The water class is broken up into two separate parts: * Theory Class (this online course).
* Practical Walkthrough (taken with your B.E.S.T. Technician following ceritfication
from Theory Class).
Once both parts of the class have been completed you will be fully trained and able to
monitor and troubleshoot your clinic's RO system.
An annual refresher course is also required as part of the continuing education courses
mandated by RAI. That course will also be available online.
