Ribosomes

Ribosomes are small bodies made of RNA and protein that are found throughout the cytoplasm. They are also attached to rough ER. Cells need ribosomes to synthesize proteins; the ribosomes make and store the protein. In the photos below the ribosomes are the dark circles/dots.
