Developing individual actions plans for supervisors. Assisting supervisors in developing performance improvement programs for under achievers. Conducting supervisor performance assessments and provide regular feedback. Managing costs in line with budget expectations. Monitoring and taking corrective action to ensure that key performance targets at met. Participating in DC management team strategy development and continuous improvement efforts AND YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING QUALIFICATIONS: 5 years or more distribution centre or warehousing experience Demonstrated strong leadership skills and line management experience. Excellent interpersonal, conflict resolution, and communication skills. Strong organizational and time management skills Good communication skills (verbal and written). Knowledge of warehouse distribution methods. Competent computer skills (including spreadsheet and word processing applications). Experience with Logistics Pro or SAP systems desirable. CITT, Plog, Engineering or equivalent.
