Bush Does Not Care About the Jewish Vote

Morris Amitay's "How Domestic Politics Affect Mideast Policy" was misguided in its praise of Bush's supposed embrace of Israeli policies. While it is indeed a good thing that Bush is denouncing Palestinian leadership and behavior, the real issue is, as always, oil. Bush et al. seek to solidify a viable ally against Arab control of the oil that he, Cheney and their cronies have always lusted over.

Nina Moliver's recent Advocate column tells it like it is. Bush's agenda is a quest to control the energy needs of the planet while ignoring sensible, long-range issues like protection of its environment, as he caters to the wealthy and greedy.

In 1942, Prescott (referred to as "Hitler's Angel" on the cover of that July’s New York Herald) and Sam Bush were found guilty of treason under the Trading with the Enemy Act under FDR and Harry Truman's Senate; their Auschwitz slave labor company Union Banking, was forcibly dissolved, netting however the Bush patriarchs $1.5 million each, which was used to start the Texas oil concerns.

As John Loftus, former US Justice Dept. Nazi War Crimes investigator and President of the Florida Holocaust Museum, has said, "The Bush family fortune came from the Third Reich" - and, they have never publicly renounced, let alone even acknowledged it, as W. speaks at Holocaust memorials with Nazi change jingling in his pockets.

And let's not forget George HW's 1988 reelection cabinet scandal (14 short years ago), where eight known Nazi sympathizers voluntarily resigned under pressure by the ADL, AJC, Union of American Hebrews, JCRC and other groups.

Bush is also essentially allying himself with the Christian coalition, which he is a part of, like Pat Robertson and Ralph Reed, in supporting Israel for their own purposes.

Bush does not care an iota about anything except oil domination. Many analysts have surmised, from Unocal's and other oil companys' documents, that bin Laden received our millions in July 2001 to help oust the Russians from Afghanistan so that we might ally with the

Taliban over control of the coveted Afghani pipeline.

And let’s recall close Bush ally James Baker's recorded comment at a White House conference, "F--k the Jews, they don't vote for us anyway" just a few years back?

Bill Clinton, who had more Jews in his cabinet than we could keep track of (as compared to Bush’s zero save for the weasely Fleischer), and Al Gore, who for the first time chose a Jewish, even observant, running mate, were true friends of the Jews. Clinton paid far more than lip service as he went without sleep to try to bring about peace in the Middle East.

Let's not kid ourselves.  Bush and his cronies are not after the Jewish vote.  And we would be misguided and deluded guinea pigs to support him as a people.
