The line with the word delicious was added shortly after initial writing.
The 5th line is intended to indicate that she is beautiful, not just her face (it is synecdoche).
There is no significance to Gulab Jamuns being capitalized.
I simply wrote the name of Gulab Jamuns that way, and did not change the capitalization after.
Perhaps it is non-consciously to emphasize their imagery.
