Welcome everybody to the very first edition of WMW Thursday Thrash! The WMW has not had a weekly show for over a year, and we finally have one again! This show is the same as the previous Tuesday Terror, only on a different day, and subsequently a different name. We also now have 12 matches, instead of the previous 8! Twelve matches should be enough for a great show, and the matches for them should be great to! First up, we have four matches announced by Electric Oreo, a long time “employee” of WMW! His style has received much praise from before, and is still great today! Next, we have another four matches, announced by none other than the CEO of Monster Island! He not only has done a great job on the Island, but has also done a great job announcing at MCW, and is now working here. Lastly we have another four matches, announced by, well, me! Being the original and head announcer, I get my usual title matches to announce, except I did give the Japan title match to the CEO, so that I can have a non-title match to. As a whole, we have a great show for you tonight! I hope you enjoy! So now, Electric Oreo, if you will…

Starter Match

   VS   
Robo-Yeti               Nozzug

Nozzug manages to direct what is left of his mouth towards Robo Yeti and shoots a blast of flame the robotic gorilla, sending Robo Yeti sprawling to the ground. Nozzug takes off into the air and begins pelting Robo Yeti with blast after blast of flame. Robo Yeti takes his arms, and pulls his electrical cables, still attached to Nozzug down hard. The tug drags Nozzug down and the stone sphynx crashes into the ground below, shattering one of his legs. Before Nozzug can get up, Robo Yeti tugs at the cables again, forcing Nozzug to lie on his back. Seeing his opportunity, Robo Yeti fires a salvo of missles at Nozzug and shatter the entire lower half of his body. Robo Yeti goes in for the pin.

Basic Match #2

   VS   
GTS Godzilla               Megalon

Godzilla and Megalon fire off their beams at each other, trying to get the other off balance. Godzilla's thermonuclear breath and Megalon's napalm ball collide in mid-air, tossing each monster backwards. As Megalon gets up, he leaps towards Godzilla, drill claws revving up. Godzilla sees it in time and manages to dig himself into a hole just as Megalon comes down with his drills, getting them stuck in the ground. As he pulls them out. Godzilla leaps out of the ground and fires a thermonclear breath at Megalon. Megalon rears back in pain, and fires a lightning bolt at Godzilla. Godzilla roars in pain and tries to run, But Megalon's bolts follow him continuosuly. Finally he runs behind a building and the lightning stops. Godzilla waits behind the skyscraper and waits tentatively. He feels a stab of pain in his back and looks downwards...and seems Megalon's drill coming out of his gut, impaling him! Before the drill exits through the entrance wound, Godzilla his head down and rips the drill out of himself with his jaws. Blood spurts out of the stump ans Megalon jumps through the building, leaping on Godzilla's back and pins him. 1..2... and Godzilla kicks out. Megalon grabs Godzilla by the head and begins to pic him up, but Godzilla uses the force of Megalon pulling him up to actually flip himself over Megalon. Still holding onto the drill with his claws, Godzilla spins and whips Megalon with his tail. As Megalon tries to block with his good arm, Godzilla hurls the drill at Megalon, and manages to crack the horn off of the beatle kaiju. Megalon bends over in an attempt to ease the pain. Godzilla sees his opportunity and head butts Megalon. Before Megalon can even hit the ground. Godizlla fires a thermonuclear breath at Megalon, frying him; he pins him 1...2...3

WMW Cartoon Tag-Team Title Match

   VS   
Crackler and Dragma               Komodothrax and GTS Nessie

Komodothrax and Nessie stand side to side against Crackler on the ground and DRAGMA in the air. Crackler fires off an electrical bolt at the pair and Komodothrax and Nessie spread out and the blast impacts harlmessly on the concrete. Crackler chases after Nessie and DRAGMA dives down for Komodothrax. Komodothrax shoots a blast of thermonuclear breath at DRAGMA, only to have it spread off on his indestructible skin. DRAGMA slams into her and begins to rip into her neck. Komodothrax manages to push him away and tackles him into a skyscraper. Meanwhile, Crackler has finally cornered Nessie and begins shocking her into submission. She scuttles off through the streets before she can be knocked out by the voltage. As Crackler follows, he sees Nessie waiting in the ocean, just waiting for him. The electric dream monster moves in cautiously, and realizes all too late that Nessie hid her tail in the sand. It rises up and knocks Crackler into the ocean. The electricity which made up his body, gets dissipated throughout the salt water, actually killing him! She swims back onto land, and finds Komodothrax being mercilessly pummelled by DRAGMA. Komodothrax tries to bite down on DRAGMA's neck, but only ends up eating neck-frill, leaving herself open for DRAGMA to open up her leg with his nose horn. Komodothrax goes down hard and DRAGMA pins her 1...2.. before the tree count, Nessie bites onto DRAGMA's tail and drags him off of her parnter, and tail whips him into a bulding. Komodothrax, summonig her last strenghth, runs forward and tackels DRAGMA to the ground. Nessie comes up behind and puts all her weight down on DRAGMA, making it impossible for him to move. 1..2...3

