To retouch, open the image in Microsoft Picture it! 2002 or later version, go to Retouch, select Colorize, set the color indexes to: Hue: 0, Saturation: 72, and Brightness: 50, (or Hue: 0, Saturation: 17, and Brightness: 100) and then color over the light to take out the greenish tones like I did in these edits.
