JUMP
Lightning stalls and sparks fly
thunder on the horizon
and I've got the clouds at my feet
left foot; right foot; running shoes;
I've always been good at the long jump,-
how far will I jump today?

"long jump" = I've always been good at the long jump (in real life, proportionally for my height- even when I was short). (but it's a metaphor) I've got the world at my feet, and I'm exploring it. Recovering from Katie. Or at least, trying to go out- seeing world for the first time. (again)
