. If the reader
comes away with a new understanding of the Star Nations, and the
delicate path they have been forced to weave to reach out to Humans in
friendship and assistance, then something good has come from this Report.
If the reader is appalled upon learning at greater depth of the
treacheries and deceitfulness of the geoplutocratic Cabal, who would deny
Humankind our heritage and destiny to become an aware, cosmic civilization,
and if
the reader is moved, like news anchor Howard Beale was in the
1970 movie Network, to shout, "I'm as mad as hell and I'm not going to
take this anymore!", and follows that up with appropriate action, then
something even better has come from this effort.

"Race" distinguishes various Star Visitors of decidedly different
appearances. More research into exo-biology, (the science of Star Visitor
life's physical structure and processes), will help us understand better
how many races of intelligent species we are dealing. So would the
declassifying of the Government's already considerable covert research on
Star
Visitor ("exo-")biology, (such as is going on at NASA's Ames
Research Center, Sunnyvale, CA, and at Los Alamos National Laboratories, NM.
For convenience I shall use the term "race" to distinguish Star
Visitors of significantly different anatomical features.
The most common Star Visitor race encountered, the Zetas, has a number
of variants. These variations in size and details of appearance may
represent origins on different planets. This Zeta race is popularly, and
rather imprecisely, called the "Greys". The Zetas are stereotyped, by
uninformed or careless writers, as: short, upright, two-legged beings,
three-and-a-half feet tall, with grayish- white skin, large, hairless,
fetal-shaped heads, with huge, all-black, sloping, almond-shaped eyes
without pupils or eyelids, whose eyes wrap around partially towards the
temple-area sides of the head, a narrow jaw tapering to almost a V, small
nostril holes but no nose, a
small, thin, lip-less, horizontal slit for
a mouth, thin torsos with no ribs and no genitals evident, long,
spindly, but surprisingly strong arms reaching to the knees, similarly long,
very thin legs, and hands with three long, non-tapering, joint-less
fingers, which end in claws instead of fingernails, but no thumb.
To be sure, there is such a race of beings; or at least a race, of
which this is one variant. However, there are also: five-foot tall Zetas,
seven-foot tall Zetas, Zetas with mushroom-white skin, Zetas with brown
skin, Zetas with black skin, Zetas whose large eyes have a thin
nictitating membrane which can extend across the eye, Zetas with midnight-blue
eyes, Zetas with wispy fine small amounts of hair on their heads, Zetas
with four fingers, and Zetas with three or four fingers plus another
finger positioned where the human thumb would be, and Zetas whose fingers
end with suction-cup-like tips.
Councillor Meata of the Star Nations High Council says that the Tall
Zetas, distinguished in size from the Short (3-1/2-foot-tall) Zetas, are
very gifted with teaching skills. Indeed, noted author Whitley Streiber
describes in his book The Secret School: Preparation For Contact, it is
a female Tall Zeta who taught him as a child, along with selected other
San Antonio, Texas small children, at night in a wooded grove as a kind
of educational group close encounter.
There have also been Star Visitors reported who have a large process of
folds along the back of their heads, a series of deep creases or
crevices along the top of the head, sloping down forward towards the front,
and with a strongly-pronounced brow- ridge above the eyes.
Are these twelve different races; or variants based on evolving in
different climactic zones on one planet? Does this represent racial
variation within inhabited planets in one
star system? Or are these variations
which occur within one cluster of star systems? Or does the Zeta
genotype tend to appear in many different star systems, on some planets,
along with other races, on other planets, within those same star systems?
The truth is, we do not know. Or at least that information has not been
released to the public. Thus, we are still at the stage of gathering
information on the various different types of intelligent lifeforms
visiting our planet.
Another source of variation even within what is apparently one race is
clothing. Many experiencers report that their Zeta visitors wore no
clothes. Others have seen Zetas wearing long robes and hoods over their
heads. Others have seen crews where both versions of attire, as well as
close-fitting jumpsuits, were in evidence. Yet Zetas are not the only
ones wearing robes.
Councillor Meata of the Star Nations’ High Council says that the Zeta
are renown for their working with energy of various forms. They also
excel at gathering information, and the Star Ntions rely on their reports
in addition to those gathered from the Watchers, (Star Visitors human
and Walk-In volunteers on Earth who compile information about what is
going on with the planet and with human society.
Another race of Star Visitors is the 4-to-5 1/2-foot tall Being, with a
somewhat large head (by comparison with the human head) but not as
proportionally large as the Zetas, and who has somewhat large (but smaller
than the Zetas) dark oval eyes, spindly frame and limbs, and a hand
with three long, cartilaginous, bone-less fingers, which end with neither
claw nor suction-cup, but rather "ordinary" fingertip shape, except
that their fingers do not taper.
A more distinctive kind of Star Visitor is the "Praying Mantis type"
race. These Beings have long, narrow faces, with long,
narrow, large
eyes, sharply slanted upward and outward in an almost narrow-V position,
given an almost insect-like appearance. This comparison is heightened by
the Praying-Mantis types' extremely thin, long torsos, long,
extremely-thin arms which are usually crooked into a sharp bend at the mid-joint,
with the hand and fingers/mitten sloping almost vertically downward
from the "wrist", and legs also bent at an almost right-angle at the
mid-joint, creating a crouched pose. The overall effect is the
characteristic "Praying Mantis" look. It should be noted that experiencers feel that
this type is no insect, but rather an intelligent, gentle-spirited, but
somewhat "hyper" and jerky-moving, human-like lifeform. There are both
males and females. Star Nations Councillor Meata says that the Praying
Mantis beings are gifted with the Spiritual Teachings, and visit Humans
particularly when this kind of help is needed to be shared.
These
beings often are called Angels by people because they wear garments that are
very shiny.
Another race is the so-called "Reptilians", or "Reptoids", although I
note again that there is no implication in these descriptors of anything
other than of intelligent, communicative persons. What distinguishes
these "Reptilian" Star Visitors is their skin, which has small, fine
scales, rather than smooth, their face, which has larger-than- human
yellowish-green eyes with a "starburst"-shaped pupil, the eyes often oval,
and an almost snout-like blunt process in the area of the nose and mouth,
giving this type an almost dragon-like humanoid appearance.
The Reptoids have very powerful emotional energy, sometimes so strong
that, as one experiencer described it, “it can almost floor you. But
they are so sensitive and kind. And they have hearts the size of Texas.”
Another group of Star Visitors for convenience, I
call the "Jawas",
after their resemblance to the creatures in the film, Star Wars. This
group is distinguished by their clothing. They wear hoods and robes, are
generally short (three to four-and-a-half feet tall), and their faces are
concealed by the shadows thrown by their hoods. Sometimes there is a
much taller hooded and robed one on board the UFO, who often stands to
the Experiencer's left as s/he lies on the Visitor medical examining
table. This Tall One appears to direct the procedures, and often is the one
who telepathically communicates with the Experiencer. A few
Experiencers have noted glowing eyes under the "Jawas'" hoods. Other Experiencers
have reported that when they got a glimpse of the being whose face was
shadowed by the hood, it was a type of Zeta. Still others saw neither
glowing eyes nor Zetas under the hoods, but rather never could
distinguish the features in the shadows of the hoods. Councillor
Meata of the
Star Nations High Council says that the “Jawas” often serve as the
“mechanics”, and are noted for their expertise with technology.
There are often mixed- race crews on the UFO's. In such cases there
could be "Jawas" or "Praying Mantis" types or "Reptoids" or Zetas, joining
in a coordinated effort in carrying out scientific or medical tasks.
A few Experiencers have noted robot-like figures, whose movements and
"vibes" (or rather lack thereof) strongly suggest that these are robots
sent remotely by the Star Visitors to observe, reconnoiter, and
possibly retrieve objects. However, I have not encountered any reports of
robots actually interfacing with humans to accomplish communication, or to
remove the human to their craft for scientific examination. The
robot-like figures appear to be relegated to the more impersonal tasks of
information-gathering and stealthy surveillance, without the risk to the
Star Visitors that they would otherwise run of possibly encountering
responses from hostile humans.
My research has also come up with a goodly number of reports of
"Humanoids", "Blondes", "Nordics", or "Pleideans" Star Visitors almost
indistinguishable from humans. Indeed, Native American and other indigenous
people's traditions point to their origin from the worlds of these
human-looking Visitors in the Pleiades, Sirius, Orion and other star systems.
If you were to place a pair of sunglasses on one of these "Nordic"
Visitors, they would be indistinguishable from a Scandinavian-American
citizen. Councillor Meata of the Star Nations High Council says that the
Pleiadeans are especially gifted in medicine. When people are brought
onto "ships" for physical body work, healers like the Pleiadeans work with
them.
Former USAF Airman Charles Hall describes an extraterrestrial race he
calls the Tall Whites. This
race originates from a location near the
star Arcturus. These Tall Whites are in adulthood around six feet in
height and have generally humanoid features. They have blond hair, generally
worn short, and the women tend to wear their hair in a feminine form of
short cut. They are blue-eyed, and have larger-than-human eyes which
wrap part-way around the side of their head. The Tall Whites otherwise
look quite human, except that their skin is a chalky-white in color. They
have hands with four fingers, the tips of which do not end in finger
nails but rather in harder, two-inch-long claw-like appendages.
The typical clothing of the Tall Whites is an aluminized, chalk-white
jump suit of canvas-looking fabric. They also wear gloves of the same
material, and an open, white, motorcycle-like helmet. Both the suit and
the helmet emit a three-inch-out field of soft-white flourescent light.
The intensity of this emitted light can be
varied from soft to too
bright to look at without strain.
These Tall Whites have very high intelligence and an
information-processing speed which Mr. Hall estimates at 3-1/2 times faster than bright
humans. The Tall Whites's technology is equally advanced. One element of
their technology is a transporter suit which they put on which provides
personal antigravity levitation and above-ground movement, as well as
force-field protection against attacks, e.g., would slow a bullet to
where it would fall to the ground.
Another element of their technology is their spacecraft. They operate
smaller scout ships which can transport a limited number of individuals.
And then they have deep-space vessels than can travel between star
systems. Their scout craft are white in color, ellipsoidal or egg-shaped,
with a molded flat bottom. It has a row of large windows on each side,
sort of like an airplane. Its size is comparable to that
of a passenger
train's diesel engine, and has two windows in front much like a train
diesel engine. The range of these scout craft permit travel as far as
the Moon or even Mars. But not deep space.
Their deep-space vessels are very large, sleek, black antigravity
craft, 70 feet high, 300 feet wide, and 500 feet long. These vessels also
have pilot windows, as well as have regularly-spaced running lights along
their edges. Their range extends out many light years into space. Their
top speed exceeds the speed of light by a considerable margin.
Airman Hall also reported a human-like race, the Saami, that migrated
from Barnard’s Star are are resident in the Saami (Lapland) region above
the Arctic Circle in Scandinavia. These Hall dubbed the “Norwegians”.
They are distinguished from regular humans by their having only 24
teeth, instead of the normal-human 32 teeth. Also, these Saami people can
regrow a tooth to
replace adult tooth which has been removed. Otherwise
they are indistinguishable from humans. Some of these Saami migrated to
the U.S. and live in northern-tier states such as Wisconsin.
Zulu history also tells a story of a white-skinned man and a woman
coming down from the sky on a cloud and alighting upon a hilltop. These
people were white and shiny with hair of gold and wearing shiny clothes.
Their huts are thatched with shining grass. Their village was said to be
lit by a mightier light than any on this world.
Former National Security Council consultant-scientist Dr. Michael Wolf
has described people from the Altair Aquila star system who are
virtually indistinguishable from humans. He worked with one, Anon Sa Ra, a
Star visitor consultant scientist.
Wolf also described a race dubbed the "Semitics", of average height and
a generally human-like appearance, except for their very large hooked
nose.
"This was the race which landed at Holloman Air Force Base, [New
Mexico, in the Sixties], and conversed with some generals there."
Dr. Wolf called the human-like race he worked with the “Nordics”, and
these are different from Airman Hall’s Tall Whites. Wolf said, "The
Semitics and Nordics come from Altair 4 and 5 and from the Pleiades."
Whereas, Hall identifies the home world of the Tall Whites as near the
Arcturus star system.
I have also encountered reports where the Experiencer believed that the
Star Visitor s/he was dealing with appeared to be a human. However, in
some cases, this turned out to be an Star Visitor-imposed mental
visualization in the mind of the experiencer, the so-called "screen memory".
Upon closer looking, the experiencer was able to see the actual
nonhuman face of the Star Visitor behind the mentally-imposed "human" mask.
My favorite variation of this mental cloaking experience
occurred to
one experiencer who believed she was encountering a human "spaceman". I
invited the Experiencer to look closely and carefully at the face of the
"human spaceman". When she did so, she suddenly was startled. "Oh, my",
she said," It's not a human after all. It's one of those Grays." Other
details made me suspect we were still not done. I suggested she study
closely the face of her Zeta visitor. Startled, she could see that it
was a "Reptoid" who had previously cloaked himself mentally as a Zeta.
Another Star Visitor racial type described are the short, chubby
"Dwarf" Star Visitors, with round pudgy faces. They seem to be relegated to
doing the menial chores during a contact.
Dr. Michael Wolf also shared the information that the cetaceans
(dolphins and whales) were seeded here long ago, are highly intelligent,
telepathic, and social, and have their origin as a star species.
Another race
here which has its origin in the stars is the group
variously called the Bigfoot, Yeti, Sasquatch, and the “Abominable Snowman”.
Jack “Kewaunee” Lapsertios, M.S., author of “The Psychic Sasquatch”,
told me that these beings are very hairy and muscular yet intelligent
humanoids, telepathic, social, but very avoidant of humans, unless they
gradually learn there is one they can trust not to harm them.
Yet another race is what could be dubbed the Bird People. This group’s
most pronounced feature is a broad, downward-sloping proboscis,
somewhat like an oversize broad bird beak or flexible dolphin beak, with the
mouth underneath the beak. These Visitors have graceful ovoid heads, and
long thin necks. They have thin, horizontal, slit-like eyes with dark
pupils. They are telepathic, kind- hearted, and powerful healers and
teachers.
Then there are the light beings, the energy beings, and the pure,
disembodied
consciousness beings. The light and energy beings do not have a
solid, three-dimensional body, but rather there presence is marked by
the presence of an ill-defined mass of light or other energy. In the
case of the pure consciousness beings, the only signal of their presence
is the onset of telepathic contact, and, occasionally, their influence
on something in the local environment.
Undoubtedly, many more races could be described. We as humans are
challenged by intelligent life that looks so different from us, a challenge
which can be disturbing. But it can also remind us that the Source of
All is myriad in its expression of lifeforms, including intelligent
lifeforms, across the vast Universe. Only the most anthropocentric would be
offended by the Supreme Source's creation of intelligence in other
anatomical packages. And, indeed, Star Visitor messages tell us that we are
that special variant mix of intelligent
life: part-Earth primate,
part-Star Visitor intelligent lifeform.
Thus, when any of us has an encounter with a Star Visitor, we truly are
meeting our "distant cousins".

Addendum: My Research Findings About the Star Visitors
My research findings are that the universe is an extremely broad place,
harboring countless myriad of intelligent life forms at various stages
of evolution, intellectual and moral development. It is obvious that in
such a universe there would be and are intelligent beings at levels of
development as primitive as we are, and even lesser developed. To cut
to the chase, it does not matter how many civilizations are ahead of us
in development, at roughly equal level, or behind us in development. As
a practical matter, what counts is the societies
which are in contact
with Earth.
Fortunately for Earth, we have been contacted by member societies of
the Star Nations, a broad coalition all of whose members subscribe to the
metaphysical, spiritual and moral principles of the 11 Universal Laws
and the 11 Spiritual Laws of the cosmos.

