Why Sophia Nirvana?

Mommy loved the name Sophia which means WISDOM... just like the word sophisticated! Daddy was unsure about the name because he was reminded of Sophia on Golden Girls. Mommy tried to convince him that atleast she is the funniest character.

One day, Mommy came across an invoice at work for the purchase of a quilt called Sophia Nirvana Blue. She knew instantly that this would be my name.

One of Daddy's all time favorite bands was named Nirvana but that is not why he liked the name. Nirvana is a Buddhist term that means ENLIGHGTENMENT. It is the ultimate state in which one has attained wisdom and compassion. An ideal condition of rest, harmony, stability and joy.

I bring WISDOM and ENLIGHTENMENT to everybody!!!
