You are a pirate plundering the hearts of men and stashing them in your satchel. But your objective isn't the riches, so you forget that you still have them. You steal their hearts looking for happiness to fill your yearning and casting them aside when they can't fulfill you. But their empty sockets ache inside their chests where they had received both happiness and pain from your attentions and departures, and don't know what to do without you. And so I join them, only hoping that you will hold my heart in your hand, enamored, instead of putting it in your satchel where it would remain, unattended. |

(Callan, Season 3 Episode 2, Summoned to Appear - I did not like the episode very much).

The "Namita" that these various Namita poems are on is Namita Singh who lived in Seattle at the time I was talking to her and then visited her.
