& Ken
Thank you to both Dana and Ken for being so patient with
me. They had provided me with the stuffs to update last summer, but some
real life issues made it impossible for me to get these updates done at
that time. Please show your support of their projects by enjoying these new
lots built especially for Sims Fanatics by Sims Fanatics!

These instructions assume your Sims is installed in
the default location. If it is not, please visit the SFC FAQs
to find out how to locate your Sims Installation folder.
Installation Instructions:
To install a Lot into your game, place the downloaded
house**.IFF file inside the ‘House’ folder located inside the ‘UserData’ folder that corresponds to the neighborhood
you want it in.
If your game is installed in the default location, you
will find your ‘UserData’ folders inside the main Sims folder here:
C:\Program Files\Maxis\The Sims
The
‘UserData’ folders are named according to each neighborhood they represent…
each having a number after its name, which indicates which neighborhood
lots it contains. The only ‘UserData’ folder that does NOT have a
number is the representative of neighborhood 1.
When
you place the new House**.IFF file inside the ‘House’ folder you will be asked if you want to
replace the current House**.IFF file. If you have properly backed up the
original in a safe place, then it is safe to say ‘yes’.
The
best place to install a new Lot is in an empty Lot.

Note:
Make

new one.
Un-Installation Instructions:
The quickest and easiest way to un-install any Lot is to use
the bulldozer during game play!
Kirkmeyer Manor is a good move up home for a family of
three or more.There's plenty of
room for fun things, and landscaping has to be done to suit your own
taste. This house resides in Lot 5.
It was all a dream. Just kitchens and bathrooms just like
when you buy a house in real life.
Now, it’sa
5 bedroom, 4 bath house, furnished with kitchen, and baths only.
Some areas of the house are very tight walking spaces. Dana and Ken
both strongly suggest getting the gnohman's
yellow flamingofor this lot.
This lovely duplex is a two family home, partially
furnished with Maxis made objects so that it requires NO shopping list.
Both sides of this multi family home features
identical but opposite floor plans with two bedrooms and two full baths.
This would be an ideal home to place 2 families of
four for twice the fun. You could even explore the possibilities of
incorporating Inge’s ingenious Apartment hacks designed especially for
the Sims 1.