WMW Cartoon World Title Match

   VS   
Cyberfly Swarm               Quetzaquatol

The Cyber Fly swarm moves over to Quetzaquatol and the individual dornes take up position around her. Quetzaquatol takes to the air and tries to get out of the killing box of the Flys. 5 move into intercept but she rids herself of them with one move of her beak. Half the swarm breaks off and attacks while the other half try to out flank the giant napalm shooting bird. Quetzaquatol suddenly folds her wings in and plummets downards. The flys following her dive with her, while the others manage to latch themselves on her feathers. She tries to shake them, but the keeps steadily advancing up to the less thick portions of her skin. She extends her wings, and the friction pushes her up. The pursuing flies don't have time to swerve away as Quetzaquatol's wings smash them into oblivion. The flies remaining on her finally find a sweet spot and begin injecting tranquilizer fluid in to her. The Cyber Fly Swarm moves away and try to let their tranquilizers do the work for them. Quetzaquatol begins to loose cotrol of her flight and crashes into a skyscraper. Regaining her sense, she climbs up to the top of the building, both wings pointed downward. Drowsy and disoriented, she tries to find the rest of the Swarm. She gets her answer the entire swarm make a flying wedge behind her and drive themselves right into the small of her back. Unable to properly orient herself, Quetzaquatol just falls from the ground, and slams into the ground, making a tremendous crater in the ground. The Cyber Fly swarm breaks take up a new formation and pin Quetzaquatol. 1...2...3

Basic Match #3

   VS   
Destoroyah                    Irys

Like a dark harbinger of death, the ghostly form of Irys floated over Fight Island, gently landing without a sound. The mysterious and ghostlike creature silently surveyed its surroundings, making note of its location. Irys knew what was about to take place here, he new what his purpose was here. He was to fight. He did not know what his opponent would be, but he was quite certain of one thing. He was going to win.

Suddenly, Irys was interrupted from his thoughts. The towering skyscraper before him exploded, raining huge chunks of concrete and steel across the arena. A horrendous, grating scream was heard, signaling the arrival of Irys’ foe. Destroyah leapt from the remains of the skyscraper, and the battle was on.

Irys and Destroyah collided, the two gargantuan beasts toppling to the ground. Destroyah landed atop Irys, and immediately began his assault. The oxygen-destroying beast raked his claws across the face of Irys, creating deep wounds that leaked crimson fluid. Irys trumpeted his battle cry, and immediately, several of his snake-like tentacles whipped into the air. The tentacles battered Destroyah, and with a surge of strength, knocked him off of Irys. Destroyah was sent hurtling into a large building, bringing the edifice crumbling to the ground. Irys stood. It was his turn to attack.

With a scream, Irys whipped his tentacles into the air. The tip of each tentacle glowed for a second, and moments later, a bright, yellow, sonic beam shot forth from the tip of each one. The sonic beams cut into Destroyah’s prone form, slicing through layers of the beast’s armored body. Green blood exploded from the wounds, bringing a satisfying howl of pain from Destroyah. Irys cut off the attack and moved forward, preparing for close combat. Destroyah leapt to his feet and charged towards Irys, snarling like a rabid animal. The two creatures met, and immediately engaged in close-quarters fighting. Destroyah repeatedly sunk his fists into the stomach of Irys, who in turn retaliated by slashing Destroyah across the chest with his spear-like arms. Suddenly, Destroyah’s nasal horn began to glow with an eerie light. A gigantic energy blade erupted forth, and Destroyah brought the weapon down upon one of Irys’ tentacles. The beam cut straight through the appendage, the tentacle flopping lifelessly to the ground below. Irys screamed in agony as the stump of his tentacle sprayed blood in all directions, as Destroyah roared in victory. However, Irys’ pain quickly turned to rage. One of Irys’ remaining tentacles flailed out, and a split-second later, a sonic beam shot forth. The beam lashed out and connected with Destroyah’s wrist. Destroyah screamed as his hand was separated from his body. He looked down at the sizzling, bloody stump with a look of contempt. Destroyah looked over at Irys. This fight would end now.

Destroyah screamed and charged towards Irys, his oxygen-destroying ray firing everywhere. Irys gracefully avoided Destroyah’s beams, its body twisting and turning with ease. However, Destroyah would not be denied his victory. Destroyah leapt into the air, its horn glowing once more. A second later, the laser-cutter did its work. The head of Irys fell to the ground, as well as the body several seconds later. Destroyah gave a heinous roar, and flew off.

Monster Island CEO: Well, that was exhilarating! I suppose that Destoroyah is the winner of that match! Now, let us move right along, shall we? I now present to you the next basic match, a top-notch fight! I present to you, Gamera vs. King Ghidorah!

Basic Match #4

   VS
Gamera               Ghidorah

Gamera blasted overhead, spinning around at a furious head. Below him, his opponent, the infamous King Ghidorah, was waiting, growing more impatient by the second. Moments later, Ghidorah could not stand the suspense. With a flash, an anti-gravity beam erupted from King Ghidorah’s central head.

The beam struck Gamera dead-on. The titanic turtle gave a scream of pain and began to fall to the ground below. The Guardian Of The Universe slammed to the ground, punching a deep crater in the earth, shaking the foundations of every building on Fight Island. King Ghidorah stood his ground, and moved in to attack.

King Ghidorah immediately began his assault, blasting Gamera with his gravity rays. Gamera screamed in agony as the beams raced over his being, searing and burning his flesh. Desperate, Gamera waded forth, through the barrage of energy beams, struggling against Ghidorah’s might. Ghidorah continued his work, ravishing Gamera’s body with his beams, but the turtle proved too strong. With a surge of strength, Gamera grasped the central head of King Ghidorah, and began to squeeze. Foam frothed from the head’s mouth as Gamera strangled it, squeezing and pulling with all his might. However, before Gamera could rip the head from its body, the other two heads attacked. The left and right heads of Ghidorah shot forth, fangs bared, desperate to save itself. The two heads bit down on either side of Gamera’s neck, causing the turtle to give a scream of pain. Gamera released his grip on the central head and grabbed the two biting heads. With a yank, Gamera ripped them off, straining to hold them back. Before the central head could attack, Gamera blasted it with a plasma fireball. The head snapped back, stunned by the point-blank fireball attack. Gamera then smashed the two heads he was holding together, and they dropped like flies, unconscious. To deliver the coup de grace, Gamera grasped Ghidorah’s central head once more. With every ounce of strength in his being, Gamera ripped the head from its body. Golden blood sprayed everywhere, and Gamera celebrated by giving a resounding battle cry.

