South Florida 24, #6 West Virginia 19:

The only loss coming into Saturday for West Virginia (10-2) this season was to Louisville because of costly turnovers. It looked like they would roll South Florida until a Pat White fumble was returned for a touchdown.

After that the turnover barrage was on and the Mountaineers were upset for the second time this season. It was the biggest win in the history of South Bulls football.

Trailing 24-12 in the fourth quarter Pat White threw a beautiful touchdown pass to get the Mountaineers to within 24-19. After that the South Florida defense held strong and didn’t allow West Virginia to threaten again. On the day the Mountaineers turned the ball over four times, coming in they had turned the ball over just twelve times all season.