Because these societies adhere to this set of principles, their
interaction with Earth is careful, moral and just, and has as its objective
the fostering of our development past the crucial faltering stage we are
in.
So, to review the obvious corollaries: Are there civilizations out in
space less developed, as aggressive, as territorial, as overreaching, as
some on Earth? Yes, there are. Luckily for us, the Star Nations provide
a cordon of protection for Earth, so that we do not have to deal with
such societies.
One cannot arrive at a correct understanding of the civilizations of
space by extrapolating from
Earth experience. In Anthropology this is
called the anthropomorphic fallacy: imputing to others thoughts and
behaviors based on our own cultural set. "As above, so below" doesn't work.
We are not the universal template for the cosmos. Rather, the proper
approach is the scientific approach is based on dispassionate and careful
evaluation of genuine evidence. The evidence amassed by the community
of behavioral scientists specializing in this area is that we are in
contact with more developed benign races.
The basic course in Logic teaches to reject the Reduction-To-Absurdity
Fallacy. So, to posit that if Star Visitors are not as underdeveloped
as we are, "the rest of the universe must be inhabited only by saints
and angels" is such a reductio ad absurdum. The clear evidence from those
who have had actual, genuine contact and communication with the Star
Visitors indicates that they also face challenges, sometimes have
divergent points of view that they must then discuss and endeavor to resolve.
The members of the Star Nations have feelings, hopes, aspirations, feel
pain, mourn loss, suffer disappointment. No life is immune from
struggle and karma. The search for evidence in an arena such as Star Visitors
contact with humans is complicated, laced as it is by deliberately
planted disinformation, human deceit and treachery, attention-seeking
pseudo-victims and "channelers", planted "ufologists" actually working for
the UFO Cover-Up organization, and deliberately deceptive stealth
kidnappings by rogue units who then abuse, drug and hypnotically reprogram
their victims to either misremember their ordeal as an "alien abduction",
or not remember it at all but instead carry around in their mind false
information and programming to be assumed as their own thinking. In
such a deliberately confusing smoke-and-mirrors environment it is easy to
become misled. And many do.
When Cabal operatives plant stories and supposed "government leaks"
about ill-intentioned "aliens" seducing the government with offers of
advanced weapons technology in exchange for government permission for
experimentation on humans, such lurid tales betray their origin as the
projections of rogue military intelligence. The above propaganda story is a
complete distortion of the facts.
The actual facts are that Star Visitors of the Star Nations have made
contact with certain governmental officials, as well as millions of
ordinary citizens. As documented by Dr. Michael Wolf of the NSC, USAF
Colonel Steve Wilson and others, Star Visitors have both requested Earth
governments to prepare and then inform their people about Star Nations
contact and communication; and have meanwhile offered assistance to Human
scientists in advancing Human understanding in astronomy, physics,
biology,
medicine, electronics, philosophy, cosmology, spirituality, etc.
This assistance is benign, and intended as a sign of good faith and
intentions. Over the decades Humans have made spectacular advances in
medicine, communications, science and engineering as a result of this
information sharing. The Star Visitors are not to blame if certain rogue
military and Cabal operatives steal and misapply some of these benign
technologies to weapons purposes.
The visits some Star Visitors make which involve scientific and medical
procedures have various purposes. In some cases Humans are being
upgraded to operate at a higher level physiologically, mentally, and
psychically. In other instances the reproductive material of a given person is
genetically upgraded so that when that person later goes on to have a
child, that child will operate at a much higher level in terms of
physical, emotional, mental and psychic development, a Star Kid.
In yet other
occasions the Star Visitor examine samples of the population to learn
about such things as how fast and how far pollution is affecting our
bodies and the food we eat. They also check on samples of mental
development, attunement to spiritual realities, and current level of moral
reasoning. Other visits serve as educational seminars, either individually
or in group learning settings. During these educational sessions various
things are taught and shown, including scenes of probable futures if
Humans continue on their current course, or, in some instances, Star Seed
adults and Star Kids are shown important missions which they can decide
about taking on.
Why do the Star Visitors intervene? Because they see that Earth is on
an extremely dangerous course, facing collapse of ecosystems, nuclear
war, biological warfare, continued concentration of power for total
domination of fellow humans by the geoplutocratic
cartel known as the Cabal,
and potential failure to reach our potential as a mature species,
constructing and living in a society of high social, moral and spiritual
development. Their response is akin to that of fireman paramedics
responding to a 911 call about persons unconscious on the floor of a burning
house. If the Star Nations act with a sense of urgency, and don't wait
for cowardly governments to eventually get around to informing their
citizens about official contact, their sense of urgency seems eminently
appropriate.

Additional information on the Star Nations from Star Visitor Neuman
Then there is the matter of societal organization among the Star
Nations. Is each culture operating in a freelance way? Or are there
overarching organizational structures
coordinating the efforts of each with
Earth?
An answer comes from one Star Visitor, Neuman, who answers three
questions about Star Visitor organization in a dialogue with Marian MacNeil,
who in turn provided this transcription.
“Question 1: What is the purpose of the Councils and Federations?”
"The Federations and the Councils within are important frameworks of
the advanced Star Visitors. These enable us to have an organized plan as
we go about observing and assisting groups of evolving Beings, such as
yourselves . . . Terra humans. As species develop into viable Universal
beings, we invite groups to join one or more of the Federations. We
have more than one Federation. Their representatives are then chosen to
maintain the Main overseeing group for Star Visitors. The individual
Federations have full control over their group operations.
"You might picture the Main Federation like your UN Security Council,
which keeps abreast of the activities of main body of the U.N.. Most
Federations have representatives from other Federations. This large
network works very well for and in the various dimensions, including the
third dimension.
"Before a young species group is admitted into a Federation, the core
representatives must approve them. Much research goes into the
acceptance of these new species. This observing takes 'time' as you know it,
watching many thousands of years for development in physical, mental and
very importantly, the Spiritual growth of any species. This facet
includes the emotional balance of individuals and as a whole .
"Federations operate in 'sectors' although there is an overlap of
sectors. It depends on the 'interests' of each Federation group. Many
different species groups are aware of the activities going on, on your Earth
planet, not only you humans but all life and the planet itself. We
observe
and enhance all living creatures from time to time. This takes
many, many years of your time awareness.
"Since your humanity's era of the industrial Revolution, your species
has changed the aura, should we say, the makeup, of earth energies and
other life forms on your planet. The extinction of many species shows
that the changes disrupted the energies so those species could no longer
survive on the planet. Not good.
"Your most recent times have been devastating to al life forms. Earth
is in a crisis! This shows us that Earth humanity is not progressing in
the proper way as a whole. Those you title light workers, and others
who are developing positive awareness, are observed, assisted and
adjusted for future work among the Federations. Earth, herself, is
transforming and becoming lighter on many levels. This process releases unwanted
'times', toxins, and negative energies she has been forced to endure
over the past
several hundreds of years."
"Question 2: What does it mean to be presented before the Councils?”
"As you have stated, My Little One, having the opportunity to be with a
Council is an honor for terra humans. It is an honor for the Star
Visitor research group monitoring your Spirit Energies. A host of humanity
has been presented before a Council. The Council views the truth of
one's Spirit, the balancing of actions with missions, the Intention created
by the Core of the Spirit evolving while on your planet. As a Being
evolves on your planet, we find the original Intention sometimes gets
dislodged as the energy forces of the life take over for a time. The key is
the budding awareness or awakening. This is what we look for during
these individual and group reviews. We view the various energy levels,
impart energy to each, give messages and make adjustments by thought
transference during those meetings. Even when one
is unaware,
conscious-wise, a meeting is very valuable to that being. The awakening of
consciousness often starts with a review or some other type of experience with
the Star Visitors. Councils help Star Visitor 'Guides' in determining
when the time is right for individual awakening experiences. Various
Councils across the span of the dimensional Universe review many, many
groups of young species."
"Question 3: Is humanity a representative of the Star Federations?”
"As these reviews take place over the thousands of years, the various
Councils report to the Federations the basic 'Missions' of the
individual groups of beings, whether it is technical or more Spiritual, and the
progress made, or not made. These observations show which Federation
will benefit by the inclusion of that specific species into that specific
Federation. It is not until the young group has found the positive,
peaceful balance between
technology and 'Spiritology', is that group able
to join any Federation. Until inclusion, we allow only observation of
the younger groups. Adjustments, total awareness (disclosure) and
acceptance of total reality is available to these young groups as they
evolve. The reviews include still unaware individuals which are basic
'representatives' of your humanity. Until they include the group in a
Federation, individuals of a group do not represent the Federation.

The Cabal A geoplutocratic "elite" bent on global domination

"The Cabal" refers to a claque of global-scale plutocratic manipulators
who use their immense wealth, prestige and power to control governments
and economies to perpetuate their stranglehold on global society. This
group is comprised of the most selfish, megalomaniacal, and sociopathic
individuals, some of whom are bigshots in the
Bilderberg Council, the
Council on Foreign Relations, and the Trilateral Commission global
policy-making groups. But these groups are not synonymous with The Cabal,
since BC, CFR and TLC also contain some well-intentioned individuals. The
Cabal is a kind of "parallel government" to the official elected and
appointed governments of the more devenoperies.
In the Cabal five branches may be identified. These branches are: the
Executive Branch, the Intelligence Branch, the War Department, the
Weapons Industry Branch, and the Financial Department. An analysis of the
overall purposes of these five branches suggests that the overall purpose
of the Cabal is to exercise covert control by: 1) collecting
comprehensive institutional and personal information, 2) by establishing national
and international policy independently of the established Governments,
3) by developing high-tech arms and equipment, and, with these,
establishing
small, specialized, highly-mobile, elite military units to effect
these covert policies, when need arises, without having to rely on the
official (and "unreliable") Armed Services, (whose subservience to the
Cabal is reasonably suspect), 4) by developing an armed capability to
repel any threat to the status quo, (including the uncertain
ontological, social, and economic impacts of any revelation of the reality of UFO
and extraterrestrial presence) through the development of a Star
Wars/BMDO ground and space-based surveillance and SDI weapons network, 5) by
denying information compromising to the Cabal from all those outside
"need-to-know" policymaking levels, and 6) by exercising control on the
money supply, availability of credit, and the worth of money, through
policy decisions made outside of the official Governments.
The Cabal are also the rogue group behind the continuation of the
unauthorized UFO Cover-Up.
Unfortunately, The Cabal has its proxies on some
of the seats in the Special Studies Group of the U.S. National Security
Council, which controls official-government UFO information and access.
Since the Cabal has enormous international wealth at its disposal, it
has the funds and influence to make sure that the majority of
presentations which make it to public view are negativistic in tone. Their
thinking is that if they can’t sell you the lie that "UFOs don’t exist", then
their fall-back strategy is to convince you that "they are evil mean
invaders." Thus, the presentations they finance and promote feature the
Star Visitors as torturers, plotters and monsters.
The unauthorized UFO Cover-Up is to be distinguished from the
official-government UFO Cover-Up.
The unauthorized UFO Cover-Up is the organization that conducts
kidnappings and terrorizing of innocent civilians, camouflaged as "alien
abductions". They do
wholesale "cattle mutilations", hoping that angry
ranchers and terrorized citizens will blame it on "the aliens".
It should also be noted that some of the lurid reports being palmed off
on the public as examples of “alien misbehavior” are actually secret
psychological warfare operations by human rogue military-intelligence
units. These renegade military-intelligence units kidnap civilians without
legal authorization or justification. These units drug those they
kidnap, (often experiencers). These renegades deliberately intimidate,
interrogate, physically abuse, and even gang-rape the civilians they kidnap.
The renegade military-intelligence units then use brainwashing
techniques to make the civilians they kidnap forget about the military
kidnapping, while the renegades narco-hypnotically implant a false memory about
the horrific experience as an "alien abduction".
This is the level of evil, distortion and treachery that
the Cabal
repressing UFO truth goes to to protect their monopoly of highly-advanced
extraterrestrial technology recovered from UFO crashes: a monopoly which
has brought them trillions of dollars in profits over the last
four-plus decades.
The Cabal's operatives also terrorize some UFO researchers who get too
close, and even assassinate a few. They hijack some psychotronic
weaponry for unauthorized use on their enemies or on innocent civilian guinea
pig test subjects. In general, most of the horrific stuff done under
the UFO Cover-Up comes from The Cabal's unauthorized version of the UFO
Cover-Up, often using their plants within military and intelligence
organizations (to further camouflage who is at work.)
The official-government authorized UFO Cover-Up is _relatively_ benign,
yet is still morally responsible for the global suffering that could
have been averted if the general public had access to clean non-petroleum
energy, psychotronic healing machines, ZPE-powered hydroponic
food-growing machines, gravity-shielded superfast airliners and sea freighters,
and the immense store of spiritual, metaphysical and scientific
knowledge that the Star Visitors wish to share with the people of Earth.
Some remote viewers have seen The Cabal's power broken between 2003 and
2006. They definitely will be left in the trash bin of history, by the
time the transition from Fourth World [current societal mess] to Fifth
World [cosmic, just, nonmaterialistic, peaceable, “extended-family”
society] is well established by 2012.

A Star Kid may be defined as a child of both human and Star Visitor
origin.
The Star Visitor contribution to the child's makeup may come from:
1) Star Visitor genes spliced into the human parent's reproductive
material, (genetic engineering);
2) from a deliberately-chosen “missionary” incarnation of an Star
Visitor into a human body to accomplish important work here, bringing useful
awareness and competencies;
3) from advanced Star Visitor biomedical technology able to alter an
already-grown human to become more robust, psychic, etc.;
4) from a “Walk-In” situation in which a human somewhere during
childhood or later begins to die from an accident or serious illness, but the
departing human spirit/soul/personality is simultaneously replaced by a
Star Visitor spirit/soul/personality, which carries on and completes
the lifetime; and,
5) by a Star Visitor personality/ consciousness coming in and sharing
his own consciousness/personality within the human’s awareness field as
dual, or alternating, consciousnesses.
These descriptions also apply to Star Seed adults.
Some Star Kids do not yet remember any Star Visitor contact until a
later time in their life.
These children are special, as their sometimes bewildered and bemused
parents know all too well. They often seem to be little adults in
children's bodies. And they often have a gaze and a knowingness that belies
their years.
Many years of continuing Star Visitor biological engineering in an
ongoing effort to upgrade the Human race have resulted in children whose
heads are now often so big that a Caesarian section, or at least an
episiotomy, is the only way they can be born. But even though increased
cranial size is a rough index of intelligence, even more important is the
qualitative increase in Human development. Such areas include: enhanced
psychic abilities, the ability to harness bioenergetic (chi, prana)
energy and earth and cosmic forces to heal, and telepathic and intuitive
linking with others and with Source Consciousness.
One of the most common, if mundane, characteristics of these Star Kids
is that often they will cause a street lamp (especially the amber
sodium vapor type) to go out when they walk by. This is due to the influence
of their body’s bioelectromagnetic field, which has been “amped-up” as
a result of
contact with the Star Visitors.
These children display skills, such as: telepathy (mental
communication), precognition (knowing the future), telekinesis (moving objects by
mental concentration), clairvoyance/remote viewing (mentally seeing
things distant in space or time), "downloading" information (from off-planet
consciousnesses), cross-species communication, penetrating
intuitiveness (just "knowing" something without being told), affecting electrical
devices (e.g., devices turn on or blow out as the kid goes by),
remote-influencing others (telepathically), inter-dimensional viewing,
aura-reading (learning about another's health, intentions, etc. by observing
the energy field surrounding them), psychic diagnosis ("reading" the
person's energy field fluctuations), psychic or bioenergetic healing
(transferring helpful energy to a person), invisibility work (making self
"invisible" (mentally), teleportation (moving
self or object from one
locale to another by mental effort), levitation (rising from the ground by
mental effort), mental influencing (telepathically causing another to
"feel" like doing something the Star Kid wants) , earth energy
adjustment work, time dilation or contraction (causing events, trips, etc. to
take longer or shorter time than ordinary), pre-sensitivity to
earthquakes or human disasters like car crashes, interdimensional awareness,
astral (out-of-body) travel, channeling (serving as a conduit for a person
not present to speak through), shared consciousness (with a Star
Visitor guide), operating in close mental connection with their Star Visitor
guides, and physically summoning and connecting with one's Star-Visitor
and other guardians.
These children embody and often recognize physical changes that these
starfolk experience, such as: immunity improvement (most Star Kids have
hardly any flus or bad
colds), and lower basal temperature (for
example, instead of 98.6 degrees F, a body temperature of 96.8 F, thus meaning
that the body is consumed less rapidly by metabolic forces.)
These kids are also notable for their knowing gaze, mature outlook, and
appealing dynamic appearance (Star Kids), which most often turns out
later in life as looking younger than one’s years (as adult Star Seeds).
These Star Kids are not just psi-savants, but recognize the importance
of spiritual connection to Source in reverent consciousness. They also
share spiritual insights, explore the connections between the physical
(e.g., quartz crystal), the metaphysical (e.g., thought energy), and
the spiritual (e.g., creating and transmitting the intention to do good
deeds to those in need). They reverence and utilize spiritual prayer,
and respect the underlying spiritual truth in ceremonies from various
cultures.
They
most often are imbued with a missionary zeal to make people wake
up to their highest and best potential. These Star Kids also want to
change the world for the better, be it by working for peace, by spreading
compassion and kind deeds, by working to heal the Earth’s pollution
injuries, or telling people about a larger family we have out among the
stars.
These are some of the ways in which a Star Kid may be recognized.