Monster Island CEO: And The Guardian Of The Universe prevails! Gamera is the victor of that match, defeating one of Gojira’s greatest enemies of all time, the infamous King Ghidorah! But now…you are about to witness a bout that will put that match to shame. A battle that will make all others look like child’s play. A battle that will be felt across the world. Ladies and gentlemen, boys and girls, I present to you a battle of the titans. A battle for the Japan Belt. Gojira…versus…Bagan!

WMW Japanese Title Match

Gojira               Bagan

Gojira waded ashore onto Fight Island, advancing into the city. His footfalls shook the earth, crushing the brittle asphalt beneath him. The leviathan shook the island with a resonating battle cry, shaking the very foundations of the structures of the city. Gojira stepped forth, eyeing his surroundings. Suddenly, Gojira heard a roar, a roar just every bit as powerful as his. He looked forth, and saw his enemy.

Bagan stood a distance away from Gojira. Gojira looked in awe at the sheer physical appearance of this awesome beast. Intertwining ropes of rippling muscle flexed under a suit of bony, plated armor. Three horns adorned the super-beast’s head. It’s dark, unfeeling eyes sent chills running down Gojira’s spine. The creature took a step towards Gojira, sending cracks racing through the streets of the city, reaching the feet of Gojira. As if unsatisfied by this impressive show of strength, Bagan performed another mighty action. Muscles bulging, Bagan swung his massive arm, striking the skyscraper next to him. The edifice creaked and groaned, and fell to the ground below, shattering on impact and kicking up a huge plume of smoke. Bagan merely looked over at Gojira, eager to see his reaction. Gojira gave none. He was tired of this show of strength. He was eager to get this battle on. Gojira roared defiantly at Bagan. He did not expect Bagan to let loose with a super-heated blast of pure energy.

The blast struck Gojira square in the chest, sending waves of pain throughout his body. Gojira was thrown back into the structure behind him, crushing it to rubble. Gojira was helpless as he saw the powerful, massive form of Bagan charging towards him. With a maniacal scream, Bagan lashed out with his fist, smashing Gojira in the face and sending him sinking even deeper into the rubble. Gojira roared, but the scream was abruptly cut off as Bagan thrust his hand at Gojira’s throat, his fingers wrapping around his neck. Single-handedly, Bagan lifted Gojira into the air, his muscles flexing. Gojira grasped Bagan’s wrist and squeezed, desperately trying to free himself from the death-grip. Bagan emitted an ear-crushing roar right before Gojira’s face, and with a swift move, tossed the monster king away like a rag-doll, landing in another building.

Bagan stomped over towards Gojira, who was on his hands and knees. With a look of malice, Bagan gave Gojira a swift and powerful kick in the side, cracking several ribs. Gojira screamed and fell to his stomach, his limbs sprawled across the ground. Bagan snorted with disgust. This pathetic creature could not possibly be the King of The Monsters. Bagan watched as Gojira slowly got to his feet, each move causing the pain to worsen. Gojira strained against the pain, forcing himself to stand, despite the fiery pain that raced through him. Bagan felt a smile creep across his face. Maybe this creature wasn’t such a weakling after all. With a roar, Bagan opened his maw and released another white-hot blast of energy.

Gojira furiously countered the attack this time, firing his atomic blast. The two rays collided in mid-air, and the two monsters strained to keep their blasts going. Filled with anger and determination, Gojira intensified his beam, edging Bagan’s away. Bagan, panicked, tried to power his beam, but it could not stand up to the strength of Gojira. With a surge of power, Gojira overpowered Bagan, sending his atomic beam slamming into his face.

Bagan was sent flying back, stunned by the sudden second-wind that Gojira was experiencing. Bagan stood as Gojira charged towards him, muscles tensed. With a roar, Gojira slammed his fists into Bagan’s face. Much to his surprise, however, Bagan merely shrugged off the blows, as if he hadn’t felt them. Bagan returned the favor, sending his fist into the side of Gojira’s head. Although momentarily stunned and hurt, Gojira persevered, repeatedly sinking his fists into Bagan’s abdomen. Bagan howled, and then revealed a new attack. The three horns adorning Bagan’s head began to crackle with an eerie energy, and a second later, a powerful blast of electricity surged forth from Bagan’s nasal horn. Gojira roared in newfound pain as the energy raced over his being, shocking him with powerful volts of electricity. Fighting the electrical power, Gojira charged up his own beam, and a second later, blasted Bagan at point-blank range. Bagan abruptly cut off the electric attack as Gojira’s heat beam crashed into his chest. Bagan was shoved several meters back but the force of the beam, but he still held strong against Gojira’s onslaught. Bagan stomped forth and lashed out at Gojira with his powerful arm, but to his surprised, Gojira caught the blow with his fist. Straining with all his might against Bagan, Gojira summoned his power and detonated his nuclear pulse. The orange energy ball engulfed the two monsters, charring the ground beneath their feet. Gojira stepped back, anxious to see what damage he had done to Bagan.

Although smoking, Bagan was unharmed by the attack. Gojira felt his hopes sink as Bagan charged forth with new rage. Before Bagan could attack, Gojira whipped around and slammed his massive tail into Bagan’s face, bringing a grunt of annoyance. With a roar, Bagan viciously punched Gojira in the stomach, causing the monster king to double over in pain. Bagan kicked the prone form of Godzilla, sending the monster into a nearby building. Gojira released a blast of atomic energy as Bagan neared, but the super-beast sidestepped the blast. Bagan thrust his hand at Gojira, grabbing him once more by the neck and slamming his free hand into his stomach. Gojira felt blood beginning to trickle from his mouth as Bagan continuously pummeled him in his stomach, threatening to crush his internal organs. Finally, Gojira reacted, bringing his knees up to his chest and lashing out with both legs, powerfully kicking Bagan in the chest. Bagan, winded, was flung back, dropping Gojira to the ground. Gojira stood, and advanced upon his fallen foe.

