The simplistic way it was written enlightened , I'm sure many people as too the horrors some children face everyday of there lives . Hopefully next time when someone see's a child that is hungry , or in tattered clothes ... looking malnurished , they might lend a hand .. if only offering some food , a hug ,a way out, for that child . We can only hope , books like these however painful to read , will educate people . Open there hearts , and teach us to not just look away , but to address this social sickness . I had heard about it from a friend and how much she loved it so I thought that I would try it out for myself.
