If you take some steak, and put it in a fajita without onions or peppers, is it still a fajita? Or is it now a burrito? What if you put in some potato? Some asparagus? Some artichoke? Some sassafras? What about chicken livers, turkey gizzards, or pork chops? Is it still Mexican, or is it now fusion? When you change the recipe so much, What do you call it? That is the Mexi-question. |

Artichoke and Turkey gizzards were not the original food items in my head.
I created the poem while driving, but I could not remember the correct things at those places when I stopped to write, so came up with those.