Bagan got to his knees, preparing to stand, but before he could, Gojira shoved him down to the ground. Bagan tried to stand again, only to have Gojira shove him to the ground once more. Bagan roared and turned to face Gojira, and was greeted by a stunning blow to the head. Gojira turned and snapped off a huge chunk of a nearby building, and held it above his head. With a roar, Gojira slammed the building piece down upon Bagan’s head. The monster fell to the ground, striking its head against the asphalt, cracking it. Gojira grabbed hold of Bagan’s central horn and pulled with all his might, yanking the appendage off. Bagan squealed as blood spurted from the wound, splashing across the ground. Gojira tossed the horn aside, staring down at the helpless form of Bagan.

Bagan looked up at the towering form of Gojira. He had been ashamed, he had been humiliated. Gojira had truly beaten him. Gojira was the true King of The Monsters. Bagan got to his knees, begging for mercy from the monster king. He would get none. Gojira’s dorsal spines glowed, illuminating the sky. Bagan managed a final roar as he was incinerated in a blast of orange death.

The ravished form of Gojira stood in the center of the battlefield. Fight Island had been all but trashed in the fight. Gojira trumpeted a victory cry, signaling to all that he was the true King of The Monsters.

Monster Island CEO:THAT was one heck of a match! Truly one that will be remembered for generations here at the WMW! Wow, that was just absolutely bone-breaking. Gojira triumphed, JUST barely!

The next match is a four-way brawl to determine the first holder of a brand-new belt in the WMW. It is the new “Monster Island Belt”, a little belt that I created! The belt can only be fought for at Monster Island itself. Oh, and for those of you out there who are wondering just exactly how we managed to transport Gojira and Gamera all the way from Fight Island to Monster Island in just a few seconds, I’ll tell you how. He have really fast boats.

Monster Island Title Match

Monster Island CEO: Well, the monsters are now at Monster Island. And it looks like they’re quite ready to fight! So, let’s get on with the show!

The four monsters stood in the center of Monster Island. Waving palm trees, towering mountains, and sandy beaches surrounded them. The monsters stared at one another, waiting for someone to make the first move. Anguirus snorted uneasily, scraping the ground with his paw. Gojira eyed the other three, standing stock-still, yet extremely calm. Gamera tensed his muscles, anxious for combat. Legion stood motionless, unfeeling, like the giant insect that he was.

Finally, Anguirus could not take it any longer. With a roar, the quadruped flung himself at Gamera, catching the turtle off-guard and sending them both crashing to the ground below. As Anguirus began to hack and slash at Gamera, Gojira turned and trumpeted his battle cry at Legion. The giant insect returned the cry and sent Gojira flying back fifty feet with a fully-powered horn blast. Gojira slammed to the ground, carving deep grooves in the earth with his jagged dorsal spines. Legion charged over to the prone form of Gojira and stabbed at him with his spiny legs, cutting and wounding the monster king. Gojira, unwilling to take this sort of punishment, charged up his atomic blast. A split-second later, Legion was struck in the face with a powerful, orange nuclear beam.

Meanwhile, Anguirus and Gamera were deadlocked in combat. Although smaller and weaker than his foe, Anguirus refused to back down from Gamera. He snarled once more and clamped down onto Gamera’s arm, sinking his fangs into the turtle’s flesh. Gamera roared and swung his arm about, an attempt to rid himself of Anguirus. It didn’t work. Anguirus refused to let go, sinking his fangs in even deeper whenever Gamera swung his arm. Finally, Gamera could not take it any longer. Gamera slammed his fist into Anguirus’ face, causing the pit-bull like monster to finally release its grip.

Legion was retreating by the second, unable to stand up to the raw power of The King Of The Monsters. Gojira advanced relentlessly upon Legion, causing the insect-like creature to nearly lose its balance. Legion fired his horn ray in desperation, but Gojira merely turned to the side, causing the beam to impact harmlessly into the side of a distant mountain. Gojira gave a vicious roar and blasted Legion with his orange beam, bringing a high-pitched squeal of pain from the beast. Suddenly, Legion remembered its most potent attack, the attack that could potentially turn the tables of battle! With a roar, Legion opened its chest cavity, releasing its swarm of Soldier Legion.

The hungry Soldier Legion flew forth, buzzing and filling the air, swarming the combatants of Monster Island. The swarm immediately went to work, covering Gamera, Gojira, and Anguirus completely. The monsters roared in pain as the swarm ate hungrily at their flesh, causing deep cuts and wounds. Legion roared in amusement as the monsters tried everything to rid themselves of the insects, slamming themselves to the ground and rolling around. Finally, Gojira had had enough. The monster king summoned his energy, and a second later, released it. Gojira detonated his nuclear pulse, ridding himself of the insect pests. Legion looked on in bewilderment as Gojira stomped towards him, a look of pure malice on his face. However, something else unexpected happened. Gamera had managed to clear his eyes of the insects, and a second later, ejected several high-speed plasma balls from his mouth. The plasma balls struck Legion in his chest cavity…the chest cavity used to store the Legion swarm. Legion shrieked in a combination of pain and desperation as his chest cavity exploded, ending all hope for control of the Legion Swarm. With no means to guide them, the Soldier Legion swarm left the monsters, flying off, away from Monster Island. Legion gulped as the three monsters stared over at him. Then, they began to march.

