offer, to see how well maintained and attractive they are in.
Increase the value of your own home by "spiffing it up" now
before a neighbor puts their house up for sale and prospective buyers take
notice of the appearance of neighboring homes. If those homes are
attractive buyers many times offer the full asking price, making
yours worth more.
Curb Appeal is what gets people interested. Make
sure your house trim is not faded or peeling, the
mailbox isn't rusted or falling over, plant some pretty flowers,
make sure the grass is freshly cut grass. Put the kids
toys in the backyard and clean all sidewalk chalk marks.