Postscript: There may be some confusion in some people’s minds as to
whether the Star Kids are the same as what have been called “Indigo
Children” or “Crystal Children”.
As described by the people who produced the “Indigo Children” label,
Lee Carroll and Jan Tober, Indigoes are basically children who have
attentional, hyperactive or behavioral problems but are quite smart, have
strong leadership drive, and are impatient with and have difficulty
conforming to dysfunctional social structures, which causes frustration for
their parents and teachers. Indigo children are supposed to have an
indigo-colored aura.
“Crystal Children” is another label attempting to describe the new
generation of psychic and sensitive children now being born, describing
them as intuitive, telepathic, and possessing opalescent multi-hued auras.
In my view, the “Indigo” and “Crystal” labels are sincere attempts to
describe the markedly different children growing up now among us.
However, neither label speaks to
the partial star heritage of these children.
Such an omission is not trivial. The Star Visitors are a key factor in
our past and origin, and their coming return en masse will be an
historic element of our near future. The Star Kids are coming in now because
the Star Visitors have taken compassion on our situation, and are
helping arrange that the young ones being born now include the brightest and
best. That is why I have found that the best descriptor for them is
Star Kids.

Classified Advanced Antigravity Aerospace Craft Utlizing
Back-engineered Extraterrestrial Technology

As a behavioral scientist and clinician, I have been working for over
15 years with persons who report having had an encounter with an
extraterrestrial intelligent life form, a Star Visitor. During the course of
this work I have felt it necessary to learn as much as possible about
the veridical reality of UFOs, and what the government already knows
about these visitors from afar.
As information on Star Visitors and their encounters with humans piled
up, I began to publish my findings, presenting them at national and
international conferences, in specialty journals, and in media interviews.
This in turn brought me to the attention of certain figures, currently
or formerly in highly-classified sectors of government and the military
ad intelligence agencies. These individuals decided to leak certain
additional information to me, knowing that I would thus serve as a conduit
to bring such leaked information to the attention of the portion of the
public interested and ready for such information.
My doctoral training in psychology and anthropology taught the value of
first-hand field research. And because the existence and operations of
various undeclared or secret government installations related to Star
Visitor matters are not going to be plumbed without field research, I
made it my task, starting in 1992, to reconnoiter, observe, and in some
instances penetrate many of the most important of these installations. I
reasoned that the knowledge I gained could be very helpful to the
experiencers who consult with me, to help them feel secure that they had not
hallucinated, but that such advanced technology exists, and in fact,
the American government is in possession of some of this technology.
Additionally, the hundreds of experiencers of encounters shared with me
information they possessed,
including about advanced U.S. craft, either
by reason of being told such things by the Star Visitors, or by being
kidnaped by rogue military-intelligence units and taken aboard one of
these craft to one or other of these installations, or viewed such craft
once they arrived. This added to my store of information and data on
advanced U.S. antigravity craft.
While I have gathered, or been entrusted by others with, considerable
information on special American aerospace craft, I do not purport to
know everything that is in the U.S. arsenal, nor everything about the
operations and capabilities of the craft that I am about to identify. What
I know is presented here. I have held nothing back.
At this time, I am aware of the existence of ten kinds of
special-technology advanced aerospace platforms [mil-speak for craft], all
incorporating antigravity technology in some form. These ten are: the Northrop
Grumman B-2 Spirit
Stealth Bomber, the Aurora, Lockheed-Martin's X-33A,
Boeing and Airbus Industries' Nautilus, the TR3-A Pumpkinseed , the
TR3-B Triangle , Northrop's Great Pumpkin disc, Teledyne Ryan
Aeronautical's XH-75D Shark antigravity helicopter, and Lockheed-Martin and
Northrop's jointly-developed TAW-50 hypersonic antigravity fighter-bomber.
Before we examine these ten exotic aerospace craft, a brief overview of
the different forms of generating antigravity fields is in order.
The most primitive antigravity technology is electrogravitic. This
involves using voltages in the millions of volts to disrupt the ambient
gravitational field. This results in an 89% reduction in gravity's hold on
airframes in such vehicles as the B-2 Stealth Bomber and the TR3-B
Astra triangular craft. And given the considerable ambient ionization field
I observed around the X-22A, it is reasonable to assume that
extreme-voltage electrogravitics is also
employed with these craft.
The next level up of sophistication is magnetogravitic. This involves
generating high-energy toroidal fields spun at incredible rpm's, which
also disrupts the ambient gravitational field, indeed to the extent that
a counterforce to Earth's gravitational pull is generated . The early
British aeronautical engineers called this dynamic counterbary . This
may have been used in some earlier American saucers and prototypes, but I
have only been told that the secret Nautilus spacefaring craft uses
magnetic pulsing , which appears to utilize this technology.
The third level of sophistication, that used in the more modern
American antigravity craft, is direct generation and harnessing of the
gravitational strong force. Such a strong-force field extends slightly beyond
the atomic nucleus of Element 115, an exotic element donated by Star
Visitor scientist-consultants to human scientists at S-4, a secret
base
south of Area 51. By amplifying that exposed gravitational strong force,
and using antimatter reactor high energy, and then directing it, it is
possible to lift a craft from the Earth and then change directions by
vectoring the shaped antigravity force field thus generated. Important
information about this third technology is available on Bob Lazar's
website. (1.) This information is also described on the Bob Lazar video.
Lazar worked on extraterrestrial technology at Los Alamos National
Laboratory, and Area 51's Site S-4. (2.)
Let us now examine these 10 advanced craft in more detail. The amount
of information available for each varies; in some cases more is known,
in other cases very little.
1) The B-2 Stealth bomber is manufactured Northrop-Grumman. The Air
Force describes it as a low-observable, strategic, long-range heavy bomber
capable of penetrating sophisticated and dense air-defense shields.
Retired
Air Force Colonel Donald Ware passed on to me information from a
three-star general he knows, who revealed to him in July that the B-2
[Stealth bombers] have electro-gravitic systems on board; and that this
explains why our 21 Northrop B-2s cost about a billion dollars each.

2) The Aurora SR-33A is a moderate-sized spacefaring vehicle. The late
National Security Council scientist Dr. Michael Wolf (4.) of NSC's
unacknowledged Special Studies Group subcommittee, (formerly called MJ-12),
has stated that the Aurora can operate on both conventional fuel and
antigravity field propulsion systems. He further stated that the Aurora
can travel to the Moon. Wolf had also disclosed to me that the U.S. has
a small station on the Moon, and a tiny observation post on Mars (5).
Thus I doubt that Dr. Wolf would characterize the Aurora thus, unless it
was a vessel already used in making such trips. He disclosed
additionally
that the Aurora operates out of Area 51, (Groom Dry Lake Air Force
Station), at the northeast corner of the Nellis AFB Range, north of Las
Vegas, Nevada.
3) The Lockheed-Martin X-33A military spaceplane is a prototype of
Lockheed's other spaceplane, the single-stage-to-orbit reuseable aerospace
vehicle, the National SpacePlane . Lockheed-Martin does not say too
much about its winged, delta-shape X-33 VentureStar, except to say that we
are building it. To be at that stage of development for its
public-program SpacePlane, clearly Lockheed-Martin has already long since built
prototypes, as well as an unacknowledged military version, which I have
dubbed the X-33A. The 'A' suffix stands for antigravity.
Colonel Donald Ware, USAF (ret.) told me that he had recently learned
from a three-star General that the VentureStar X-33 has an
electrogravitics (antigravity) system on board (6.). This virtually assures that the
unacknowledged military antigravity version, the X-33 A, must surely
also have electrogravitics on board. It is possible that what I have
called the X-33A is the Aurora craft which Dr. Wolf described.
4) the Lockheed X-22A is a two-man antigravity disc fighter. The late
Colonel Steve Wilson, USAF (ret.), stated that military astronauts
trained at a secret aerospace academy separate from the regular Air Force
Academy at Colorado Springs, CO. These military astronauts then operate
out of Beale and Vandenberg Air Force Bases, Northern California From
those bases, these military astronauts regularly fly
trans-atmospherically and out into space (7.). One of the aerospace craft they use, Colonel
Wilson reported, is the X-22A.
Another informant, 'Z', aka 'Jesse', who formerly worked at the NSA,
told me that the Lockheed X-22A antigravity fighter disc fleet is
equipped with Neutral Particle Beam directed-energy weapons,
that it is
capable of effecting optical as well as radar invisibility, and that it is
deployable for worldwide military operations from the new U.S. Space
Warfare Headquarters, located in hardened underground facilities beneath
13,528' King's Peak in the Wasatch Mountains' High Uintas Primitive
(Wilderness) Area, 80 miles east of Salt Lake City (8).
Recently I also heard from an Army engineer, formerly TDY'ed to NASA,
who shall remain unnamed at his request. He also confirmed that Lockheed
had made the X-22A, the two-man antigravity fighter disc which I had
seen test-flown in a canyon adjacent to the main Area 51 operations zone.
He explained why I had seen the X-22A so nervously flown during that
test flight. He said that the original X-22A had had a standard altimeter
hard-wired into it, but that such an instrument would give faulty
readings in the craft's antigravity field, which bends space-time. He had
recommended that they instead use a gradiometer, which would function
better. Apparently his suggestion was finally taken up, since in more
recent years I have seen the X-22As flying more smoothly and confidently at
high altitudes over and near Area 51.
Another informant who wishes his identity kept private related
operational details about military deployment of antigravity disc craft which
sound like the X-22A. He reports: 'During operation Desert Storm a close
relative of mine was in charge of a Marine Division right on the front.
In the first days film footage and especially video-cams which a large
number of G.I.s had were impounded, so they wouldn`t capture any
sensitive material. Iraq was pumped up and Gung-Ho, since they had well over
50,000 troops ready to charge us, [and] since we only had about 3500
they knew of, and they knew [that], because of the close proximity of
troops we couldn`t nuke them, so, they
were assuming piece of cake .
Wrong.
'Two pictures my relative confiscated from one of his officers showed:
1. a large disc-shaped craft slightly in front of our men with a high
intensity beam of light emitting out of it; then, 2. where men,
equipment, etc. was [had stood], there only remained dark charcoal-like spots
on the desert floor. We have had this technology for quite a while.'
The described disc was clearly an antigravity, levitating,
aerial-weapons platform in the U.S. arsenal. Quite possibly it was the Lockheed
X-22A two-man discoid craft, the real DarkStar, of which the unmanned
drone X-22 DarkStar is but an aircraft 'cover' program to disguise the
existence of this manned antigravity fighter disc, the X-22A.
Further, as 'Z' noted, the real manned discs come equipped with the
latest Neutral Particle Beam weapons, which take apart the target at the
molecular level. Star Visitor craft do not incinerate
humans. Only human
military fighters are so deployed. So the above report does not deal
with any extraterrestrial event.
5) The Nautilus is another space- faring craft, a secret military
spacecraft which operates by magnetic pulsing (9.). It operates out of the
unacknowledged new headquarters of the U.S. Space Command, deep under a
mountain in Utah. It makes twice-a-week trips up to the secret
military-intelligence space station, which has been in deep space for the past
thirty years, and manned by U.S. and USSR (now CIS) military
astronauts. The Nautilus also is used for superfast surveillance operations,
utilizing its ability to penetrate target country airspace from above from
deep space, a direction not usually expected. It is manufactured
jointly by Boeing's Phantom Works near Seattle and EU's Airbus Industries
Anglo-French consortium. During travel to Washington State several years
ago, I had a conversation
with a former Boeing executive who worked in
their Phantom Works, Boeing's black projects division, (roughly the
equivalent of Lockheed's Skunk Works). The executive confirmed what I had
earlier learned from an intelligence insider: that Boeing had teamed up
with Europe's Airbus Industrie to manufacture the Nautilus.
6) The TR3-A 'Pumpkinseed' is a super-fast air vehicle. The
'Pumpkinseed' nickname is a reference to its thin oval airframe, whose contours
resemble that seed. It may be the craft identified as using pulse
detonation technology for propulsion in a sub-hypersonic regime, and also uses
antigravity technology for either mass-reduction or complementary field
propulsion at higher speed levels. As air breathers, these Pulse
Detonation Wave Engines (PDWEs) could theoretically propel a hypersonic
aircraft towards Mach 10 at an altitude in excess of 180,000 feet. Used to
power an trans-atmospheric vehicle, the
same PDWEs might be capable of
lifting the craft to the edge of space when switched to rocket mode.
7) the TR3-B 'Astra" , is a large triangular anti-gravity craft within
the U.S. fleet. Black projects defense industry insider Edgar
Rothschild Fouche wrote about the existence of the TR3-B in his book, Alien
Rapture (10).
My ex-NSA informant, 'Z', also confirmed that the TR3-B is operational.
'Z' had this to say about the TR3-B triangular antigravity craft.
"TR3-B. This is the code name for what everyone on Earth has seen. It
is a very large triangular-shaped re-entry vehicle with anti-gravity. It
is what the November [2000] issue of Popular Mechanics identified as
the Lenticular Reentry Vehicle, a nuclear-powered flying saucer, the
first version of which went operational in 1962, [the version which Popular
Mechanics illustrated.]
'It was used in Gulf War's early hours with electromagnetic-pulse/laser
cannons.
It literally sat mid-air, firing long-, medium-, short-range
to take out antennas, towers, communications, air traffic control
towers, TV dishes and centers, etc. For three hours, these three triangles
[TR3-Bs] just sat there blowing up everything in sight. Then the Stealth
fighters had fun for the rest of the day into the early evening next
night. Then [followed] carpet bombings from high altitude B-52
Strato-Fortresses. They dumped all the old, aged Vietnam-era crap [munitions]; a
third blew up and the rest [were] duds. Anyways, the TR3B has been in
testing since the '60s. But it has only been perfected for the last 8
years [since 1992]. It is a good remake of what Truman first saw, [the
Roswell semi- circular craft]. It is compartmentalized, built by the
Skunk Works {Lockheed-Martin's classified plant at Palmdale, CA) and Boeing
[Phantom Works, Seattle]. It is housed in Utah. 'Z' was reminding of
his earlier revelation
that the U.S. Space Command has located its prime
headquarters and antigravity space-launch fleet facility beneath King
Mountain, the tallest mountain in the Wasatch Range east of Salt Lake
City, Utah.
8) Northrop Aircraft Corporation has manufactured its Northrop
antigravity disc , (designation unknown), which I have dubbed the 'Great
Pumpkin' , from its brilliant ruddy golden-orangish glow. I first saw these
craft operationally test-flown in 1992 above the Groom Range ridge line
at Area 51, Nevada. Later I saw the same intensely burning-bright
orange-gold craft that I had seen above Areas 51 being test-flown sixty
miles north of Los Angeles, in the Tehachapi Mountains east of Edwards Air
Force Base. There the Northrop has its secret saucer manufacturing
works buried deep within the mountains. I saw the same intensely
burning-bright orange-gold craft test-flown above Northrop’s mountaintop test bed
there as I had
seen above Areas 51/S-4 (11).
When energized these discs emit their characteristic intense glow. It
is reasonable to assume that this is due to strong ionization, and that
electrogravitics is the methodology of their field propulsion.
9) The XH-75D or XH Shark antigravity helicopter is manufactured by
Teledyne Ryan Aeronautical Corporation of San Diego (now part of
Northrop-Grumman). USAF Colonel Steve Wilson reported that many of these XH-75Ds
were assigned to the Delta/National Reconnaissance Organization
Division which retrieves downed UFOs. That Division is also implicated in
mutilating cattle as a psychological warfare program on the American
public, to try to get citizens to fear and hate extraterrestrials through
assuming that aliens are the ones cutting up the cattle. Colonel Wilson
also leaked a drawing of the XH-75D Shark. (See his illustration at:

