tracing the forbidden contours
intoxicated by
roses, profuse and vibrant
unconsciously enticing
art's consort beckons
cascades of tantalizing silk
forced bitterness pours through sweet fountains
bitterness that brings utter inebriation
to lose control
open eyes
breathe
to gain it
envision the imprinted symbols
hear the chants
