Remember the days of overstuffed easy chairs with doilies on the arms? Aunt Bee's Blue Willow dishes? Evenings when the Taylor family would sit on the porch to mull over the day's events, or perhaps Andy would serenade them with his guitar?

Modeled after the Mayberry home of Andy, Opie, and Aunt Bee, we have faithfully recreated the house from the television show where people were friendly, furnishings were comfortable, and the living was easy and slow.

The Taylor Home Inn is a non-smoking facility. However, guests may smoke outside if they desire.

The Inn has a no-pets policy.
The owners have a small Miniature Schnauzer that is friendly and well-behaved, and she stays in the private quarters when guests are present, unless they request her company. However, those with allergies need to be aware of her presence and bring any medications necessary to alleviate any allergy problems.