10) The TAW-50 is a hypersonic, antigravity
space fighter-bomber. A
defense contractor with whom I have been in communication leaked to me
details of this U.S. Advanced TAW-50 warcraft. Developed during the early
1990s, the capabilities of this war-bird are jaw-dropping. And the
technology shows that the Defense Department did not fail to utilize what
it learned combing through the wreckage of various UFO crashes.
The TAW-50 was jointly developed by the Lockheed-Martin Skunk Works
(Palmdale-Helendale, CA) and Northrop (undoubtedly at their undeclared
Anthill facility within the Tehachapi Mountains, northwest of Lancaster,
CA.) Both companies have a history of development of secret anti-gravity
craft at these Mojave Desert facilities.
The TAW-50 has speed capabilities well in excess of Mach 50, a number
the contractor calls 'a very conservative estimate'. Its actual speed is
classified. Since Mach-1 is 1,225 kilometers per hour, (approximately
748 mph), this
means that the TAW-50 is capable of moving considerably
faster than 38,000 mph. In comparison, the velocity required to escape
Earth's gravity is 25,000 mph. Therefore the TAW-50 isa capable of going
into space, and does.
The TAW-50 has a SCRAM (supersonic ramjet) propulsion system for
passing through the outer atmosphere. The TAW-50 utilizes electrogravitics to
maintain its own artificial gravity while in weightless space, as well
as to nullify the vehicle's mass during operations. The TAW-50's power
supply is provided by a small nuclear power generator that the
contractor said is Normal-Inert . The contractor said that the space plane uses
electromagnetoferrometric power generation by the immersion of pellets
in heavy water (deuterium) and specially-designed coil superconductive
magnets, which yield enormous amounts of free electrons when placed in
an immersion which has been triggered into an oscillating field-state
flux.
The TAW-50 has a crew of four. Nevertheless, the TAW-50 flies so fast
that it requires computers to fly it. These were developed by American
Computer Company, who derived them from its Valkyrie XB/9000 AI
[artificial intelligence] Guidance series. They utilize a RISC Milspec
Superchip. There are 180 of them in the flight control system, and 64 more in
the weapons guidance system, the contractor reported.
It can carry a combined payload of glide bombs and a package of MIRV
(Multiple Independently-targeted Reentry Vehicles, mil-speak for a group
of intercontinental ballistic missiles), each of which can seek out and
strike a different target. The MIRV pack also contains reentry-capable
balloon countermeasures to make it very difficult for laser and other
defensive weapons to track down where the real MIRVs are and intercept
them. The TAW-50 is armed with its own Kill Laser system, which can
track and immolate
SAM (Surface-to-Air missiles), STTA
(Surface-To-Trans-Atmosphere missiles), ATA (Air-To- Air missiles), and ATTA
(Air-To-Trans-Atmospheric missiles). The TAW-50's killer lasers can also knock down
high-performance fighter interceptors. The TAW's Kill Laser is much
smaller than the earlier 1980s-era SDI (Star Wars program) models, and has
a miniaturized cooling core and 500 times the wattage. The contractor
said it uses a spontaneous nucleonic burst to trigger the lasing [laser]
effect.
In addition, the TAW-50 is armed with microsuperexplosive HyperDart
missiles. These are just a little larger than ordinary aircraft cannon
ammunition, but travel at hypersonic speed for up to three minutes, and
have enormous explosive capability. One HyperDart can blow apart a MiG
fighter anywhere within 20 feet of the HyperDart. The TAW-50 carries
several hundred HyperDarts.
Because the TAW-50 is designed to operate in space, it has on
board a
two-day air supply. This air supply can be extended by using its scoop
system and traveling into the upper atmosphere to harvest more oxygen.
The contractor did not reveal the size of the space fighter-bomber
except to say, 'It's a pretty big thing.'
The performance of the TAW-50 makes it virtually impossible to defend
against. It can hide in orbit many hundreds of miles into space,
orbiting at times at 22,000 mph. Then, without warning, it can dive straight
down through the atmosphere at over 38,000 miles per hour on an
80-degree attack vector, reverse direction within 150 feet of the ground with
very little loss of motion and without a glide turn, and almost
instantly go vertically straight up at over 38,000 mph until long after it
leaves the atmosphere and resumes orbiting in space. The contractor noted,
'Those [electro-]gravitics allow it to change its mass to almost
nothing in a moment, and reverse
direction in a second, increase its
acceleration to so many times G [Earth's gravity] it's not funny, yet they are
able to nearly nullify the G-force on the pilots. They [the
electrogravitics] are fourth-generation, with the ability to bring it to a
complete standstill in under 2 milliseconds, if need be, without crushing the
pilots, and keep it there for quite some time.' The contractor notes,
'It's far too fast for tracking radars.' 'And,' he adds, 'what military
aims its radars straight up?'
The TAW-50 can be refueled and rearmed in orbit by docking with the
secret undeclared Military Space Station that is in orbit (12) The entire
refueling and rearming procedure takes under 10 minutes. Who mans the
gas pumps? Military astronauts trained at the Secret Air Force Academy,
located in the hills immediately west of the official Air Force Academy
at Colorado Springs, CO. These military astronauts rotate duty by
traveling
to and from Vandenberg Air Force Base on other military
antigravity vehicles (13). [link]
The Cape Canaveral Space Shuttles have carried the arming platforms
('classified Defense Department payloads') up to the secret Military Space
Station. The contractor reported that with a few extra tanks of LOX
(liquid oxygen), the TAW-50 could fly to the Moon and back.
As of 2002, the U.S. has 20 TAW-50s in its arsenal. But, as the
contractor commented, 'You could take out an entire nation in under 10 days
with only 10 of these, doing three attacks a day. One can wipe out an
entire city the size of suburban Cleveland in a single attack without
having to use any nukes at all.'
The electrogravitics for the TAW-50 was produced by GE Radionics. Pratt
& Whitney designed the SCRAM atmospheric penetrator technology.
American Computing Company created the artificial-intelligence supercomputers.
The contractor said he could not tell
me anything else. And it was
clear he did not want his name used. So, this is what is known.
11) The Northrop Quantum Teleportation Disc? Are the above the current
state-of-the-art in advanced aerospace craft? No. There have been
advances beyond “mere” antigravity field propulsion. Quantum particulate
physics is now being used to update a variety of aerospace craft and their
weapons systems.
On a recent (09/16/05) field trip to the boundary of Area 51, during a
middle-of-the-night observation, I saw first one, then another, and
finally six brightly-lit objects suddenly appear at approximately 1000'
(305 meters) height above the desert floor. The intensely-glowing, ruddy,
golden-orangish ionization field surrounding these craft appeared
identical to the field around the Northrop antigravity disc. But in the 13
years since I had last observed the Northrop discs above Area 51, and at
their Tehachapi Mountains
manufacturing site, considerable progress has
been made.
In 1992, the Northrop disc slowly rose vertically from its flight pad
and gradually reached flight altitude. But in 2005 these craft are able
to depart from their flight pad and suddenly appear at flight altitude
without any visible ascent. And it is not a matter of their ionization
field having been turned off during ascent for stealth purposes. The
ionization field comes with electrogravitic field propulsion. If the
ionization were turned off, the craft would have fallen from the sky.
Rather what appears to be going on is that the Northrop engineers have
incorporated quantum physics principles into the propulsion. Simply stated,
Northrop appears to have harnessed quantum entanglement to achieve
quantum teleportation. To the observer the craft simply ceases to exist on
the flight pad and instantly begins to exist at, (in this case), 1000
feet altitude. If the
interpretation of this observation is correct,
then there exists an 11th entry in the U.S. antigravity arsenal, the
Northrop Quantum Teleportation Disc.
If the black-budget scientists keep advancing along these lines, we
could foresee the day when a fleet of Air Force craft suddenly “cease to
exist” on the air base runway and instantly appear at 35,000 feet
altitude over a target city halfway around the globe.
America has used its enormous wealth to become the global super-power.
The TAW-50 is but one example of its exotic, unnecessarily
proliferative, and highly-destructive arsenal. The world awaits the day when
America finds its soul, and pays more attention to matters of spirit, mind,
and metaphysical development, and withdraws from its addiction to war
toys.
It has been said that if the American people knew what the military had
in their arsenal today, they wouldn't believe it, and would think that
someone
was fantasizing about a George Lucas Star Wars movie episode.
But it's not science-fiction. The future is already here.
The implications of the advanced antigravity craft back-engineered by
humans are several. All of the antigravity technology is in the control
of the organization conducting the UFO Cover-Up. This organization is
so heavily infiltrated by Cabal types that Dr. Michael Wolf regretfully
concluded that the Cabal had effective control of it. He should know;
he was a high member of that Special Studies Group, [formerly "MJ-12"],
buried wthin the National Security Council.
Since the Cabal effectively control the development and special uses of
these craft, there remains a very high danger that the Cabal will use
its growing antigravity fleet to try to repel the Star Visitors and even
conduct Space War. Elements within the U.S. Air Force and the Naval
Space Command are making preparations for such a Space
War.
What can we do about this as lightworkers, Star Kids, Star Seed adults
or other humans of good will?
First is to keep ourselves informed about dangerous and evil uses of
antigravity (and quantum) technology.
Second is to contact our political representatives to oppose policies
and weapons systems development that is oriented towards space warfare.
Third is to encourage the release of this technology into the civilian
sector, where it can revolutionize transportation, energy generation,
large construction projects, and other peaceful uses.
Fourth, the existence of this human technology is a two-edged sword for
the Cabal. Not only is the existence of antigravity technology starting
to get out to the public, but also the very existence of a massive
worldwide organization conducting the UFO Cover-Up and confiscation of Star
Visitor technology. As the public becomes aware that the Cabal have
unfairly monopolized
this technology for 40+ years, the public will become
incensed at the Cabal for their greed and selfishness. This then
becomes the opportunity to expose and discredit the Cabal, the Number One
obstacle to human safety and progress.

Dr. Michael Wolf is a 56-year-old man pincered between the horns of a
quintessential dilemma. His bosses at the National Security
Council have
told him that they want him, precisely as a government scientist with
ABOVE TOP SECRET clearance, to generate a controlled leakage of major
amounts of secret information. That information is about UFO reality and
Star Visitors contact with humans, including governmental involvement.
On the other hand, they have told him not to disclose too many
government secrets, nor too many details about his role inside ULTRA-classified
projects. (He characterizes his current low-profile status as
"sequestered".) And to complicate matters further, they have "erased" almost all
his records, such as the universities he attended, his degrees, and his
record of government service as an independent contractor to the CIA,
NSA and NSC. Such measures are common for individuals working in
Unacknowledged Special Access Programs, where their bosses must maintain
"plausible deniability", in case a "sensitive" worker decides to make
unauthorized disclosures. Additionally, the National Security oath Wolf had
to sign required him not to publish papers in scientific journals on his
findings doing classified research. As a result, Dr. Wolf can hardly
prove he exists. But, as a very brave person, Wolf has decided
nevertheless to keep on revealing secrets, until his superiors tell him to stop.
America and the world are indeed fortunate that he has made that
decision.
Dr. Wolf made the decision to reveal what he has learned about the
visiting Star Nations cultures to the world, "because we have a right to
know." He is also motivated by the need to feel that he is making a
contribution to humanity for his wife, son and unborn child, who were
assassinated by terrorist car-sabotage in an "accident" meant to kill him as
well. He admits that hindsight has caused him to reevaluate the
importance of keeping secret all the things he worked on. His efforts
to
persuade his bosses to let him publish and speak met with some success. His
book, The Catchers of Heaven, was approved to be published, but only
after he met their restriction that he write a forward stating that it
was a "work of fiction" (sic). His book, The Catchers of Heaven (1996)

