Promoting product knowledge and services offered to staff and customers. Exercising loss prevention policies/procedures and ensure that staff do the same. Upholding all company policies, procedures and programs. Performing other duties as communicated. AND YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING QUALIFICATIONS : A love of books and a passion for retail (customer service). Previous managerial experience an asset Experience coordinating and executing accurate and effective visual merchandising Excellent profitability record and budget management. Exceptional analytical, interpersonal, decision making and organizational skills. Results oriented leader and motivator; a team player with strong communication skills.
