Fruit Salsa

Any fruit you like!

My suggestions:
Diced Strawberries
Diced Kiwi
Sliced Grapes
Diced Pineapple
Mandarin Oranges
Washed Blueberries
Cilantro

To Prepare:
Use half of the strawberries to smash and make a bit pulpy.
Sweeten as desired. I use honey, if I am sure it will only be served to people over age 2.
Add each fruit 1 at a time - tasting, sweetening, and stirring between each fruit - maintaining a Salsa like appearance.
Don't forget the diced strawberries that you reserved.
Add fruit juices from the various fruits as you see fit.
Just before serving I add a pinch or two of fresh chopped cilantro or mint (to taste).
I serve in a festive bowl with some sour cream or vanilla yogurt alongside.
Oh! I almost forgot! The chips!!!
You use a cinnamon sugar chip. You can find them in your chip aisle, or in the ethnic foods. They are a bit like a Sopapia, but hard and crunchy.
Or you can make your own. Fire up the deep frier and deep fry wedges of flour tortillas, then shake a cinnamon sugar mixture over them.
I like to dump the mixture in a bag and shake the chips into it.
Yummmm!!