Catchers of Heaven is must reading for anyone interested in learning
more about the Star Visitors presence. Dr. Wolf until his death was
working on a sequel, Bright White Light Quartet, which would have provided
further information about his personal experience with the Star
Visitors, their communications, and their missions.
I have been authorized by Dr. Michael Wolf to share publicly in this
article the disclosures he has made since Catchers was published. This
report will not duplicate
my earlier article on Dr. Wolf, ["Official
Within UFO-Secrecy Management Group Reveals Insider Secrets", Contact
Forum, 5:5, Sept.-Oct., 1997, p. 22-23.] Also, these disclosures come from
notes I scribbled furiously, as I tried to keep up with Dr. Wolf's
machine-gun pace of talking. Like many geniuses, he moves from topic to
topic rapidly, not leaving an opportunity to get certain details. The
reader will need to just make do for now with what was captured in my notes,
and forgive the sometimes-missing details that occur in that kind of
communication. Any mistakes are mine.
I can well understand that some of the partial disclosures here leave
the reader hungering for more detail. Such is the current state of
affairs at this point in the Administration's
guarded-disclosure/plausible-denial strategy, a complex dance of opposites. Yet, in unprecedented
volume and depth, secrets are emerging from deep inside the most
jealously-guarded and denied programs the government runs: its UFO programs,
presented here courtesy of Dr. Wolf. But who is this man, who discloses
such tightly-held information?
Michael's ancestors were Russian Jews who emigrated to the U.S., and
adopted the family name of Kruvant. Even as a child Michael was no
stranger to the classified world, nor to encounters with a Star Visitor. His
father would take him with him to Andrews Air Force Base, while the
father met with the Air Research and Development Council. And Michael was
not the first in his family to experience contact with what he calls
"my little Grey navigator, an undisguised blessing." Michael's father had
had visits by Zeta Star Visitors too, and had spoken to Michael various
times about those "Catchers of Heaven", as the father called them. And
Michael's future son, Daniel would also be an experiencer of personal
encounters with the Visitors.
By the time he was twelve, Michael was taking characteristic
initiative. He founded the Flying Saucer Research Association of New Jersey. At
night he tried communicating with his Star Visitor friends, using light
signals. On December 24, 1954 one such effort was observed by George
Hunt Williamson, (whom Dr. Wolf identifies as having been a CIA
operative.) Williamson, in his book, Road In The Sky, wrote that young Wolf, the
year before his bar-mitzvah, was transmitting messages to space
intelligences using modulated light beams [p. 150]. Michael had telepathically
requested that the Star Visitors confirm receipt of his mental message
by flying over his house in a certain direction. Wolf recalls, "Five
minutes later, two flying saucers flew over my house, heading north, as I
had requested."
The Intelligence community began to keep tabs on Wolf, and eventually
recruited him. Wolf recounts that the government guided
and paid for his
impressive education, because they saw he had a good relationship with
the Star Visitors, and because he was the brightest student his
teachers had seen.
Dr. Michael Wolf served as an Viet Nam-era as an Air Force Colonel,
pilot, flight surgeon, and as an I-Corps (intelligence) officer for the
CIA and NSA. He has earned an MD in Neurology, a Ph.D. in Theoretical
Physics, a ScD in Computer Science, a JD in Law, an MS in electromagnetic
influences on organisms, and a B.S. in biogenetics. Basically a
Buddhist, Wolf also affirms the core truths in Islam, Christianity, Judaism,
Native American spirituality, and other major spiritual traditions. His
personal seminal koan is: "The truth is a lie which has yet to be
revealed."
From 1972-1977 Dr. Wolf engaged in covert governmental research into
Star Visitor technology. "I met with extraterrestrial individuals every
day in my work, and shared living
quarters with them," while doing
research at extremely-classified underground government research
laboratories. He stated, "Zetas work in underground facilities, as requested by
the U.S. Government. The ETs are not breaking the U.S. Government-Zeta
treaties, but the Government has broken treaties by mistreating ETs, and
trying to fire on UFOs." Yet there are some extraterrestrials being
held captive. "Government scientists discovered that the ETs cannot
dematerialize and escape, if there is an extremely-powerful electromagnetic
field surrounding them." [By way of corroboration, I have heard a
government contractor describe three-foot thick walls with many wires
embedded and running through them at Haystack Air Force Laboratory.] Dr. Wolf
commented, "Some in the Government want better diplomatic relations
[with the Star Visitors], but others in the military want to shoot them
down." This is ironic, Wolf said, "because SDI
[Star Wars] technology was
given to the Government by the ETs."
Laboratories where he worked include: S-4 (near the northeast corner of
the Nevada Test Range), and nearby Area 51 (where he lived for a
while), the Foreign Technology Division labs at Wright-Patterson Air Force
Base (Dayton, Ohio), and the former Dulce Laboratory (under Archuleta
Mesa near the New Mexico-Colorado border). Wolf also was aware that Star
Visitos work with government scientists at Haystack Air Force
Laboratory, deep under Haystack Butte at Edwards Air Force Base, California. And
when the subject was brought up of the complex at Indian Springs
Auxiliary Air Field near the Nevada Test Site, Wolf quickly responded, "I
can't say anything about that."
Since 1979 he has served as a scientific consultant to Presidents and
the National Security Council on Star Visitor matters. He is also a
member of the NSC's unacknowledged UFO
information-management subcommittee
[SSG}'s panel of scientists. "The code names I used there were
'Griffin', and 'Nu Kappa Eta'." The NSC Special Studies Group made Dr. Wolf the
Chairman of Alphacom Team, its premier Star Nations matters group,
which also includes an Admiral from Naval Intelligence.
Wolf observes that the generals he worked with feel impotent in the
face of the overwhelming superiority of Star Visitor technology and mental
abilities. Because of those feelings of powerlessness, anathema to
military officers, the generals had authorized an intense and extensive
disinformation campaign (the UFO cover-up), to discourage any attempts by
civilians to acquire even the limited understanding of Star Visitors
which the generals have managed to gain.
But a far most disturbing revelation from Dr. Wolf concerns the
emergence of a renegade group within the military and intelligence agencies
which comprise
the UFO Cover-Up. Wolf has labeled this conspiratorial
group of plotters "The Cabal". Made up of extremist, fundamentalist,
xenophobic, racist, and paranoiac heads of multinational corporations,
government officials and military/intelligence officers, the Cabal fears and
hates the Star Visitors.
And, without any Presidential or Congressional authorization, the Cabal
has commandeered Star Wars weaponry to shoot down UFOs, taken surviving
Star Visitors prisoner, and attempted to extract information by force.
A high military officer, who is considered a "friendly" by the Cabal,
but who secretly dislikes it, passes on information about Cabal planning
and activities to Dr. Wolf.
The Cabal controls some well-known UFO investigators. Wolf said that
the director of one major U.S. civilian UFO organization "is up to his
ass in the Cabal." And he added that another ufologist in eastern Canada
"gets paid for taking swipes at
various UFO researchers." That
ufologist's high reputation for UFO research is undeserved, because he was
getting a stream of leaks and tips from a well-placed official inside the
intelligence community. Thus, he knew precisely what UFO data to look
and ask for. Now that ufologist is getting frequently upset, because his
source "inside" is no longer available, having recently died.
As a Presidential consultant, Dr. Wolf has visited Mr. Clinton in his
White House private chambers, and even dropped the remark that "Mr. and
Mrs. Clinton sleep in the same bed", thus scotching rumors to the
contrary. When Mr. Clinton was visiting Hartford, Connecticut for a
Presidential debate, the presidential candidate took a side trip to consult
with Dr. Wolf. And to this day, Wolf continues to provide advice to the
President by encrypted phone and National Security Council courier.
Possessing some of the highest security clearances,
this man is in an
extremely-qualified position to know what the government knows about UFOs and
the Star Visitors. He wants to tell President Clinton everything, "But
I can't; my [NSC] bosses won't let me."
Wolf says that "President Clinton does not know much about Area 51. And
he does not know about S-4", [the supersecret underground installation
13 miles south of Area 51 at Papoose Lake, where Dr. Wolf did some of
his research.] He added, "The President has ABOVE TOP SECRET and Need To
Know clearances, but does not have the UMBRA ULTRA TOP SECRET clearance
to have access to upper-level MAJIC [MJ-12] secrets, and KEYSTONE [Star
Visitor research] documents."
Like many federal bureaucracies, SSG ("MJ-12") has tripled in size.
Wolf reports, "It now numbers 36 members, including [former Secretary of
State] Henry Kissinger and [father of the hydrogen bomb] Edward Teller.
MJ-12 meets at various confidential
locations, including the Battelle
Memorial Institute [at Columbus, Ohio]." As an aside, Dr. Wolf confirmed
that it was Dr. Edward Teller who recommended physicist Robert Lazar
for his position at the secret S-4 government base south of Area 51,
where Lazar helped on back-engineering the propulsion systems of Star
Visitor spacecraft.
When I asked who was MJ-1, the head of the MJ-12 subcommittee, Dr. Wolf
declined to identify that person. He did say, "MJ-1 answers to no one,
not even the President!"When I offered the surmise that Michael Wolf
himself was yet another MJ-12 member, he hurriedly pointed out that he
"could not disclose such a thing." [Wink.] And when I proposed that a
notable scientist with a government background, residing in Arizona, was
yet another MJ-12 member, Wolf responded with an uncharacteristic
silence, which I took to mean that he did not contradict that identification.
Michael Wolf has
formed acquaintanceships with renown top scientists
working on cutting-edge science. One such scientist is Dr. Hal Puthoff,
whose research includes zero-point energy, which may replace petroleum
to provide a clean source of the world's power. Wolf worked on
remote-viewing research for the government, at the same time that Puthoff was
doing so at Stanford Research Institute. Darrell McMillan of the Union of
Concerned Scientists is another scientist Wolf says he knows, as is
Stephen Hawking, the British theoretical astrophysicist.
Dr. Wolf asked me if I had seen the recent movie Peacemaker. When I
replied that I had, he said, "The women in that movie was based on a real
person I worked with, Dr. Jessica Stern of the National Security
Council." And, of course, he has met Edward Teller. Wolf characterized Teller
as "a nuclear humbug", referring to Teller's deception of making a
presentation to President Reagan about an
X-ray laser Star Wars weapon as
almost operational, when in fact the system had never been tested, and
was subsequently discarded as impossible by other Lawrence Livermore
Laboratory scientists.
Another UFO notable with whom Wolf is familiar is Admiral Bobby Ray
Inman, former head of NSA, and currently chairman of Science Applications
International Corporation. SAIC was identified by USAF Colonel Steve
Wilson as the company which makes antigravity engines for U.S.-copycat
UFOs. When I commented to Dr. Wolf that USAF Colonel Wilson had
identified Inman as also in charge of Decision Science Applications Inc. (DSAI),
(made up of the heads of corporations involved in classified military
weapons development based on ET technology,) Wolf commented that "Inman
doesn't know as much as the UFO community thinks he does. He doesn't
know everything that DSAI is up to."
Wolf also verified that the former head of the Air
Force Special
Forces' Project Pounce [UFO retrievals unit], Colonel Steve Wilson, and Air
Force Technical Sergeant/NSA analyst Dan Sherman, assigned to an NSA
unit conducting telepathic communications with the Star Visitors, are who
they say they are.
Dr. Wolf provided a revisionist history about the beginning of the
modern UFO era. "The first UFO came down in 1941 into the ocean west of San
Diego, and was retrieved by the Navy." The Navy has held a leadership
position in UFO matters ever since. [Cf. US Naval Space Command -RB.] A
more famous UFO crash followed in 1947, northwest of Roswell, New
Mexico, and was retrieved by the Army Air Corps, as reported by Colonel
Corso in his book, The Day After Roswell. Dr. Wolf confirms the truth of
Corso's disclosures, and added that LED (light-emitting diodes) and
superconductivity are among the technologies which came from Roswell.
The U.S. was in possession of a Zeta,
dubbed "EBE" [Extraterrestrial
Biological Entity", from 1948 until he died in 1953. Government
scientists first communicated with him using pictographs.
About Corso's book's alien-threat tone, Wolf commented that "it was
co-author William Birnes who did the anti-alien gloss on Corso's
manuscript," and that Colonel Corso did not personally view the Star Visitors as
"enemy invaders".
Within months of the Roswell UFO crash, the Army Air Corps became the
Air Force; the National Security Act was passed (partly to deal with the
extraordinary secrecy the Administration felt UFOs required); and the
CIA was created.
He personally pioneered a mental-expansion process he called "the
Gateway Treatment", which "allows utilization of a vastly-increased
percentage of the brain, in order for humans to mentally engage the
extraterrestrials in full telepathic mental exchange." The Treatment involves "a
way of opening the
brain up, a way to stimulate the neurons. It allows
billions of synapses to form."
Another project Wolf was involved in was subatomic-particle physics
research. Discoveries by Wolf were "utilized by my [Ph.D.
dissertation-advising] professor to develop the neutral particle-beam weapon for the
Star Wars program."
Drawing on information from his work in genetics research, Dr. Wolf
revealed that the entire human genome has been mapped secretly by
government scientists. (This contradicts then-current government press
releases, which described the completion date as early in the next century.) He
says that he has found a Star Visitor marker gene in some humans'
genetic samples. Other humans do not have these Star Visitor marker genes.
He went on to say, "I have found non-coding [Star Visitor] genetic
sequence genes in my own genetic material, more than the In-Betweens have.
[The In-Betweens is Wolf's term for
Humans with hybrid Star
Visitor-Human genetics, due to Star Visitor intervention with their parents'
reproductive material before the human was born.]
Wolf revealed that he has been around a research project where
government scientists created human-Star Visitor hybrids, attempting to
replicate Star Visitor genetic engineering.
He explained the harvesting of tissue from so-called "cattle
mutilations" [secretly by military-intelligence units] "is to prepare organelles
to adapt to human bodies, to filter out particulates that are killing
us, as we pollute our planet." He said, "The 'Betweens'(human-Star
Visitor hybrids) will help us, and will bring the organelles."
The Star Visitors have other concerns, too. They discussed God and
death with Wolf. And they pointed out that all worlds are connected. "One
Hiroshima atomic bomb can affect millions of cultures in the galaxy.
"And they told him, "Thought is energy.
It doesn't stop at a galactic
'barrier', and is received on other worlds." Because of what he learned,
Wolf stated, "We are at a crossroads. The issue is to give a viable
future to our children."
He notes, "Humans are beginning to change, to evolve, and are looking
for spiritual roots. There is more to God than people get in church."
A fourth ultra-secret project, mentioned in Wolf's book, was a
Department of Defense project having to do with cloning a human being, in order
to create the perfect soldier who would obey orders without question. A
General "Bunting" was in charge of that project. The clone turned out
to have been born with ethical thinking, and intuitively knew that life
was sacred. When the clone disobeyed a test order to kill an innocent
dog, Wolf says that "the project officer ordered the clone
'terminated'.It was my judgment that the clone had a soul. So, instead, I blew up
the building
[containing the clone project]", and surreptitiously allowed
the clone to escape.
Naturally, Wolf keeps aware of significant individuals and developments
within the civilian UFO-investigation community. One such figure is
former Army Command Sergeant-Major Robert Dean, who was assigned to NATO
Headquarters in the 1960s. There Dean read NATO's secret Assessment of
Star Visitors. Wolf states that he "has seen that same Assessment." Dr.
Wolf also revealed that "the NSA and CIA regularly provide the members
of MJ-12 with tapes of major meetings of civilian UFO groups," for
example, MUFON conferences.
Some other notable UFO investigators who have talked with Dr. Wolf
include Robert Bletchman, James Courant, Linda Moulton Howe, William
Hamilton, Michael Hesemann and Dr. Steven Greer.
Some years ago documents were leaked purporting to constitute a
Presidential Briefing for Jimmy Carter on extraterrestrial matters.
Dr. Wolf
affirmed that the information contained therein "is substantially true,
but one page was missing from the leaked set. That page describes an
individual of joint ET-human heritage, who emerged 2000 years ago to try
to end human violence." When I proposed that the page was referring to
Jesus, Wolf confirmed that identification. During my visit to Dr.
Wolf's apartment, he showed me the missing page.
Dr. Wolf describes various Star Visitor races. "One race has orange
skin, very large heads and large dark eyes with no irises or whites, and
six-fingered hands. During dissection their brains have been found to
have four brain lobes, different optic orbs and nerves, and a sponge-like
digestive system. ET brains are more developed and connected, and have
no corpus callosum." He also described a race dubbed the Semitics, of
average height and a generally human-like appearance, except for their
very large hooked
nose. "This was the race which landed at Holloman Air
Force Base, [New Mexico, in the Sixties], and conversed with some
generals there." Wolf also described a very human-appearing race called the
Nordics. He said, "The Semitics and Nordics come from Altair 4 and 5
and from the Pleiades."
He noted, "The ETs eat vegetation and mushrooms, and have different
requirements. They absorb energy from the air and [certain] particulates.
They don't absorb enough water to need to void; they process
thoroughly."
Wolf said that "cattle mutilations" tissue harvesting is not related to
cloning, but rather is done to acquire nutrients for the hybrid fetuses
the Star Visitors create. Dr. Wolf noted that embryonic fluid contains
an anti-rejection factor. He is aware that not all cattle tissue
harvesting is done by extraterrestrials; much is done by secret Special
Forces teams.
Crop circles "were originated by
extraterrestrials, and then badly
copied by the military, using Strategic Defense Initiative weapons emitting
a laser pulsed beam." Wolf noted that "with crop circles made by ETs,
the plants were still live and grew, [after being bent into pictographic
patterns.] With SDI-weapon crop circles, the plants die. These SDI
weapons are operated from a secret base in the Himalayas."
Concerning Star Nations contact, Dr. Wolf stated that the star race
commonly referred to as Zeta Reticulans, or Greys, have engaged in
diplomatic negotiations with the U.S. Government. When I asked him which Star
Visitor races he worked with in government labs, he pointed out that
the two illustrations on the covers of his book Catchers of Heaven are
actual photographs of Star Visitors taken by an Admiral friend of his.
The Zeta Visitor on the front cover is named K*L*T, (which Wolf
phoneticizes to Kolta for convenience), and is the Star Visitor
with whom Wolf
has met most frequently. The Star Visitor on the back cover is a
human-appearing Visitor from the Altair Aquila system, named Anon [Prince] Sa
Ra.
In the course of his close association with volunteer Star Visitor
scientists in scientific laboratories, Dr. Wolf was given a piece of
extraterrestrial alloy by them. This alloy looked like melted silicon and has
peculiar energy properties. It is 99.99% silicon, and .01% non-Earth
isotopes. When he placed it in water and drank the water, it provided
healthful benefits.
Wolf is convinced that it was psychotronic directed-energy devices
which were directed by rogue elements within the UFO Cover-Up organization
at certain UFO researchers pushing very strongly to end the UFO
Cover-Up. These include: the Director of Committee for the Study of
Extraterrestrial Intelligence (CSETI), Steven Greer, MD, his principal assistant,
Shari Adamiak, Congressman
Steve Schiff, who demanded UFO documents
from the Air Force, and USAF Col. Steve Wilson, who revealed his heading
Project Pounce, the UFO retrieval unit. Already Colonel Wilson and Shari
Adamiak have died of their cancers, and Congressman Schiff has had to
terminate his political career. [He subsequently died.] Now Dr. Wolf has
received a medical report which suggests a possibility that he may have
cancer. It is not yet clear whether he will still have access to a
certain Star Visitor honey-like substance, which he took several years ago
for his metastasized colon cancer, and which brought that episode into
remission. [Wolf later was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer, from which
he eventually died.].
Concerning the famous 1947 Roswell UFO crash, Wolf states that "it was
actual two UFOs which collided in midair" during an intense electrical
storm. "One contained Orange ETs and the other Greys." One crash-landed
near
Corona, northwest of Roswell; the other crashed onto the Plains of
San Agustin, over a hundred miles to the west. Army Intelligence units
soon secured both sites and removed the craft and their mostly-dead
Star Visitor crews.
Another later Visitor-military encounter recounted by Dr. Wolf was
similarly grim. "An extraterrestrial on the ground had traveled from Fort
Dix, New Jersey to [adjacent] McGuire Air Force Base, where he died on
the tarmac" [shot by a trigger-happy MP.]
Michael Wolf worked in several projects, making discoveries with which
in hindsight he now regrets being involved. He particularly had
misgivings after he saw what applications these discoveries were put to. He
says he now "has immense qualms about those misapplications", repudiates
them and is repentant for them.
When Dr. Wolf engaged in government-sponsored studies for his MD degree
at McGill University, he engaged in research on
neurotransmitters and
their role in mental functioning and control. Among the secret projects
Dr. Wolf worked on was Remote Viewing, a military/ Intelligence term
for applied clairvoyance. He said, "Ninety-nine percent of telepathy and
remote-viewing research is classified." Wolf went far beyond the crude
Army Intelligence psi experiments of General Bert Stubblebine, Col.
John Alexander and Major Ed Dames, and developed memory-extraction and
memory-"capping" [suppression] techniques. Some of his findings "were
later incorporated into the infamous MK-ULTRA mind control projects of the
CIA, and used on captured KGB agents [to extract information]." He also
worked in research on dolphins, which he called "a highly-intelligent
alien lifeform on this planet."
While Dr. Wolf was studying at MIT for his Ph.D. in physics, he
"discovered a new theory of wave-particle duality, which led to the
development of the neutral
particle-beam Star Wars weapon." Because of these
classified projects, his NSC bosses forbade him to identify his
dissertation advisor professors, and MIT and McGill are forbidden to acknowledge
that he studied there.
Having access to NSA and CIA information, Dr. Wolf revealed some
secrets that he was notinvolved in. One, among the ugliest aspects of the
Viet Nam War, was the U.S.'s Project Arc Light, "the bombing of already
shot-down B-52s with Hellfire incendiary bombs, totally incinerating any
survivor crewmen, in order to destroy the secret documents carried on
the B-52s." President Bill Clinton told Michael Wolf that he learned
about Project Arc Light while a student in England, and that it had
deepened his opposition to the Viet Nam War.
Wolf also learned that the assassination of President Kennedy involved
multiple parties and interests. "Many Cuban expatriates hated Kennedy
for the Bay of Pigs
invasion's failure. The Mafia hated JFK because of
his brother, Attorney-General Robert Kennedy,'s relentless prosecutions
of high-level mobsters. Hard-liners in CIA hated Kennedy, because he
wanted to pull the U.S. out of an escalating war in Viet Nam, and because
he wanted the CIA to disclose UFO information."
Wolf disclosed that famed scientist "Albert Einstein had contact with
extraterrestrial intelligence." And that a more recent understanding of
Zero-Point energy "has to do with a white hole-black hole scenario."
The Star Visitors told Wolf that the Void is filled with energy to be
tapped. Wolf furthern stated that experiments by the U.S. Government using
exotic technology "ripped holes in time."
Wolf worked briefly on assignment to the Mossad. He commented that "The
Mossad [an Israeli intelligence organization] has very good
relationships with the extraterrestrials."
Dr. Strecker's published
research report, identifying HIV/AIDS as
caused by a man-made virus, was correct according to Dr. Wolf. Furthermore,
the government has learned that viruses are crystalline in structure,
and that the correct frequency can destroy them.
Wolf also reported, "President Clinton has had a briefing on the Aurora
[SR-33A] space plane ," which operates out of Area 51. The Aurora "runs
on liquid methane, and has antigravity on board," [information
identical to what retired Air Force Colonel Donald Ware also passed on to this
writer from a three-star general.] Wolf says that the Aurora goes the
Stealth planes one better. "It carries an electro-magnetic-pulse weapons
system on board, which can knock out tracking radar." He also
disclosed, "It can go to the Moon!" And added a tantalizing further hint, "The
U.S. has 'something' on Mars [besides the Rover]."
Wolf also revealed that the U.S. government is working on prototypes
of
antigravity discs based on Star Visitor technology. He says that the
Star Visitors traverse the galaxy by manipulating space and time to pull
their destination towards them. "Time is reduced to zero, and
acceleration is increased to infinity." And that the military are experimenting
on having pilots use their mind to guide an advanced plane. Some
government scientists found that "some UFOs are living conveyances, and can
divide and re-form." Those "living conveyances" are apparently also
responsive to thought commands.
Wolf disclosed an incident on the Carribean island of Puerto Rico, that
occurred during the Bush Administration. "A UFO piloted by
extraterrestrials, with F-16 fighter escort overhead, landed in a Puerto Rican
community in 1990. The purpose of this exercise was to test the public
reaction of a select portion of the American people." (Puerto Rico is U.S.
territory.) The Mayor of the community
contacted President Bush,
excitedly told the President that "extraterrestrials got out of the ship and
walked around," and asked Bush what he should say to his citizens. Bush
referred the inquiry to Dr. Wolf at MJ-12 to formulate a response for
the mayor.
Concerning the U.S. government's slow pace of disclosure about UFO
reality, Wolf commented, "The government is doing a balancing act, because
if Free [Zero-Point] Energy and all the ET technology come out all at
once, it'd hurt the stockholders [in obsolescent industries]. The
multinational corporations don't want to lose their power."The last time Wolf
heard a timetable from the government for frank disclosure of UFO
reality was somewhere in the period of 2001-2005.
Dr. Michael Wolf is, for all his education and unique career, a
generally modest man. He lives alone in a simple urban apartment. Wolf still
grieves over the tragic deaths of a wife and son,
Daniel, lost years
ago. Facing twin terminal illnesses of spinal degeneration and a wasting
disease, he is dedicated now to trying to help create a better world for
the children.
To this end he has directed that all royalties from his books go to the
Daniel Wolf Memorial Foundation For Children, Inc., a nonprofit

