I am rewriting my poems, on you.
I am replacing her name, with yours.
One poem at a time.

It seems like
I am replacing
one poem every day.

I am replacing
my memories of her,
with memories of you.

Like the South America trip
that we never took,
and that I wasn't planning on
going on, anymore.

But now, I want to go
there with you.

You have taught me
to trust, to hope, to dream,
to love, again.
