MEN WITH SIDE-PARTINGS & MOUSTACHES

Where are the men with side-partings and moustaches,
who are poets,
for the young women to look up to?

When I was younger,
I was on the way to
becoming a prince charming
but then I took a few wrong turns
and ended up with a beard and long hair
and eyes that are too brooding.

But I know that that prince charming is still there,
he's just buried beneath all this ambition.

But still,
why aren't there more Prince Charmings out there
so that I can give them
to all of the wonderful women I meet?