forward to when the secrecy about Star Visitors contact with Earth is

Official Within MJ-12 UFO-Secrecy Management Group Reveals Insider
Secrets

Dr. Michael Wolf has since 1979 served as a scientific consultant to
the President and the National Security Council on Star Visitor matters,
and a member of its UFO-secrecy management agency's, Special Studies
Group (SSG), (formerly MJ-12) and
has been in charge of SSG's lead
agency, the Alphacom Team.
Previously he has served as an Air Force Colonel, pilot, flight surgeon
and counter-intelligence officer for the CIA and NSA. He has an MD in
Neurology, a Ph.D. in Theoretical Physics, a ScD in Computer Science, a
JD in Law, an M.S. in electromagnetic influence on organisms, and a
B.S. in biogenetics.
Dr. Wolf has decided to reveal to the world what he has learned inside
secret government programs about the visiting Star Nations cultures,
"because we have a right to know."

Dr. Wolf states that the most important mission objective of his
Alphacom Team was resumption of negotiations with the visiting Star Nationds.
In the 1950s-1960s, the U.S. administration entered
into agreement
discussions with the Zetas (so-called Greys) from the fourth planet of the
star system Zeta Reticuli, and other star peoples, but these agreements
were never ratified as Constitutionally required. The Zetas shared
certain of their technological advances with government scientists,
apparently often while prisoner "guests" within secure underground military
installations in Nevada and New Mexico.
The Star Visitors have given the U.S. government some of their
antigravity craft and a considerable amount of fuel (element 115).
On May 1, 1975 during one such technology transfer in Nevada, a
demonstration of a small Star Visitor antimatter reactor, the lead Zeta asked
the Colonel in charge of the Delta Forces guarding the Star Visitors to
remove all their rifles and bullets from the room, (so that they would
not accidentally discharge during the energy emissions.) The guards
refused, and in the ensuing
commotion a guard opened fire on the Zetas.
One Zeta, two scientists and 41 military personnel were killed. One guard
was left alive to attest that the Zetas apparently used directed mental
energy in self-defense to kill the other attacking Delta Forces. Dr.
Wolf states that "this incident ended certain exchanges with (the
Zetas)."
Government scientists learned cloning techniques from the Star
Visitors. After perfecting cloning techniques on animals, Dr. Wolf and his
associates cloned an artificial-intelligence human being, "J-Type Omega",
as part of Project SENTINEL, an effort to create a superbright,
superpowerful soldier who would follow orders without fear or question. The
J-Type clone was terminated, because he would not follow an order to kill
an innocent dog, because Dr. Wolf had surreptitiously programmed ethics
into his artificial intelligence.
Wolf notes that the extraterrestrials are not comfortable
with the
world money and power brokers' need for continuing world industrialization,
which they see as headed towards planet-killing. Another of the
Alphacom Team's missions is to determine "whether we can use the ETs'
technology to restore this planet to its former pristine state of natural
balance." The Star Visitors are also concerned about the massive
proliferation of nuclear devices into many countries.
Wolf states that other missions of the MJ12SSG's Alphacom Team are: to
determine the number and types of Star Visitors, the extent of
visitation and the reasons, to learn about human interactions with Star
Visitors in the past and currently, the cultures of the various off-world
Visitors, and how we can negotiate with them.
According to Dr. Wolf, several confederations of extraterrestrial
civilizations are visiting us in loosely-coordinated fashion. These are: the
Alliance (of human-looking ETs from the
Altair Aquila system), the
Corporate (of Zetas from the Zeta Reticuli system), the Federation of
Worlds (of unspecified races from many star systems), and the United Races
of Orion (cultures from those star systems). Further, the Alliance is in
affiliation with the Corporate and with the Federation of Worlds. The
United Races of Orion are in affiliation with the Corporate, and,
through them, with the Alliance and the Federation of Worlds. (The overall

Dr. Wolf told of learning during a high-level briefing in the UK that
the Vatican had been applying pressure concerning the possible
announcement by President Clinton of UFO visitation. Of specific Vatican concern
was "whether he will make reference to the extraterrestrial biological
entities' data revealing in detail how religion was created and why."
Wolf comments, "Rich organized religions feel
threatened by such an
announcement."
Perhaps Wolf's most startling revelation is that within the UFO
Cover-Up there is a dark, covert renegade organization known as the "Cabal".
He describes it as "well-orchestrated conspiratorial bevy of plotters
... top-heavy with the military, and headed by (a then-Navy
Under-Secretary)." The paranoiac Cabal works against, and deliberately undermines,
the happy_bunnyeaceful negotiations with the Star Visitors. The Cabal
uses Star Wars weapons to shoot down Star Visitors spacecraft and
overcome surviving Star Visitors by military might.
Wolf concludes by stating, "In all of my preparation as a scientist,
nothing ever prepared me for our visitors. We must understand the
complexity of the various forces at work on this planet, and yes, on others.
Let us not forget multi-dimensionality and space-time distortions, and
the spirituality we must regain. I feel I must also mention
that
spirituality is gaining strength on this planet, this Sol Three. But also is
the evil. We have the power to sanction whatever is ...for a better good
for mankind."