Legion roared in panic as Gojira, Gamera, and Anguirus began to pound him simultaneously. Anguirus bit and slashed at Legion’s chest, while Gojira grasped his central horn, and Gamera slugged him in the face. With a roar, Gojira ripped the horn free, bringing a shriek of agony from Legion. Gamera socked Legion in the face, hard, hard enough to put a humongous dent in it. Anguirus sunk his claws into Legion’s midriff, bringing another scream. Finally, Gojira delivered the final blow. With a roar, Gojira shoved the horn he was holding through Legion’s head. Legion gave a meek roar, and fell dead.

Gojira whipped his head skyward and gave a roar of victory, as did Anguirus. The two kaiju friends did not notice Gamera. Anguirus’ roar was abruptly cut off as Gamera suddenly clamped his hand down upon Anguirus’ throat, threatening to strangle him. Anguirus thrashed about as Gamera lifted him into the air, helpless to do anything, unable to even scream. Gamera roared and tightened his grip on the dangling Anguirus, threatening to crush his windpipe. The world around Anguirus began to spin and darken as the breath escaped his massive frame. However, before Gamera had the chance to deliver the killing blow and crush Anguirus’ throat, he was stopped. Gamera had no time to react as a powerful orange blast slammed into the back of skull. The turtle immediately released his grip on Anguirus, who dropped to the ground, unconscious, and out of the match.

Gamera shook his head furiously, trying to clear his mind. Gojira stomped forth, breathing heavily. It was clear. Nobody even thought of attacking Anguirus when Gojira was around, especially when his back was turned. Gojira gave a mighty battle-cry, which Gamera returned. Gojira’s spines lit up, and he let loose with another powerful blast.

The atomic beam smashed into Gamera’s chest, sending the turtle slamming to his back. As Gojira roared and stomped forth to meet his downed foe, Gamera lashed out with his legs, double-kicking Gojira in the stomach. Gojira stumbled drunkenly back, his abdomen wracked with pain from the surprise attack. Gamera roared, righted himself, and fired off several more high-speed plasma balls. The volley of fireballs impacted upon Gojira’s chest in quick succession, knocking the monster king to the ground. Gamera charged forth, quickly closing the distance between himself and Gojira. Gamera smashed Gojira in the jaw with a closed fist, bringing a trickle of blood running from his jaw. Gojira didn’t have the time to react as Gamera belted him in the face again, this time causing blood to drip from his nostrils. In retaliation, Gojira clenched his fist and dealt Gamera a crushing blow to the jaw. Gamera screamed and retreated, his jaw burning with intense, fiery pain.

Gojira stood and fired his beam at Gamera, aiming straight for the turtles face. At the last possible second, Gamera whipped his face to the side. Gojira roared, angry that he had missed. He hadn’t. When Gamera turned to face him, Gojira saw that he had blasted off one of Gamera’s tusks. Gojira roared in satisfaction, but he did not have the time to see that Gamera was charging straight towards him.

With a thunderous boom that echoed throughout Monster Island, Gamera slammed into Gojira, tackling the monster king like some sort of football player. The two fell to the ground, and began to attack. The monsters bit and slashed at one another’s faces, rolling around on the ground, kicking up huge clouds of sand and dirt. Finally, Gojira managed to kick Gamera off of him. Gojira marched over to Gamera, picked him up, and slammed him to the ground.

Gamera could barely move. He could barely breathe. All he felt was pain. Intense pain, indescribable pain that wracked his whole being. Gamera could barely manage a whisper of a roar as Gojira slammed his foot into his side. Gamera suddenly felt his body being lifted upwards. Gojira squeezed Gamera tightly in a mighty bear hug, and suddenly, it happened. All of Gojira’s energy exploded in a powerful nuclear pulse that not only enveloped the two monsters, but a large portion of Monster Island as well.

Gojira, exhausted, dropped Gamera to the ground. Gamera could no longer fight. Every ounce of energy and power had left him. The smoking form of Gamera looked up at Gojira, roared meekly, and collapsed. The battle was over, and Gojira was the victor. With a roar, he stomped off, disappearing into the ocean.

Monster Island CEO: Well, that was a super-exciting battle-royal! Four of the greatest monsters of all time, and Gojira comes out on top. This makes Gojira the first-ever holder of the Monster Island belt! Let’s see how long he can hold onto it!

Well, that wraps it up for my third of the show. I shall now hand the final segment of Thursday Thrash over to my good friend, the owner of the WMW, Iguanoman! Until then, I’ll see you next week!

And now, it’s my turn, time for good ol’ Iguanoman to do the last four shows for tonight! We have had a great show so far, and now it’s time for me to finish it! First up, we have a match that originally was suppose to have something like it happen at Spring Smash. However, things didn’t work right, and the match never happened. It’s probably for the better, because I’m not sure what I was thinking when I came up with the silly idea to begin with. I kind of threw two completely unrelated match-ups together in a tag-team match. So, to make up for what at least I think of as a mistake, I have a match here between Talos and Majin, without the other two unrelated monsters in the way. However, Pulgasari has joined WMW recently, and he seems to fit in as well. So now, we have a triangle match with three huge living statues! So now, it’s a giant hunk of bronze vs. a giant hunk of stone vs. a giant hunk of rice!

