As I soar the Clouds fly by. |
Bleeding dying babies fall from the heavens. |
Still, I press on. |
Animals die, trees burn, and flowers wilt in my wake. |
I shall not stop. |
|
Not until I stand before you once more. |
|
You say that the passion that burns in my soul scares you. |
You say that you're not sure if it's something good for this world. |
You say that perhaps it does not belong in this world. |
|
But you know as well as I do, |
that when we stand before each other, face to face... |
that you like the lightning between my eyes and yours. |
|
And even if it scares you that I'd murder for you and toss away lives for you, |
there's still something about it that you like. |
And at the end of the day when all the bodies have fallen, |
and only my dark eyes remain beyond the carnage, |
you will still want to kiss me. |
Perhaps even more than before. |