The Star Nations Revision To Darwinian Explanation of Human Development

A number of Star Visitor races evolved to intelligent life forms on
their respective planets across the universe. Some of these civilizations
are millions of years old.
Other intelligent races "out there" devenope solely from evolution, but
from other races' "missionary" sowing of intelligent life on planets
they discovered whose indigenous biota had evolved to the point where one
or more animal species could provide a suitable anatomy and physique
for engineering in high intelligence and spirituality.
Thus, these Star Nations vary, some naturally evolved, others with
development accelerated through bioengineering by older, more advanced
races. Either way, many of these Star Nations operate like Peace Corps
workers, going about the
galaxy, exploring, and trying to do good wherever
they can.
The Star Nations decided to accelerate evolution on Earth. They
selected a promising primate phylum to take reproductive material samples
from, crossed it with some of their own DNA, and reinserted it in the
primate mother, so that the resulting offspring would be more intelligent.
After several iterations of effort, the Visitors around 275,000 years
ago achieved a hybrid with a bit of their very high intelligence, a
smattering of their highly-developed psychic abilities and spirituality,
and sufficient dexterity and coordination to be capable of fashioning
tools and intricate designs. In other words, they had achieved Homo
Sapiens.
This phase of bioengineering is commented on in 6000+-year-old Sumerian
cunieform quasi-historical literary story tablets. The Sumerian
historical stories mention humanoid Star Visitors as the race involved in
their
proto-ancestors' bioengineering. Other Asia Minor records indicate a
Reptoid Star Visitor group intervened at Derinkuyu and elsewhere.
After observing Homo Sapiens in operation over a number of generations,
and its idiosyncratic blend of primate animal instinctuality with
incipient intelligent spiritual sensitivity, the Star Visitors were
dissatisfied with the intelligence level of their hybrid, and decided to
proceed further with an additional genetic engineering upgrade. The result
was what Earth anthropologists label Homo Sapiens Sapiens, modern
humankind. This penultimate bit of bioengineering occurred approximately
130,000 years ago.
Subsequent intervention by the observer Star Visitors took the form of
cultural and spiritual teaching and tutoring, at times causing Avatars
to emerge in various strategic zones around the Earth. These Avatars
have become known and revered as the Great Teachers, some of whose wisdom
has become enshrined as one of the several World Religions.
Because of the imprecisions of oral history, it is difficult in some
cases to determine whether a given Avatar was: a human consistently
guided by Star Visitor consciousness, a human with ensoulment by a soul
which was Star Visitor in a previous life and retained advanced
consciousness in this life, a human-Star Visitor hybrid, or a Star Visitor
manifesting with human appearance.
Some of these Avatars clearly were Star Visitors, appearing
“magically”, and displaying preternatural powers, such as White Buffalo Calf
Woman/ Lady of Guadalupe (for North America), Quetzalcoatl (for
Meso-America), and Viracocha (in South America), or featuring exotic skin colors,
such as bluish-skinned Krishna (Hinduism).
Other Avatars were evidently Star Visitor-human hybrids, highly endowed
with genius, advanced spirituality, and psychic powers: Quan Yin
(compassionate
Enlightened One revered in Chinese Buddhism), and Yeshua ben
Joseph/Jesus (teacher of a reformed Judaism, later morphed into
Christianity).
Still others operated either with Star Visitor consciousness
guidance/overshadowing, or were reincarnated Star Visitors retaining the advanced
consciousness from their previous incarnation. These would include:
Zarathustra (Zoroastrianism Middle East metaphysical spirituality),
Lao-Tse ( Taoism), Moses (Judaism), Buddha (Buddhism), Abd al-Qadir al-Jilani
and other initiators of Sufism [universalist peaceful variant of
Islam], and Bahá'u'lláh (Bahai).
These cultural and spiritual interventions were done in an effort to
lead humankind away from the excessive animal instinctuality, such as
territoriality, aggressiveness, and predation on the weak; and to point
humankind towards its highest and best metaphysical and spiritual
potential.
These observer Star Visitor efforts went on
until approximately 150
years ago. At about that time, after witnessing the horrors of the wars of
the Nineteen Century, the Star Visitors decided that humankind was far
too capable of ignoring the teachings of the Avatars, and that the
human "recipe" itself needed direct upgrading via further bioengineering.
They also foresaw that humanity was getting closer to the time when it
would venture out into space, and wanted humans to be fit fellow
citizens of the cosmos.
The observant Star Visitors thereupon embarked on a program to
re-refine Homo Sapiens into something more advanced. They began to select
certain humans to splice in a greater percentage of Star Visitor genetic
material, in order to amplify intelligence, sensitivity, psychic
abilities, metaphysical affinity , and greater attunement to the intrinsic
spirituality permeating reality.
The Visitors began in-vitro fertilization of the mothers of the first
Star Kids, and also physiologically rewiring selected adults into Star
Seeds. Many of the Visitors also volunteered to incarnate as an Earth
human this time around. The result was what the Chief Counsel for the
Smithsonian Institute in 1995 labeled Homo Alterios Spatialis , or Cosmic
Human.
At first, there were only a scattered few of the advanced-model humans.
Nicolai Tesla (1856-1943) was clearly one of the first new upgrades.
Albert Einstein was another. Jane Addams (1860-1935), Nobel Prize-winning
crusader for peace, democracy and women's rights, and Mahatma Gandhi,
revered peaceful crusdaer for justice for the oppressed, were a third
and fourth. Albert Schweitzer (1875-1965), compassionate missionary
physician, ethicist, and peace advocate was yet another. Mother Teresa
(1910-1997) and Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. (1929-1968) and scores more
followed their footsteps decades later.
More Star Kids were born in
the 1930s and 1940s who would come of age
as a new Space Age dawned. (The Space Age is dated from the first
satellite launch [Sputnik, 1957], followed by creation of NASA, and President
Kennedy’s 1961 Space Program to put a man on the Moon.)
Then, around the end of the 1980s, there began a quantum leap in the
number of Star Kids being born. The Star Visitors knew that there was no
more time to waste to move humanity out of its awkward "adolescence”
phase as a species, before it blew itself up or terminally poisoned its
environment. They began dramatically stepping up the number of
encounters with humans, including reproductive reengineering, combined with a
metaphysical program of massive reincarnation of star beings as humans,
to increase the numbers of children subsequently born who were Star
Kids.
The Baby Boom of the Cosmic Generation had begun. In poured millions of
these advanced children in a veritable Star
Kids Tidal Wave. This
in-pouring escalates and continues to this day. My research [1] indicates
that now the vast majority of small children are Star Kids. At this rate
the human race will be overwhelmingly made up of people with partial
Star Seed heritage by the year 2012, the date indigenous tradition
identified as when Fifth World (cosmic society) will be well in place.

Extraterrestrial Base On Earth, Sanctioned By Officials Since 1954, Now
Revealed
Also Disclosed: Secret U.S.-USSR Manned Space Station, Positioned In
Orbit For Past 30+ Years

In July of 1952 the world was electrified by large newspaper headlines
and photos of squadrons of UFOs flying repeatedly over the nation's
Capital in Washington, DC. Four months later, WW II General Dwight
Eisenhower was elected President. The same month President Eisenhower took
office (January, 1953), the CIA's Office of Scientific Intelligence (OSI)
was ordered to determine if UFOs were interstellar vehicles. OSI
convened the Robertson Panel of scientists, which recommended expansion of an
Air Force study of UFOs, Project Blue Book.
A year later, late on February 20, 1954, as documented by Gerald Light,
President Eisenhower made a secret trip to Muroc [now Rosamond]
Dry
Lake, Edwards Air Force Base, in the Southern California desert,
accompanied by generals, Edwin Nourse of the Brookings Institute, reporter
Franklin Allen of the Hearst Newspapers Group, Los Angeles Catholic Bishop
(later Cardinal) James F. McIntyre, Gerald Light, and others.
The President had previously arranged to be in nearby Palm Springs,
California, purportedly for a golfing vacation. He "was spirited over to
Muroc one night," while reporters were fed the cover story that the
President had a toothache and needed to see a dentist.
While at Muroc Dry Lake, Eisenhower was present while a Star Visitor
disc landed. Several Nordic-looking Pleiadean Star Visitors emerged to
converse with the President and the generals. The Star Visitors requested
that Eisenhower make the public aware of extraterrestrial contact with
Earth forthwith.
The President protested that humans were not ready, and needed time to
be prepared for adjusting to this stupendous reality.
Two months later, on May 29, 1954, President Eisenhower's CIA Director,
Walter Bedell Smith, Prince Bernhard of Netherlands, David Rockefeller,
other top world financiers, later-Secretary of State Dean Rusk,
later-British Minister of Defense Denis Healey, and other Western power
leaders convened the inaugural meeting of the Bilderberg Group, "a means of
Western collective management of the world order". [5]
One of the early items on the Bilderberg agenda was the contact by the
Star Nations. Shortly after establishing itself, the Bilderberg Group
collaborated with the Council on Foreign Relations (CFR), another
international policy body devoted to world management. They discussed the
problem of adjusting humankind to Star Visitors presence. Elite members of
Bilderberg and CFR jointly decided in the mid-1950s to begin a series
of accommodations with the Star
Nations. The Visitors were given an
island in French Polynesia as a base on Earth. This arrangement afforded
them an opportunity to monitor closely Earth cultures and behavior; and
it permitted Earth governments a way to monitor Star Visitors' culture
and behavior. "It became an on-going experiment," as my former-NSA
informant put it.
He added that when official public announcement of the Star Visitors
presence occurs, "they will be the ones introduced to Earthlings; 'Oh, by
the way, we want to welcome our neighbors from the Pleiades, who by the
way have been here since [the beginning of Earth] time, but [are]
actually living in our place, date, space and time.'" "They are the
diplomatic corps." "Jesse" reported that the U.S. particularly held out for
many concessions before agreeing to the arrangement. (He did not specify
what those concessions were, but history subsequent to 1954 suggests
that what the U.S.
obtained was the lion's share of Star Visitor scientist
consultants, to assist American scientists in understanding and
adapting retrieved Star Visitor exotic technologies into such devices we now
know as the computer chip, fibre optics, lasers, gene-splicing therapy,
cloning, night-vision equipment, super-tenacity fibers (such as Kevlar
lightweight armor), aerospace ceramics, Stealth technology,
particle-beam devices, and gravity-control flight.)
NSC's Dr. Michael Wolf has previously revealed in his book The Catchers
of Heaven that he worked with the Star Visitors as part of his
governmental duties.
"I met with extraterrestrial individuals every day in my work, and
shared living quarters with them," while doing research at extremely-
classified underground government research laboratories. He added, "Zetas
work in underground facilities, as requested by the U.S. Government. The
ETs are not breaking the U.S.
Government-Zeta treaties, but the
Government has broken treaties by mistreating ETs, and trying to fire on
UFOs."
Dr. Wolf also described working with very human-appearing races dubbed
the Nordics and Semitics. He said, "The Semitics and Nordics [Star
Vidsitors] come from Altair 4 and 5, and from the Pleiades [star systems]."
Wolf also disclosed that in 1954 the U.S. had four Star Visitor corpses
in the "Blue Room", Hanger 18 at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base,
Dayton, Ohio. These bodies came from a series of retrievals of downed UFOs.
"The first UFO came down in 1941 into the ocean west of San Diego, and
was retrieved by the Navy." [6] Between that and the first
publicly-announced Roswell UFO crash in 1947, Wolf says there was another crash in
1946, as well as two other crashes in 1947.
The following additional revelation will permit you to ignore those
Boeing commercials and NASA press releases about how America
is currently
building its own first manned space station. My ex-NSA informant
revealed that there has been a manned "deep space platform" in orbit above
Earth for over thirty years!
"It [has] had three-man [American] crews as well as Russians 'on' since
'68!" He further states that since 1973, the space station received
additional extremely-high technology, "and has had upgrades since." His
disclosure confirms reports I had heard previously from former military
officers about a secret space platform in orbit. This disclosure makes
clear that the Cape Canaveral Space Shuttles launches, and the "first"
American space station being assembled by NASA', are just government
"cover" programs. Such programs have served to deflect the public from
becoming aware (before reading this) of the existence of a black-project
military space station, and of classified military craft which can go
well past orbit into deep space.
"Jesse" furnished me additional details about its operation. The space
station has been serviced by secret military spacecraft long before the
first American Space Shuttle flew in 1981.
In 1988 previous models of spacefaring military vehicles were
superseded by the "Nautilus", a spacecraft with a rounded delta shape built
jointly by special projects divisions of Europe's Airbus Industrie and
U.S.'s Boeing Corporation. Nautilus has a propulsion system which utilizes
magnetic pulsing. Nautilus-type craft make twice-weekly trips up into
space and back, to service the secret international space station. The
Nautilus is based in Utah. My informant would not identify the base, but
said that it was positioned within a mountain so stealthfully that you
could drive by and never know it was there. He also stated that the
principal headquarters of the U.S. Space Command has been relocated from
Cheyenne Mountain, Colorado
to this underground installation in Utah.

Look for further significant disclosures in the years ahead, as the
current U.S. Administration tries to disentangle itself from 50 years of
Cold War secrecy. And as it does so, those who have felt all alone with
their personal experience of contact by Visitors from the stars, (who
have been deeply involved in our society and its evolution), should feel
less isolated.

military Space Shuttle. "Matter of fact, it (military Shuttle) was
replaced in '85 with Aurora up to '92", thus indicating that the
oft-rumored Aurora hyperfast aerospace vehicle not only was operational since
1985. But it is already obsolete. Jesse says that its successor "followed
on with DarkStar's retro-fit."
This, according to the late USAF Colonel Steve Wilson, is the Lockheed
X-22A
DarkStar, a two-man discoid craft, which uses antigravity
technology on a airframe perfected on Lockheed's "cover" program, a
conventional unmanned reconnaissance drone, the X-22, also called DarkStar.
Jesse tantalizes with a hint about the antigravity DarkStar's having
becoming obsolete by "another [craft] in 2001", yet another exotic space
vehicle. Jesse added, "The [Cape Canaveral] Shuttle stuff you see is
for Hollywood to direct."
2. And the apparent coincidence of Arthur C. Clarke writing in "2001"
about a Monolith discovered by astronauts turns out not really to be a
coincidence at all. Jesse revealed that Clarke has been in the employ of
the Central Intelligence Agency, and thus could well have heard about
the non-fiction Monolith even before its retrieval.
3. "It depends on the vacuum expectation value to go particle ground
state, and with this you time travel on a wave." Jesse says that Dr. Wolf
was at the RAND Corporation at one point in his career, and developed
an 18-foot-wide torus-shaped antigravity field, using counter-rotating
magnets. Wolf was quite familiar with the government gravity-control
formulae, being involved in UFO research as a member of NSC's MJ-12 [UFO
information control] subcommittee.

Report on Sept. 29, 2005 Formal Hearing and Indictment of the Cabal on
Violations of Universal Laws

What you are about to read concerns an event which took place on
Thursday, September 29, (2005), one of the most historic dates in modern
human history. While previously much of the detail of this event had to be
kept confidential to prevent sabotage by a shadowy global power cartel,
the Cabal, now the entire story can be revealed.
In August, 2005 I sent out a bulletin entitled Star Visitors' Plan to
hold the Cabal accountable for violations of Universal Laws . In that
message I reported how the Star Nations have long been monitoring Earth,
and have watched with concern when global threats arose to such
proportions as to threaten human survivability as a free species. That report
recounted how the Star Nations conducted a previous Formal Hearing in
1937, to deal with the then-threat of the Cabal in its
Nazi-Stalinist-Fascist incarnation, but that the Cabal objected successfully that there
was no representation from Earth on the High Council of the Star
Nations, and so thus cosmic law did not allow the Star Nations to intervene
under those circumstance.
That report also told of how the Star Nations have not lost sight of
the grave danger the Cabal represent to the survivability of the human
race. The Star Nations have also been tracking the growing numbers of
monstrous abuses of Earth and human rights by the Cabal. And so, the Star
Nations have determined that it is time for a
new Hearing.
That new Formal Hearing on Reported Cabal Violations of Universal Laws
took place on Thursday, Sept. 29, 2005.
This time the outcome was different.
This time Earth was represented on the Star Nations High Council by a
Councillor of Earth.
This time an updated report of Cabal violations was presented by a Star
Visitor Watcher, at a Hearing at which the Councillor of Earth, a
Witness for Earth, and a Witness for the Star Nations also participated.
Members of the High Council of the Star Nations were also in attendance,
not visible on this dimension, but their energy signatures were readily
detectible.
The charges which the Watcher presented against the Cabal included
their multiple serious and heinous violations of the 11 (cosmic) Universal
Laws, as well as human laws and the United Nations' Universal
Declaration of Human Rights. (See the 11 Universal Laws on: [link] ) The Watcher
brought up
various instances of Cabal violations of the Universal Law
of Free Will, particularly citing the case of former mind-control slave,
Wendi Powers.
The Councillor of Earth presented Cabal violations of the following
Universal Laws: Law of Free Will (citing the hundreds of victims of
intimidation and coercion he has interviewed), Law of Change (citing Cabal
obstruction of Earth's progress), Law of Movement and Balance (citing the
emotional, mental and spiritual imbalances caused by Cabal torture and
information suppression), Law of Innocence, Truth and Family (citing
especially the wholesale Cabal sexual and psychological abuse of children
to turn them into mind-control sex and psychic slaves and intelligence
couriers, and the wholesale Cabal disinformation campaigns), Law of
Life (citing Cabal murders and harvesting the life energies of ritual
victims), and the Law of Love (citing wholesale perversions and MILABS
gang-rapes of kidnapped civilian victims during faked alien abductions ).
The Witness for Earth concurred that the charges against the Cabal were
consistent with her information and experience. The Witness for the
Star Nations also concurred, and added his observation about how the Earth
being (Mother Earth) has suffered environmentally at Cabal hands.
In the interest of the kind of transparency which the dawning Fifth
World society shall be known by, the identities of the Hearing
participants are hereby revealed, as agreed to by the parties involved.
The Watcher is Byrd, a Star Visitor consciousness who has co-incarnated
into the body-mind space of Wendi Powers, and takes turns being the
forefront personality/speaker. Byrd also provides communication link to
his adoptive race, the Zeta, who thus at times utilize the Wendi vehicle
to speak on their own. Byrd's Mentor, a Reptoid Star Visitor, also on
occasion uses Wendi's body to communicate through. Ms. Powers is a Star
Seed human computer technician residing in Nashville, TN.