Basic Match #5

Talos                  Majin                  Pulgasari

The three monsters stand there, on the closest approximation of opposite sides of each other. They all look around and stare for a while, and then suddenly Majin whips out his katana and slowly walks toward Talos! Majin slashes his blade at Talos, but Talos gets his sword up and parries it away! Talos does a slow swing at Majin, but Majin easily blocks it with his own sword! They keep fencing about for a while, all in slow motion, and occasionally connected to merely bounce off their armor! Meanwhile, Pulgasari just stands their, eyeing the swords hungrily. After a while, he charges forward, grabs Talos’s sword, and takes a bite out of it! Talos starts to wonder what just happened, while Pulgasari spits out the hunk of bronze in disgust. Apparently he only likes the taste of iron. Majin takes the opportunity to slash at Talos’s sword, cutting it off at the bite-point, and then bashing Pulgasari in the head! However, when Majin’s katana connects with Pulgasari, it snaps in half, not even affecting the big metal-muncher at all! Pulgasari grabs what was left of Majin’s katana away and eats it! As Pulgasari bends down to pick up the other half to eat it to, Majin walks over to attack, but is intercepted by Talos! Talos continually pounds Majin with his heavy metal fists, denting Majin’s armor in the process! Majin seems to be just taking the slow beating, as he reaches into his “pockets”, and takes out a metal spike! Talos goes to head-butt Majin, but Majin intercepts and jabs the spike into Talos’s forehead! He pulls it out, and tosses it away, causing Pulgasari to run after it like a dog to a thrown stick! Pink liquid flows out of the gaping hole in Talos’s head, but soon stops, as the liquid drains below the hole. However, Majin grabs Talos, turns him completely upside-down, and props him up against a building! Talos tries to escape, but Majin continues to hold him, and the pink liquid drains out of Talos! It forms a huge puddle on the ground, and once most of it is gone, Talos screams in pain and crumbles into a mass of huge bronze scrap! Well, Talos is out of this one! Pulgasari finishes his snack, and then starts to look at Majin’s metal armor greedily! He runs forward, and slams into Majin horns-first, knocking him to the ground! He digs his claws onto Majin’s chest armor, and with a mighty yank, pulls off a huge chunk! He then backs off, sits down, and starts to gnaw on it like a dog with a bone! Majin slowly gets up, and backs away. Then, using those strange powers of his, he blows up a gas station from a distance. Flames swirl around has he controls them, and then Majin causes a raging blowing flame burst to swing about and crash into Pulgasari! Pulgasari is engulfed in a swirling mass of fire, all controlled by Majin! Pulgasari’s metal encrusted body is glowing red-hot! He gets up, and runs strait for the ocean! The rush of air just fans the flames, making them hotter! Pulgasari finally makes it to the ocean, but just has he is diving in, the water splits down the “middle”! Pulgasari lands the ocean bottom, and starts to roll in the mud to put out the flames. Suddenly, the ocean currents shift about, and suddenly a huge tidal wave of water slams right into him! Pulgasari is thrown ashore with water slammed down his gut, causing quite a stomachache as the metal in his stomach starts to rust! Majin uses his powers to lift Pulgasari in the air from a distance, and throw him into a building! The building crushes on impact, causing a lot of rubble to bury Pulgasari! However, Pulgasari just burst right out of the rubble, charges towards Majin, and slams into him for a massive spear! He crouches down to pin! 1…2… what the? Majin just warped away! Pulgasari looks down at the empty spot where Majin was suppose to be, but as he gets up and turns around, a light from the sky flows down and Majin forms right in front of him! Majin punches Pulgasari in the gut, causing him to barf up gallons of rusty puke all over Majin! Majin, who doesn’t seem to care, just stands there and does some sort of strange movement. Pulgasari, doubled over in pain, suddenly gets the idea in his head that he just killed the person who resurrected him in the first place! Pained by what he thinks he did (even though he didn’t), he crumbles away into a pile of iron ore. Through his many strange and unknown powers, Majin has defeated Pulgasari! By tricking Pulgasari and draining Talos, Majin has won this match, proving to be the best living statue in the world!

Next up is the World Tag-Team Title Belts match! Gorgo and the Behemoth have held those titles for well over a year now. Then again, they haven’t defended it for a year either. Their opponents in their first defense in a long time are the winners of Spring Smash’s tag-team match, King Ghidorah and Mothra! Ghidorah has already had a match here today, and lost, but let’s see if he has better luck this time! Mothra and him are quite powerful, but you can’t discount the defensive force of Gorgo and the Behemoth. Both of them can take a lot of abuse before wavering. Whatever it is, we have a match here, for the Tag titles, and either one could win!

