He walked into the empty room |
and was blasted by her warmth |
He took a look around the place |
and stepped into her arms
|
He gazed into her big wide eyes |
and gave her a big warm smile. |
He slowly blinked his smiling eyes, |
and held her for the while.
|
|
Then he pulled back his head; |
away from her shoulder |
and kissed her on the lips |
but it left the small room colder.
|
|
Yet the fireworks once came |
when inside the kiss |
but this wasn't quite the same; |
it wasn't quite the bliss.
|
|
The look inside her eyes |
was no longer one of warmth |
even the way she held him, |
colder were her arms.
|
|
He looked around the room |
and took a small step back. |
All he could see was gloom, |
and his heart he seemed to lack
|
|
He gazed back at her |
and she gazed back at him. |
What could he have done? |
what could it have been?
|
|
He had ruined their love, |
forever would he miss... |
He had ruined their love, |
with simply but a kiss.
