Psychedelic Mandarin
This is the other fish that I started the hobby for. Only reason it took me so long to get it, is because you have to have your tank well cycled, AND a copious supply of copepods and amphipods for it to eat. Yeah, they don't eat standard fish food. They are incredibly beautiful fish, truely hypnotizing to watch. Very methodic in movement, just hoping and scooting from place to place, looking for a meal.
Yellow Tang
I got this guy about a week around (week of 1/9/06), and he's been doin great in my tank. Very frisky, loves to swim and graze. He comes to the front of the tank, along with the basslet, when you get near. He also likes to swim with the clownfish. I'm not sure if they're sizing each other up, or just bein' friendly and swimming slowing around the tank. But in any case, a very nice fish.
Blue Hippo Tang
He's a real small guy, maybe an inch or so across, but he's still trying to fight his way around the tank. The clownfish and yellow tang like to try to team up on him. If he were smart he'd stay AWAY from the anemone, cause the clownfish don't like fish near his territory.
