Please God keep America safe,
from our enemies who are at hand.
Shine your light upon them,
help them understand.
Help the poor and the needy,
give them a brand new start.
Make their burdens lighter,
with the love that's in your heart.
Help the little children,
wipe away their tears.
Make their world a safer place,
through all the coming years.
Listen to our prayer Lord,
with your arms open wide.
Yake our pain and anguish,
make it all subside.
For we are all your children,
and as our father, you must agree.
We need your love and guidance,
for all eternity.
