A sister is a special friend,
you tell your secrets to,
with love and understanding,
she'll always be there for you.
A sister is a mentor,
always giving of herself,
taking her own feelings,
and hiding them on the shelf.
A sister is a angel,
sent down from up above,
A very special person,
filled with heavenly love.
A sister always listens,
no need for her to complain,
A person with a heart of gold,
who hurts when you're in pain.
A sister is a treasure,
like a diamond she will always shine,
A sister is forever,
and I am glad that sister is mine.