The Earth representative to the High Council of the Star Nations, the
Councillor of Earth, in a previous incarnation was a Star Visitor and
member of the High Council. But, in view of Earth's devolving plight, he
chose to incarnate this time as a human (a Star Seed human) in order to
be fully of Earth, and in order to authentically provide representation
for Earth on the High Council. He was reappointed to High Council, this

At the conclusion of the Formal Hearing, the Councillor of Earth
requested of Star Nations an expedited decision, in view of the desperate
situation on Earth. It did not take long for High Council to render a
verdict. Within a few minutes the Zeta reported that High Council had
accepted all the charges. The Cabal stood convicted of multiple counts of
violations of Universal Laws.
Following the Hearing the Cabal tried to present some flimsy Objections
to the High Council. The Councillor of Earth was designated to respond
to them. He dealt with these hypocritical Objections in a lengthy legal
brief presented to High Council, who on Oct. 1, 2005 promptly dismissed
the Objections as without merit, and ordered their Decision unsuspended
and carried out.
What is the practical consequence of this Cabal conviction?
The Star Nations made a declaration, after the 9/29/05 Formal Hearing
on Cabal Violations of Universal Laws, and High Council Findings that
the Cabal are guilty as charged: that the Star Nations will thereafter
affirmatively discriminate against Cabal types, deny future contact with
them, and deny them any future access to information that is shared
with humans.
In view of the Star Nations' decision, one could anticipate that any
contacts with U.S. military or government officials will be limited to
officials not members of the Cabal. The same limitation will apply to
contacts with any Earth government in any location. In fact, the Zeta have
been tasked to determine, and put into place, safeguards so that Star
Nations information given to the Good-Guys/Gals humans does not fall
into the hands of the Cabal by theft, deception, or coercion. This is not
easy, given current Cabal penetration of the halls of power, and will
take time to make fully effective.
The result of this
laudable discrimination will be that over time, the
Good Guys/Gals will forge ahead in progress using the information,
advice and consultations of the Star Visitors, and the Cabal will fall more
and more behind, as they are kept out of the loop. This will lead
increasingly to Cabal disempowerment.
In addition, the Star Nations are going to engage in a campaign of
strategically "outting" Cabal members to the Good Guys/Gals in official
positions, so that the veneer of "fellow government official or
military/intelligence officer" is stripped away from these Cabalistas, and the
Good Guys/Gals can know who they are really dealing with.
The Zeta have now, for example, begun a new practice of presenting
their reports noting the negative deeds and energy signatures (of the
Cabal) in contrast to the positive deeds and energy signatures of regular
humans: sort of Black Hats versus White Hats reports (to borrow an old
cowboy-movies metaphor.)
It is my view that the result of the Star Visitors being now legally
able to deal with the Cabal with proper discrimination is that this will
result in the gradual and accelerating dismantling of the Cabal's
empire. It is my expectation that signs of Cabal devolution should become
apparent within the next two years, if not sooner.
What will Earth be like after the Cabal are gone? There will be no more
obstacle to our task of ushering in the long-prophecied Fifth World, a
cosmic, just, non-materialistic, peaceable, extended-family society.
Such a Fifth World will incorporate the soon-to-be-liberated benefits of
such elements as clean non-petroleum energy, psychotronic healing
machines, ZPE-powered hydroponic food-growing machines, gravity-shielded
superfast airliners and sea freighters, and the immense store of
spiritual, metaphysical and scientific knowledge that the Star Visitors wish
to
have publicly shared with the people of Earth.
But the Zeta also point out that the Cabal will not go down without a
fight, and that, following this legal conviction, will accelerate their
actions in a desperate attempt to consolidate power and neutralize
perceived adversaries. Prudent humans will need to be mindful of such a
climate of desperation, and circumvent situations of danger.
As one Star Visitor put it: The war has begun.

Star Nations Agree To Limited Intervention To Advocate For Peace,
Global Unity, and Governmental Announcement of Star Visitors Presence
There are huge developments upcoming, with history-changing
implications for Earth!
I have been in communication with a Councillor who is serving as
interlocutor between the Star Nations and Earth's representative. This
dialogue concerned the need for Star Nations assistance in three arenas:
1) getting the nations of Earth to absolutely renounce war as an
instrument;
2) replacing the current situation of the U.S. as de-facto Policeman of
the World with all nations agreeing on the United Nations as the arena
in which to settle international disputes, and for the UN to resume its
role as arbiter and enforcer of justice worldwide; and,
3) encouraging the leadership of all countries to release into the
public domain all information about Star Nations communications and
interactions.
To get to the good news : the Star Nations report that these three
"items are at this time approved for action of intervention."
Further, the Star Nations state that: "As it stands, all intervention
conducted as requested will result in changes towards these objectives
presented."
I further urged a one-year time-frame for these processes to move to
fruition.
The Councillor observed that "There can be no guarantee of results, nor
of the time-frame when results will manifest as described and desired.
These things are not simple. The creation of the current situation was
not 'done overnight', as is said here. And it will not be a simple task
to set all things right. Still, it is understood by the High Councl
that time is essential to these items."
He indicated that preliminary Star Nations activity on these fronts has
already begun.
Previous communication has made it clear that the Star Nations
can only
use contact and reasonable persuasion, and cannot "take over"
decision-making for Earth governments.
Previously the Star Nations had not intervened even for these very
worthy causes. Their general position is to allow developing young cultures
like Earth to seek their own directions. Also, there were divergent
views within their High Council as to whether humanity was "too far gone"
to be salvageable. And the High Council did not have from its Earth
Watchers' reports a clear-enough overall picture of how greatly the
Cabal** limited human understanding and potential.
I conveyed to the Star Nations High Council, through the Councillor,
four basic arguments that the Star Nations found compelling, and which
moved their High Council to vote to adopt a strategy of helping and
influencing these three more positive Earth developments.
Those Four Arguments are reproduced below. Also below is the basic
Ethical
Justification I used to outline how and why it is ethical for Star
Nations to intervene, given Earth's current special circumstances.
The Four Arguments were:
First, no matter when Star Nations get around to formal public
manifestation of presence on Earth, it will be "disruptive", and will be
misinterpreted and mis-propagandized by the Cabal as some version of their
"alien invasion" theme, with the sub-variant, as you noted, that "them
evil aliens" have taken over the minds and wills (if not the desks) of
"those politicians in Washington", (London, Berlin, Paris, Beijing,
Delhi, Cairo, etc.)
Delay does not mitigate this problem. It only grows larger each day
because the Cabal grows larger each day.
"Alien infiltration" would only work as a Cabal propaganda tactic if
politicians of good will (some, Star Seeds) fail to come out and state
that they have studied the matter carefully, had to struggle with doubts
and uncertainties, and have satisfied themselves that the Visitors are
of good intention. But they will do so. There are good people in public
office who are not going to roll over and play dead while the Cabal
tries to foist some "Independence Day" story on the public. And the
White-Hat political office-holders will speak with such sufficiently humble
honesty as to authenticate what they have to say. Cabal propaganda is
not omnipotent.
Second, the analysis of [Councillor's, (omitted)] does not address the
enormous suffering, physical, mental and metaphysical, which is endured
by humans of good will each day for years on account of Cabal
oppression and information-suppression: attacks, defamation, reviling,
character-assassination, economic privation (e.g., lost jobs, promotions,
ruinous lawsuits), loss of family consortium (spousal estrangement,
alienation from other family unaccepting of UFO truth), and on a more
societal
level, the anomie, adrift condition, and lost sense of higher purpose
that comes from Cabal reviling of any mention of cosmic connection, and
their drumbeat insistence that the materialistic world on Earth is all
that is "real" and worthy of attention.
Delay only plays into the hands of the Cabal, who use each month to
consolidate the position more solidly, brainwash more government, military
and intelligence personnel, and craft yet new weapons to deal with the
"alien problem".
Third , delay by the Star Nations only plays into the plans of the
Cabal to demoralize and eviscerate the spirit and momentum of lightworkers
and regular humans trying to hold on to hope that "any day now" Public
Disclosure will happen, and we can get on with building Fifth World
more apace in a cosmic-family context.
That Cabal playbook was revealed cruelly by its distorting a (5/9/01)
Washington press conference and the
testimony there by 20 government,
military and intelligence officials, witnessing before the news cameras
what they experienced about UFOs/Star Visitors during the course of
their official duties. The Cabal really sucked the wind out of the UFO
community when the Cabal demonstrated their power by making sure that this
event got virtually no coverage in mainstream print or broadcast media,
and the tiny trickle that was allowed to get out was generally
enveloped in sarcastic micro-"coverage". Thus did the Cabal demonstrate to the
UFO community that the Cabal are in charge and no one can make Public
Disclosure happen, no matter how potent the evidence.
The appropriate counter-weight to such cynical tactics is for Star
Nations to make sure that its presence here is manifested by events which
are crystal-clearly obvious to mass groupings of humans, (such numbers
as to be the social-communicative equivalent of a front-page
newspaper
story); and which include a Star Nations communication element with
humans which signals SN's peaceful intention.
Fourth , Star Seeds and Star Kids stand ready to stand up for the Star
Nations against any propaganda blitz the Cabal might try. There are
millions of experiencers who are willing to come "out of the closet", once
the Star Nations' "push" which I asked for happens, and speak up for
their beautiful, awesome, and uplifting encounter experiences, and that
they vouch that the Star Visitors come here well-intentioned.
Earth is overdue for the jump-start that will help level the playing
field, and let humans see the Cabal for the liars they are.
Is Disclosure now without any risks? No. But they are acceptable
proportionately. Will there be martyrs to that cause? Yes. And I am prepared
to be one of them, if necessary.
Is delay in public disclosure without risks? No. Those risks are
enormous,
certain, and on-going, as summarized above. But every day of delay
creates more martyrs -- and unnecessarily.
Let it not be said that Star Nations so underestimated humankind that
they felt the need to continue infantilizing us for many more years
ahead.
Let it not be said that Star Nations policy unnecessarily delayed the
advent of Fifth World on Earth.
I respectfully request that you carry these arguments before High
Council, to be weighed in the deliberations on my request(s).
Ethical Justification :
You, Councillor, speak of the current times on Earth as "unique",
Indeed they are. And thus, as you intimate, old standard High Council
policies about non-interference in political affairs of developing planetary
cultures are not going to be appropriate nor tailored to these unique
times, and will instead become part of the problem rather than part of
the solution.
One element of the "uniqueness" is that
Earth's geo-political affairs
are intimately entwined with the Earth population's denial-of-access to
vital clean information it needs to make informed social (and
social-morality) choices, because of Cabal interference, cover-ups, distortion,
distraction, and misdirection.
Anther element of that "uniqueness" is the active "outside" role the
Cabal plays in actively and persistently pursuing a policy-and-action
course of dialectical conflict-fostering, in order to keep peoples
off-balance, distracted, and seeing the situation as one group being pitted
against another for social, political, economic, religious, or personal
advantage or even survival.
Such tactics exhaust, and create an inflamed atmosphere, such that it
is very difficult for regular humans to make the moral social choices
they would otherwise be more normally capable of. The amount of turmoil
on Earth is not natural, and there is a reason for this
situation, just
summarized above.
Because of these immoral and "external" influences on Earth society,
dislocating it from its otherwise more reasonable and amicable course,
this artificial situation ethically justifies Star Nations insertion of
influence to readjust the situation to a more wholesome framework.
This is Step One of leveling the moral playing field to where humans
can be evaluated on their ethical choice-making in a non-highly-distorted
environment.
Measures which the Star Nations have already alluded to, such as
"outting", or influencing humans to "out", Cabal operatives as such are
helpful, but not enough. So embedded in power are the Cabal, and so
psychologically accustomed to powerlessness and inertia are regular humans,
that it will take substantial Star Nations' (and strategically-placed,
Star Nations-prompted light workers') push to jump-start the Earth society
transformation process.
This jump-starting is Step Two of leveling Earth's moral playing field.
Once the moral-ethical playing field is leveled, and humans have had an
opportunity to operate in such a neo-normal environment for a while,
only then can a fair assessment be made of whether human society is worth
further Star Nations' investment of attention and effort, or should
instead be consigned to quarantine and abandonment.
Those recalcitrant voices on High Council who speak about humanity not
being up to minimal standards have been making their assessment based
on the past and current highly-distorted and Cabal-manipulated societal
situation struggling to operate on a distinctly-tilted playing field.
Such is not a fair assessment.
What is needed is massive Star Nations intervention now!
Speaking for humanity, I say, "All we are saying is give Earth this
chance."

"Gary Lachman, a former member of Blondie and now frequent Fortean
Times contributor here takes a decidedly revisionist account of the
flower power sixties, and the occult notions that underlay it. He starts his
account with the French magazine Planete and the infamous Dawn of Magic
and Morning of the Magicians by Pauwels and Bergier, two
characters in
urgent need of a scholarly revisionist biography. This was one of the
most influential occult books of a generation, (I first read a library
copy back in 1963, and among other things it introduced me to the Books

enduring occult fancies, that of the ancient astronauts and of the occult

For Lachman, it is a third strain in that book that would be the most
influential in the sixties and beyond, that of the new race of mutants,
children of the new age living among us. Many of the beats, hippies and
trippies of the sixties saw themselves just as such mutants.
The occult roots of the sixties lay both in the world of fantasy
literature and in occult traditions such as Aleister Crowley. Lachman
shares little of the modern revisionist
portrayal of Crowley as a
misunderstood genius. His 'liberation' was a Nietzchian vision of the undiluted
power of the strong which was sadly not too uncommon in the age of
imperialism. Lachman suggests that Lovecraft saw something of the sixties
"mankind would have become as the Great Old Ones: free and wild and
beyond good and evil, with laws and morals thrown aside and all men shouting
and killing and reveling in joy...all the earth would flame with a
holocaust of ecstasy and freedom". One is tempted to think that Lovecraft
had a precognition of English football fans! In fact Lovecraft was
echoing the traditional High Tory fear of the Mob, especially in its 20th
century Bolshevik incarnation.
The essence of this 'liberation' was to abandon the restraints of
settled society and surrender to unmediated biological impulses. The image
of wilderness overwhelming habitat and structure is a common one of
this
period, see for example the oft quoted comments of Jerry Clark about
the contents of the unconscious overwhelming the rational world.
Lachman, I think, suggests that the sixties had to lead to the
violence of the Altamont Stones concert in which Hells Angels beat up
peaceful hippies, and to Charles Manson. Others will dispute this, but there
was always an element in the sixties of freedom from freedom itself.
There is much here of interest to students of that period, with a
detailed examination of the rise of the drugs scene and then influence of
Crowley and crew on the rock scene. Critics will argue that other
influences have been downplayed. For example antinomianism has a far longer
history than Crowley, and many of the occultists were very different
types. The role of Marxism has also been underplayed.
Perhaps all of these influences are surface ideologies riding on
something that Scot
Rogo called the planetary poltergeist. Now I don't
imply anything paranormal by that phrase, but rather the idea of the
bursting out of mass energies from mainly young people and others low on the
social hierarchy against the given world. In 1848, the year of the
Hydesville rappings, Marx and Engels proclaimed that the poltergeist of
communism was abroad in Europe, and there were those who saw Nazism as a
sort of poltergeist outbreak. The phrase certainly seems apt for the
sixties.
Now new poltergeists are stalking through the world, and it is
significant that in both Jerry Clark and Gary Lachman's visions of the dark
side of the sixties we see seem to see prophecies of our own age of
ethnic violence, religious fanaticism, and state collapse. The ultimate
vision of the sixties, the one that Jerry found so soul shattering is that
the dark forces which threaten us are not extraterrestrials, boggarts,
and
strange people from far away countries with strange sounding names
but ourselves. Everything you see on TV can happen here. The impulses
which lead young Muslim men from Tipton and Tower hamlets to join bin
Laden and his friends are the same as those which young Americans to join
the Weathermen. Apocalyptophilia is a disease that knows no frontiers."