WMW World Tag-Team Title Match

   VS   
Mothra and Ghidorah               Gorgo and Giant Behemoth

Mothra and Ghidorah immediately start off with tri-beams and gravity beams, respectively. The beams bombard Gorgo and the Behemoth, but they just keep walking forward! The blasting continues, but it doesn’t stop them at all! Behemoth releases his nuclear pulses, which go searing into Ghidorah and Mothra, burning them badly! Mothra collapses to the ground, and the Behemoth walks over to stomp on her! Gorgo goes over to Ghidorah, and starts punching his heads with her huge hands! Mothra tries to fly off, but the Behemoth sends out more pulses, causing her to fall downward and land on top of a building! Behemoth then assists Gorgo in pounding on Ghidorah by bopping him in the back with his tail! Ghidorah also tries to fly off, but a painful burning pulse of energy likewise sends him down! He roars something out to Mothra, who flaps up and flies off to the north. What he said, we don’t know, because it was some sort of untranslatable code. Gorgo continues to slash at Ghidorah with her huge claws, causing gashing wounds to form all over! She then goes behind Ghidorah, twists his left and right head behind his back and holds them, locks up his legs with hers, and grabs onto his middle head with her mouth! I believe this is a variation of her finishing move, the “Union Jack”! The life is being choked out his middle head by Gorgo’s powerful jaws, and her strong hands are chocking his other heads! Ghidorah is on the verge of passing out, but suddenly all the lights on the island go out, and Mothra appears on the horizon! She appears to have gone off to get something at the power plant, destroying the plant in the process, and is holding it in her claws. She roars her distinctive roar, and then dives in to blast Gorgo and the Behemoth! They barely felt the rays, and Behemoth sends out more pulses! This time, Mothra dodges, dives in again, and drops what she is holding, which lands right in the Behemoth’s mouth! Wait, I recognize that now, it’s the reactor core from the nuclear power source that powered the lights on the island! And with just that much more radiation in him, the Behemoth is going to melt down! He roars in pain, and starts to glow! Gorgo immediately releases Ghidorah and runs to the ocean! Ghidorah flies off in the direction of Mothra! Right after Gorgo dove into the ocean, the Behemoth melted down! His melting body emits massive amounts or radiation, which luckily is contained by are technicians here. Soon, all of Fight Island is irradiated, and the Behemoth is nothing more then a bubbling puddle of flesh in the center. Gorgo is still alive and well, off in the ocean at the bottom. She looks around for her adversaries, and finally sees Aqua Mothra fly/swim toward her! Mothra has transformed into her water-loving self, and is bombarding Gorgo with x-beams! Gorgo jumps forward and clobbers Mothra, sending her crashing to the rocky ocean floor, kicking up a cloud of silt! Gorgo rakes her claws across Mothra’s top wings, causing huge tears and gashes down them! Mothra wobbly swims away as Ghidorah appears underwater nearby! He shoots forth a stream of gravity rays, pounding Gorgo over and over again, to no effect! Gorgo swims towards Ghidorah, who swims away with his two heads backwards, blasting more rays! Gorgo continues in pursuit, and will catch up any second now! However, Mothra swims right above her, starts swimming around in circles, and forms a huge symbol in the water above! The fiery symbol falls down on top of Gorgo, pinning her to the sea floor! Gorgo is held there under the burning flaming symbol-thingy, and Ghidorah walks over to stick his foot onto Gorgo’s chest! Despite getting his foot scolded in the boiling water, he keeps it there for a pin! 1… 2… 3! Mothra dissipates the symbol, allowing Gorgo to swim away, for it is over and they have won it! They have beaten the Tag-Team champions! Mothra and Ghidorah are now the new holders of the WMW World Tag-Team Title Belts!

Next up is the match for the United States Title Belt! Due to the Japan belt being announced now by the Monster Island CEO, this is now the sub-main event. WMW is fairly unique by giving the class of American monsters their own belt, thereby letting them compete without having to deal with more powerful kaiju all the time. It’s sort of the lightweight class of belts, and subsequently the monsters are “standardized” at 50 feet tall, instead of the usual 55 meters. Ironically, even though the current holder, Frankenstein’s monster, had his origins in Germany. Also, the only reason he is considered a giant monster is due to his stint in Japan, when he was enlarged. However, his opponent is the Rhedosaurus, who’s only movie was the originator of 50’s America monster movies. He had a great victory against the Giant Ant Squad at Spring Smash, giving him a title shot here. So now it’s time for the American Belt Match between Frankenstein the champion, and Rhedosaurus the contender!

WMW American Title Match

Frankenstein            Rhedosaurus

Rhedosaurus immediately charges at Frankenstein, tackling into him and starting to bit him like crazy! He latches on to Frank’s arm, and begins to rip it about violently! Frankenstein punches the huge dinosaur to no avail, but finally gets him off by kicking him in the gut with an iron-bottomed boot! Frankenstein has many times used his classic Universal clothing to his advantage, especially the heavy footwear of his. He continues to clobber Rhedosaurus in the head, but then the dinosaur turns around, and starts to smack Frank repeatedly with his tail! Frankenstein takes the abuse for a while, and then reaches out and grabs the tail. He pulls hard, the Rhedosaurus tries to crawl away, but then Frank picks him up and starts to swing him around! Frankenstein spins around and around and around, swinging the Rhedosaurus in the air with huge circles! After a few dozen swings, Frank lets go, sending the dinosaur flying across the area and into a row of buildings! After crashing into one of them, he falls down hard with a mighty whump, and tons of bricks come down to partially bury him! Frankenstein clomps toward his downed foe, but when he gets there the Rhedosaurus gets right back up and quickly grabs Frank’s leg! He whips it around like a dog with a squirrel, sending Frankenstein down to the pavement below! The Rhedosaurus lets go, only to latch onto Frank’s chest and rip at that! Battered and bloody but not even close to out, Frankenstein grabs onto the dinosaur’s head and slams his nose into the blacktop, causing huge crack to form all over the street! He gets up, runs over to a street lamp, and rips it out! He then bashes Rhedosaurus across the face, breaking the light bulb and digging hunks of glass into the dinosaur’s cheek! He slams the hunk of steel into Rhedosaurus repeatedly, until it forms into the shape of his head! He then jabs the pole into Rhedosaurus shoulder, picks the whole giant dino up, lifts him up and down in the air a couple of times, and chucks him against another building! Rhedosaurus collapses to the street hard, all bruised up by the hard brick wall, and is facing the opposite direction as Frankenstein. Franks stomps over to Rhedosaurus, ready to finish this match, but suddenly the dinosaur’s tail lashes out and smacks into the back of Frank’s legs, sending him tumbling backwards, landing on the back of his head! Rhedosaurus agilely swings around, bites into Frank’s head, and starts pulling with all his might! Frankenstein tries to get away, but every time he pulls or pushes, he justs hurts his neck more! Finally, with one mighty tug, the Rhedosaurus tears Frankenstein’s head off! He spits the head out, and it rolls around down the street. Rhedosaurus climbs on top of Frankenstein body, and roars in victory! Thing is, Frank is not dead, his life force is in his invincible heart, and so the Rhedosaurus is unknowingly pinning his prone body! 1… 2… 3! And now it’s official, the Rhedosaurus has beaten the champion! He is now the new WMW United States of America Title Belt holder! Yet another title change for tonight. We sure have had a lot of them, and we still have one more title match left!

