DEAR GOD

Dear God,
I am your sharp instrument.
You have used me to make
women fall in love with me
and you have used me to solve
some sophisticated problems.
But why have you not done more with me?
I don't mind
that you have kept me single, for so long
even though I have never met
somebody more romantic than me.
But I don't understand
why you don't put me somewhere
where you can use me better.
You know that I have a very high IQ
and that I have compassion,
ambition, and a desire
to make the world better.
I am such a sharp instrument,
why don't you give me the opportunity
to use myself?
Perhaps you have something waiting for me
in the future.
For now, I will keep working on the problems
in front of me.
But you know that I can do
so much more.
I hope you will give me the opportunity
to use it.
