How I miss you though I cannot tell you |
How much I long for you to be mine once more, |
How much I wish that I could wrap my arms around your waist, |
and pull your chest so tightly against mine, |
while our eyes lock and our hearts dance, |
there beneath the glittering velvet, |
like they did, so not so long ago. |
But here my heart aches within your absence; |
buried beneath the emptiness |
that our parting has left behind. |
And yet I know that if had you here, |
to fill this space between my arms, |
that it could fill this gaping void |
that lies so close and buries 'neath it my heart, |
How much I miss you though I cannot tell you |
how much I wish you were in my arms once more. |
I really miss Heather. I really do think my month in Missouri was the best month of my life. Though now Heather and I haven't spoken in over a month. I spoke with her sister briefly and she said that Heather was doing better not knowing me anymore. So I'll leave things at rest for now, though I will still return to Heather once I won't have to leave again. That way she won't have to miss me so much in the mean time. But once I have my degree I shall unfurl my wings and alight myself once more upon the porch where we sat and talked at night:)

They stood atop a children's slide, in the playground of a park, with their arms wrapped around each other and theirselves entwined at heart. While the world was still asleeping in the wee hours of the morning, The moon looked on though its light shone down, to their smiles in opposition. And amidst their smiles and amidst their cuddles they reached such joy and mirth, that their young souls merged and flew above, beyond the boundaries of their Earth. Into a taste- that of a Heaven that was not truly theirs, although their love had carried them and made it theirs to share. Their crescent smiles surpassed the moon's while their feelings stretched their souls into great wide sheets that grew and grew to catch all the happiness of the world. They soared above the highest clouds, and sailed right on past Mars, Flying heart to heart and hand in hand, With eyes twinkling bright as stars.