Well, it’s finally time for the last match, time for the main event! Both Yonggary and King Kong have had impressive wins at Spring Smash, and so I have decided to put them up for the prestigious World Title! They will be in a triangle match with Battra, who is not only the commissioner of WMW, but also the current World Champion! Speaking of the guy, he is already on the island, and appears to be holding the microphone…

Battra: All right you pathetic losers, listen up! I am Battera, the Guardian of the Earth! As much as I hate you people, I am forced to put up with ya’, but I don’t have to like it! Iguanoman, you think you can push me around, but you can’t! I don’t care how “worthy” you think those two idiots are, but I don’t feel like fighting them just yet! They just have to beat each other up, and THEN the winner will face me later on next week, or next month, or whenever I feel like beating whomever to a pulp! I am the commissioner, I make the matches, and I have spoken!

Iguanoman: And he flies off, apparently getting out of a match again. Wait… his flight has been canceled! He is intercepted by King Kong, who apparently just arrived and climbed up a building in Battra’s way!

King Kong: BATTRA!

Battra: Whoa! Um, how did you get here your not suppose to be here what are you doing um! Well, what?

King Kong: SHUT UP!

Iguanoman: And with that Kong takes his mighty fist and jams it into Battra’s face! He then grabs the microphone from Battra’s claw, and starts to bash him in the head with it! Battra sends out his purple eye beams, and flies away, but then a short burst of fire comes out of nowhere and slams into him, sending him crashing to the city below! Yonggary is here, and it’s time to GET READY TO CRUMBLE!

WMW World Title Match

   VS      VS   

Battra               King Kong               Yonggary

Kong swiftly climbs down the building and runs over to Battra, but Yonggary jumps into the air, over Battra, and strait into Kong! He starts to pound on the giant gorilla, but Kong starts to pound right back! Kong grab’s Yonggary's head, and slams it into a skyscraper, causing shards of glass to rain down on the street down below! Battra gets back up, flies over the two combating monsters, and releases a cloud of powder! Lighting bolts zap all around the cloud and through Kong and YINO, hurting them badly! Battra continues the onslaught for a while, but then flies away off toward the ocean. King Kong runs off toward Battra, but is nailed in the back by a fire blast! Yonggary walks toward Kong, but Kong swings around and hammer punches Yonggary in the gut! He then grabs onto YINO’s head, and lifts him up for a vertical suplex! Kong falls over backwards, sending YINO crashing into a row of short buildings, destroying them all in an instant! Kong immediately rises, grabs Yonggary, puts him in a gorilla press, and chucks him at the nearby skyscraper! YINO crashes into it, forming a Yonggary shaped dent in the massive structure of glass and steel! Kong walks behind YINO, puts him in a full nelson, lifts him up and slams him back to the pavement! Kong beat’s his chest in a show of dominance, pumping himself up for a second onslaught. However, it never comes, as a huge oil tanker falls out of the sky and lands right on his head! Battra apparently went off to the docks and got himself a bomb, but instead of exploding it just knocks Kong silly and covers him in oil. However, Yonggary gets back up, sends out a blast of fire, and Kong goes boom! The explosion not only burnt Kong to a crisp and knocked off an arm, but it sent him flying strait up to! Seeing an opportunity, Yonggary jumps forward and up towards the airborne Kong, and nails him FOR A MIDAIR SPEAR! Somehow, after being blown up, nearly snapped in half by a spear move, and crashing into a building at high speed with Yonggary propelling him, KONG IS STILL ALIVE! I don’t know he does it, but being knocked out starts the 20-count. While the 20 seconds tick away, Battra and Yonggary start fighting themselves. Battra sends out some beams, which are deftly dodged, and Yonggary sends out a fire blast, which Battra also dodges! Battra sends out a couple more beams at different angles, causing YINO to dodge one and get nailed by the other! While this is happening, Kong is declared knocked out, and via the KO he is out of this match! Battra continues his onslaught, air raiding the landlocked Yonggary. Yonggary tries to blast Battra with a few fire blasts, but the agile Battra keeps dodging! Battra hovers by “Ouch Tower”, the largest building on Fight Island, and Yonggary sends out a fourth blast. Battra flies down to dodge again, but the blast hit the tower, causing a huge hole to form from the explosion, and sending the top quarter falling down! Battra sees it and tries to fly away, but another fire blast nails him in the wing and sends him backwards, right in the way! With a giant gaping hole burnt through his right wing, Battra flutters for a bit, and then thousands of tons of steel, concrete, and limestone crash down on top of him! Buried under rubble with half his body crushed like the insect he is, Battra’s eyes blink on and off as he struggles to stay alive. Yonggary walks over to him, his mouth blazing with fire as he prepares to finish him off! But before he could, Battra signals that he gives up, that he is throwing in the towel, and Yonggary is forced to send the fire skywards instead of killing Battra. Due to surrendering the match, Battra has lost, and the winner is Yonggary! Yonggary is now the new WMW World Title champion! He has proven himself here yet again, and gets the most prestigious of belts in the process! A planet-X saucer comes in, and drops Yonggary the World Belt, and Yonggary lifts it above his head in victory!

Battra: Hey YINO! Better celebrate while you can, because you’ll be suffering here real soon! I don’t take to kindly to people who screw me out of something, and still being the commissioner, I have the power to make your life one of pain! Let’s see, how about next week you have a little 3 on 1 match? Better get a good look at your shiny new prize, because you won’t have it for long! See ya!

Iguanoman: And Yonggary can’t do anything to retaliate as the medical saucers carry off the commissioner. I’m sure Yonggary is madder then me, but I am still already getting a little annoyed by the moth. We made sure he won’t try to take over the world again, but then again he still has the old abuse of power streak in him. Oh well, we are still stuck with him for now. Anywho, that does it for WMW Thursday Thrash! I hope you enjoyed! Next week we will have our second show, and if things go right, we will continue every week after that!
